I offered to retcon with spires and my conditions for this thread getting back together is no arrest and we continue the debate.One question:why did you try to arrest my guy which caused this huge fiasco, you could have asked me first and spires no killing my guy will still get this thread locked, I say the post before the arrest.

That's a valid Spirean Arrest Warrant and if you wanted to confront it then you shouldn't have resisted arrest.

I will describe how I'd see what happened with all actions taken into account (As I OOC see it). Your delegate managed to escape ('cause he's Batman?) despite being absolutely swarmed by guards from different nations. They then did a super amazing jump out the window into their jet. To get intercepted by a certain green haired man. The aircraft was then destroyed by Maven.
