Strategical Summit on Sapient States (OOC/SIGN-UPS)

This is the sign-up string for the Quad-S Conference, (Strategical Summit on Sapient States). The purpose of the Quad-S Conference is for HUMAN-ONLY nations to discuss the current states of Sapient nations, (Sapient as in ponyist states, demonist states, etc..). The Human-Only requirement is not an attack on Sapient nations, but simply because the Summit is a military summit devoted to create a peaceful human alliance, in hopes to create peace and trade agreements between humans and sapient states. If you'd like to participate in this summit, please fill out the application below. There are only spaces for SEVEN (7) nations, not including the PRC.

The Quad-S Conference is being held with the Administrative Capital of the People's Republic of Certassisbania. 20,000 Royal Guardsmen will be providing security, along with 15,000 Federal Police. The Air Force will be operating 7 Calistopolis Prop LR-UAV's, for surveillance purposes.
