Some minutes ago, a Ponyist coup d'etat started on Crux Prime! More than 200 ponies, wearing red-black military clothes and smile brassards stormed the Presidential Palace and captured ministers and the President, Angelle Potter. The palace guards and the police officers could not do anything, since President Potter was used by the ponies' leader, Starbuck, as a human shield. The ministers and Potter have been taken to an unknown location, surely outside the capital, Aerilon.

Starbuck, leader of the National Ponyist Party, declared herself His Majesty Starbuck, Princess of Crux Prime, who now have taken control of the entire Cruxian territory and military.

Good Afternoon Crystal Spires, This is Uleth Tanthon with the Afternoon news. Tensions have been creeping up as the Crux Prime Pony Uprising has turned a lot of heads. The Question of the legitimating of the new regime by our honored High Chancellor has been criticized as an act of supporting and sanctioning terrorism. Starbuck, the questionable new Ponyist Leader of the Crux Prime Government, has given no reason for the coup in question, and our High Chancellor successfully negotiated for the life of Angelle Potter, President of Crux Prime and her government officials. Although a victory on behalf of limiting bloodshed, it has been seen as a concession given to a terrorist group. This has led Councilwoman Eryeil Nendis to make the following statements:

"This is another reason why Liberal Idealist Communists like the High Chancellor are giving to the world the perception that we of Crystal Spires are not respecting of the Higher Authority that is the law.
