Bill Name Legalization of Abortion Act of 2011The Legalization of Abortion Act of 2011
Section One:
Under this law, an abortion may not be carried out if a woman is in her third trimester or that the father wishes that the fetus be born. An abortion is allowed if a woman has any of the following reasons:
- If born it could result in death.
- The woman was raped and wishes to not have the fetus.
- She suffers from a medical condition that if the fetus is born could result in her death.
Section Two:
Under this law if any laws in section one were broken the following punishments are viable.
- Person is finedA3,400 per-fetus.
- Person is sentenced to 10 hours community service, and finedA3,000.
- Person is finedA2,500 and must give the fetus a burial at the cost of the individual.
Section Three:
Under this law, abortions are hereby legalized.
Section Four:
The funding of planned parenthood institutes shall not receive any state funding, but shall be funded through corporations or Privately.
However though the bill is favored to pass the House of Sovereigns and House of Kings, an Prime Minister Star has said she will sign the bill into law, once it arrives onto her desk.
