Maven looks at the dossiers for the Grand World Order and his eyes narrow with disgust. He has seen their work before, and has often eliminated opportunities to save lives and diplomatically solve problems, which made the UEF watcher's jobs rather difficult.

"We've seen their work. They nuke and attack ponies on sight without cause or justification thinking nothing of the consequences of attacking a sovereign nation. 'Twas my intention to write up a condemnation to get their attention and then provoke them perhaps into a corner. There's nothing more unacceptable than taking advantage of a situation to achieve mass murder." Maven closed the dossier and nodded. "Spirean protectors have declared it a Code RED ALERT, but we would need to declare it first and agree on it. Military intervention may perhaps be the only way to end the Grand World Order's path of carnage."

Should we enter military conflict, we must be prepared for the undoubtedly-higher raw military numbers we will be facing and plan accordingly. Perhaps this message should also be relayed to the Coalition of Ponyist States; my colleague there, Senior Representative Bastion Yorsets, would certainly be receptive of a proposal to enact military intervention should a combined force of UEF and CoPS forces ultimately bring down the genocidal regime."
