Ahriman grew excited "This is very interesting ,I say Maven you seem to keep great entertainment. I must say though that this attempt to kill you thing is getting tiresome and boring. Let us be rid of the one responsible and then we shall deal with the repercussions. I can only say that this is something I fully expected and yet am surprised by." Ahriman's hands glowed and his staff started to crackled at the top. "I hope no more disturbances are found here.." Ahriman said as another deeper voice was chanting form the same helmet. Blue sigils of protection sprung up around the building "There we should have nothing more to fret about." Ahriman nodded.

Maven's eyes glowed green with rage for a moment but then returned to the serene teal color as he wiped his forehead, "Oh by Fornt's beard! Is there any day that I can go through with when I'm not finding someone who wants my blood? They have a saying I have for this, I'm a good politician. If I'm not getting at least 50 death threats then I am probably doing a bad job. After all it mean's I'm not working hard enough then? We'll deal with that foolishness later. A proper tribunal will await him as we do have a trial and court, but we'll have to wait another day then 'eh? Bastards!" Maven said as he chuckled defiantly.

Ahriman muttered to himself "Khorne wants your blood…" and he sat back down as he put up the last of the sigils. They would warp reality and alter anything potentially dangerous entering the room and make it harmless. Such was the magic of change and such a minor aspect of it. Ahriman knew this and knew that he could destroy worlds if he wanted, it was just that he liked to hold out on using his power as he knew he was only outmatched by the god Tzeentch himself. Ahriman sat calmly and watched the delegation.

Stephan watches Maven wearily, sighing a bit as another message is delivered to him, he reads it and frowns "I hope it isn't grounds for removal from the UEF, but it appears the Nationalist Party was banned from running and listed as a Terrorist Organization back home...On a lighter note, it also appears that my superior in the State Department is now one Starlight Song...a female Unicorn of the Ponyist Party for Friendship and Tolerance, a historic first in my nation!"

He said "unknowlingly dropping a small listener to the ground which rolled under to a safe location, ironiclly this was literally not on purpose, it was meant for someone else. He left waving goodbye so he can return to leave his country.

Ahriman just sat there, knowing this place was far safer then the warp as he watched the delegates act towards the assassination attempt as he sat there watching the situation and slowly wondered what the situation would be if this had been the warp. The entire assembly would be dead or insane. He sighed as he waited for the reactions to calm down. He was sure the new meeting would occur in time and discuss the situation developing elsewhere. Ahriman just summoned a familiar demon and watched the small pink thing hop around in front of him.

another possibility is one of the many underground bunker complexes that are within the Minoan Confederacy we keep such things in case of war. Maven if I may suggest we have a chemical that extracts the truth from the patient it is a very experimental drug only just cleared for sapient testing if my people could use it on this assassin it will make a long interrogation that much shorter

Derik looked from the shattered window to Maven and back again. He stood up slowly and walked over, illuminated by the beams of sunlight stretching through the broken glass, and picked up a large piece. It cut his hand, but he paid it no mind. He turned it over, casually examining it. He rubbed the back of his neck, his brow furrowed in thought.

"Maven," he said quietly, "I feel you, and indeed all those here, would be safer somewhere else. Somewhere...not as quick to come under fire. What I'm saying, friend, is I feel you should move the Union to Carceno, if only temporarily. It would be safer there, and to be blunt...it would let me and a number of people breathe with relief. I only speak out of concern for the Union's safety, and for that of all those who call it home."

He shoved his hands into the pockets of his dustcoat and held his gaze, his grey eyes unblinking in the intense light.

Regarding concerns expressed by YellowApple representatives, I can confirm Mr Matthew Powers has been charged under the High Crimes Act with a Section 42(a) violation 'acts relating to genocide' and has been relieved of all titles and honours bestowed during his lifetime or by birth.
