p.s. Although there are humans in this state, sentient teddy bears (usually just abbreviated to 'bears') do comprise of 80% of the population, would be grateful if you could put that into the protected species list.

Also Anarchism (like end stage communism) is marked by a stateless society. Anarcho-syndicalism (government-wise) is merely self-sufficient autonomous collectives. It's not lawless, but it's marked by absence of hierarchical authority.

Also some ideas for an official communique? I might design something but I'd like some more ideas. I liked Yorobia's idea and the original idea of the scales of justice, but Fonts, colors etc? More symbols of freedom and equality?
