The Emperican Marshalship and Ministry, moreover, the Panzergale, feels the need to alert you to New Scorpio's long history of extremism and international animosity, from psychotic, unprovoked attacks on previously non-hostile nations, to nuking it's own capital (killing 30 million citizens).

At the moment, it's government is residing on an island in the Venom Archipelago after a devastating war of retaliation after an unprovoked attack against New Emperica. The 'colonies' it speaks of are no more than several reasonably large islands that serve as small population centers or military bases. The military of New Scorpio was all but decimated in the Emperic-Scorpion War, most of it's aircraft and ships destroyed in the Scorpion Radicalists Rebellion. At the moment, it's military is at best, backwater.

Moreover, the government of New Scorpio has resorted to what some nations prefer to call a 'diplomatic offensive', spreading vicious lies about The Steel Coalitions, it's intents, and it's actions.

The Allied States of Acroticus is thankful for your warning, but if New Scorpio is as week as you say you must certainly have nothing to worry about. New Scorpio has never asked for military assistance, and never so much as mentioned the Steel Coalition. In fact, the nation of Acroticus was the one to approach New Scorpio to ask him to enter.
