At first I thought "wow, i'm pretty much on par with Crystal rock on. Then I saw my waste... Its a shame really, because IC i've put pretty much every idea I know of into preventing any waste. We're self sufficient on energy via bio-electricity. The carbon produced by said bio-electricity is converted to carbon monoxide and oxygen through a filtration system. This is further altered combining the carbon monoxide with hydrogren created from the solar cells covering each city into methanol which is futher used in various different areas, such as a feedstock for biodiesel etc. We're effectively providing 100% of our internal electricity. As well as that we're eliminating our carbon footprint by stopping the carbon from our electricity production re-enter the cycle.

(note, for the bioelectricity we're using switchgrass. The biodiesel we're producing is made from hempseed since although its of low ... forget the word so amount, the remains of the plant can be used for far more than other potentail bio-fuel sources. Also all of these measures are possible from MT, its just they're all in the research phases.)

As for the idea about a CoPS island so would the federation say "Capital idea" and we could even consider donating a small sum of money as a gesture of our good will and a statue or two to help make the place look a tad bit more proper and pleasing for the eye with a part of blessed Scandera and the beloved fatherland there.

We also would like to send ten Dragons and fifteen Marine Reptiles (eight Pliosaurs, five Mosasaurs, and two Plesiosaurs) to help defend the island from invasion.

Don't worry, they're friendly and they are (somewhat) sapient, so they can talk and thus aren't mindless beasts. Be sure to keep them fed and happy, though.
