As some of you have heard from the broadcast of the Muffinvanian News Service I have come into posession of the Isle of HideaBerry. Now this Countesship poses a problem for me because Muffinvania is landlocked but then I realized something...why not use this windfall to benefit the whole coalition. Therefore:

I, Arch Duchess DaffyDill the First, Supreme Sovereign of Muffinvania and Countess of HideaBerry donate the territory of HideaBerry to the Coalition of Ponyist States to be used as a possible headquarters for the Coalition Security Council or for future summits.

If this proposal is accepted by the coalition I will renouce my title of Countess of HideaBerry and all properties that come with the title.

Um, there are actual citizens of HideaBerry so I think we need to be careful in how much we alter their country...they have been asked to be represented to the coalition by Muffinvania even though her Ladyship is donating the land to the coalition their rights and properties need to be kept safe.

The idea of a neutral ground for future CoPS missions is splended indeed. Perhaps it would be a good idea to form some kind of EM barrier around the island though. If such things as bugs were to be planted this would prevent the information being leaked. Or at least it would partially prevent it, there's no stopping it if they retrieve the information manually.

Not to mention all the other defenses we need to set up. The island is in a vulnerable area, being far from many of our members. It looks like the quickest responders if something happened on that island would be Saphirasia and Sol Bella, but I'm concerned given the size of that island, in its current condition it wouldn't take too long to establish a beachhead or even control a good part of the island. We must spare no expense in making sure that potential invaders would think twice before attacking it.

• A seaport to handle naval cargo and passenger vessels travelling between HideaBerry Island and the rest of the Pony Lands region

Such a regimen would allow the island a full spectrum of defence, ranging from anti-aircraft guns, to long range SAMs, ABMS, and even ASAT capability. "

If anything, I'd like to see a statue representative of harmony between ponies, humans, and all other sentient beings, rather than boost someone's ego or offer tribute to any one being.

"The Dominion is prepared to earmark NSD$ 1 billion from our government's surplus this year for spending on the cosntuction and fortification of CoPS HQ."

Yes, a nationally-neutral monument would be more ideal. We would even go so far as to propose a large plaza with a large statue and a pool of water with fountains surrounding it.

We are also willing to fund the construction of the proposed facilities, and are able to provide construction engineers and architects to assist in construction and design of said structures.
