"if the GWO allows such, and His Imperial Majesty agrees, then Celritannia opens its Eastern Lands to any such ponies of the GWO, or indeed any nation for that matter, as a means to refugee. The Eastern Lands is mostly unpopulated, so no Citizen of the Empire will be affected greatly."

Octavius looked around the room, nodded his head and press a cuff under his tunic sleeve.

"Then I shall order my Guard Battalion to be dispatched in the name of defence to your Aid. Unlike the standard Imperial Armed Forces, the Imperial Guard follows the order of the Emperor Directly, and as such, I am given full control of my Battalion by my grandfather, the Emperor."

Maven looked unfazed at the gory severed head with his serene and unperturbed expression. This expression of equanimity building an even greater sense of unease in the room.

"So you have killed Red Baron then? I suppose it is because he killed all those people who were not convicted, but I did think for one that those 36% of people could have in fact been slavers and actually culpable for their crimes." he said with the same calm voice that he spoke with before. "If that was the case you killed him for no reason. A proper investigation should have been carried out on both sides. Both by Red Baron and upon Red Baron. So it is that the killers are often killed. Perhaps we should dispose of that in a proper way, desecration of the dead is a bad precedent."

Maven reached for the head of Red Baron and pulled a white cowl out of his satchel and covered the gory head with the cowl whispering some words in D'ragoleth language as he bowed and headed to the door and opened it carrying the head in the bloody cowl.

"I will do what must be done." He said as his hand began to cover in flames as he stepped out of the room.

"Transmission was sent to the head of the defense forces. He shall receive it in a few minutes. I hope they will be good enough to hold of these rioters." Ian said.
