This whole "being born into whatever" thing reminds me of a certain caste system of a certain nation that is far beyond our reach (OOC: India's outlawed but still practiced caste system). Beyond the point, my nation refuses to trade with Imeratia on the basis of the mass civil rights violation they call "high culture." It would seem to benefit some people (and delegations) if they visited Lanos to see what exactly we do in our "unworthy" and "barbarian" nation. All nations are invited to send a delegation and even their heads of state/government. Regal Sisters and/or Mane 6 too. Though be warned: we will arrest those in possession of slaves regardless of diplomatic immunity and you could face the death penalty...trafficking and slavery...we don't take kindly to those at all.

RP Sample (provide a link or write a short story about ponies): Within the capital city of Mazenguard, there is a district of strange beings that many seem to be a bit startled by, these are the very few Skallenese Ponies. The small number of Ponies that made the choice to move to Skallen were spearheaded by one Hardhoof Frostmane, a bulky and stout Earth Pony who lead the original group of 40 Ponies safely to Skallen through the hazardous mountain ranges that separate Skallen from much of the world. Nearly 100 years after Hardhoof arrived, the Pony community has sprouted up very weakly in the cold, northern capital with most of the Ponies holding government jobs due to the general populace being unsure what to think of the Equestrians. The greatest advocate for equal Pony rights in the 1950's was a Unicorn by the name of Gentle Embers, who's most famous quote and one many credit with ending the few segregationist laws, was one uttered to a friend when a microphone was within mouthshot. "I still fail to understand how these humans can continue to treat us like this, all we want is to show our love and affection...sometimes it gets me depressed Grassroots (Gentle's Friend)...' After her words were spread in a newspaper frenzy, the Socialist Peoples Party won the next election, laying out an immediate plan to remove all segregation, dubbed the Friendship and Tolerance Treaty that was passed unanimously with a vote of 341-72. As of this day her statue stands proudly on the steps of the Skallenese Peoples Assembly, along with other great heroes of the Skallenese nation. To this day most in the cities are perfectly fine with the Ponies, and only a few rural towns still hold some amount of distrust for the equestrian race, but the problem is solved for the time being.
