Greetings,

In October 14, 2011, a People's Congress was took place in Snowpoint City as a yearly discussion event between the executive & legislative and the rest of the people of Lykosia. In the congress we have reached a few consensus relating to the continuation of life of the state.

Hereby we would like to announce that we have declared Secular Ponyism as the national ideology of the Unitary Republic of Lykosia. As of October 16, the Consultative Assembly of Lykosia has amended the Republican Constitution as a follow-up of this matter.

Thereafter we would like to apply to upgrade our protector status into member status. We have included the required form with this letter, which can be seen below. We would be very honored if our application is accepted. We thank you for your attention.

In military, there's approximately 250,000 ponies served in the Lykosian Republican Army, including 13,620 pegasi who are assigned to the Army Detachment of Aviation. 32,000 are in the Republican Air Force and 585,401 are served in the Republican Navy with 310,046 in the Lykosian Navy Marine Force.

That was the old regime, which has been overthrown and replaced with a liberal regime.

Do not take offence, the old regime was quite similar to Nazi Germany in the sense that everyone who isnt a tall, strong Sangheili was put to death. Now we're much more like...regular Germany.


OOC: this is actually true. You can check my nations leading causes of death. I've been trying to get ritual sacrifice and capital punishment down for ages. And the cr/pf trend. Civil rights/Political freedoms have skyrocketed since the fall of the old regime.

I see no IC evidence. However if all ponies in your nation are paid compensation or, even better, let go to a CoPS nation of their choice, then I may reconsider.
