The Wraith I have experience with are not exactly a peace or freedom loving species. We just tend to kill all Wraith on sight as we're currently at war with them (FT wise).

I know that CoPs has an issue with RP'ing topics in which states with no prior large Pony population suddenly create a population and will to exterminate them all out of thin air but I was wondering if CoPs could assist me in RP'ing an RP that shall greatly aid my nation and make it's history make sense. Here is the idea it's a re-run of an earlier RP I tried that died however i'm hoping that with this description and linkage I could start it over again and actually complete it.

The Malgravean Special Forces used to be one of the most largest and powerful services of the Royal Malgravean Military with a force totalling around 25,000 strong with dedicated armour, air and even naval assets, however with great power comes great responsibility and some members of the special forces misused this power and began to use illegal means like torture and mass killings in an attempt to gain information from the terrorists.

One of the most prolific events of the period was the Ayr massacre, a small town of around 200 people was gathered into the town square as the special forces had tracked computer usage by a village member to sites relating to terrorist activity and weapons and explosive manufacturing. The Special Forces commander managed to find the suspect and then tortured his father with an illegal nerve agent, shot him and beat his mother until the suspect surrendered what little information he had, as the villagers had witnessed torture and illegal act under the constitution the commander had the entire village killed via heavy machine gun.

Journalists of course will be interested in the story as any large scale massacre would draw attention from the global media especially in a country with even minor relations and contact like Malgrave. I'm hoping that these journalists would then find holes in the official story broadcasted by the special forces that the villagers were held hostage and killed by a select few terrorists, of course all this time the Malgravean media will believe their story not because their corrupt just because they can't even imagine part of the military even breaking common Malgravean law let alone constitutional and international law.

The Special Forces then move towards a small isolated sector and village on the outskirts of Gdansk a place constructed for the mining industry and a place that has a large amount of support from the Malgravean People's Party a fascist organization. The special forces commander knows that the HQ for a terrorist organization is inside the town however legally he cannot intervene due to some fucked up laws in the country oh and civilian casualties however the command sees a loophole, he calls up for three tanks and five IFV's from the forces armoured inventory to blockade the only road into the mining village and simply waits, each village that is understood to be under threat from terrorist activity has it's own Military Police that receive limited training for the military, in return they purchase their own weapons, uniform, armour and ammunition and perform vital security details in these areas however some units are fairly nationalist and some even blatantly do nothing or support the terrorists hence stopping and searching every single vehicle outside the village would be seen as an offensive action against their rights, the leader of the local military police attempts to get the special forces to return however his offensive actions sees him arrested the rest of the MP see this as a disgraceful action and attempt to free him seeing this the commander orders the special forces to fire and kills all the MP calling them fascist soldiers then proceeds to destroy the fascist building in the town capturing several weapons, illegal hardcore drugs, money and plans for future attacks on Malgravean citizens a coup of propaganda to show the Malgravean media.

so in brief

- Special Forces torture people in village and massacre the rest
- Journalists investigate claims and visit morgue where bodies are being kept
- Special Investigative Service, a separate branch of the special forces that acts like an extremely highly trained FBI that deal with security and espionage internally and externally arrive at the morgue and arrest the morgue operator for allowing journalists into the room containing evidence and ask the journalists for their intentions (at this time the news of the next massacre breaks) and then kick them out of the room
- The Special Forces then carry out their next massacre that is captured on video.
- The Journalists are then contacted by the person who shot the video, the pair or more then travel to the village to see it has been damaged fairly well by the special forces, the journalists enter the building and gain the video card however the two special investigative service officers are soon on their tail and they are forced to escape via the fire escape.
- During this escape they are fired upon by snipers of the special forces who my Malgravean Investigative Officers wrongly call terrorist snipers, the pair then give chase to the journalist
- One of the journalist decides to escape into the sewer system while the other agrees to create a distraction so the other journalist can get the video card to Epping and the diplomatic office for their country in the government sector
- As the second journalist turns, he/she sees several armed men stepping out of a vehicle to arrest or kill him however just as he/she expects to be done for several shots ring out followed by the armed men dropping to the floor
- Death or getting into the officers car? The Journalist chose staying alive and travels with the officer to Epping
- During this time the journalist with the video card then attempts to get to Epping, he can use the various forms of public transport or use whatever method he wishes just remember that Gdansk is in the south-east of the country and Epping is more in the centre-northern region of the country.
- The other journalist however attempts to unravel the entire conspiracy, should he trust this foreign agent and where is the agent taking him/her to? It's all about trusting and finding the truth, trusting is fairly hard however since as Malgraveans are fairly anti-social arrogant bastards with no sense of humour or any actual emotion besides "thats a nice lab coat" or "Congratulations on experimenting on those homeless children"

The scandal will nearly topple the government which is only saved by the fact that the special forces acted outside it's control and the other mainstream political parties also had their hands in the pot of blame. The Military Police was reformed under the reforms planned by Prime Minister Alice Smith before she was killed and the Military Police are made into a fully professional force under the direction of Commander Zaltz formally of the Royal Malgravean Marines, the special forces however are put through a strict investigation and assessment program which got rid of the crap and criminal elements of the force that seemed to get through, around 10,000 personal were either dismissed or re-directed to other military departments.

If you don't mind them being in a mostly-FT nation by the time they're put to use, I'd be fine with them operating in a YellowApplan city (perhaps Double Rainboom or Torvaldsville, as those two are the closest to Ponistan according to the map). As long as they register as an organization, they can even do so legally.

You could set up shop here in the RRUO, though the government would stay as neutral as Switzerland and Sweden combined towards the government in exile.

The Republic will always welcome those that seek democracy, so of course we'd open our doors to them if they so wished.
