If Steven Magnet's not taken, then I'll adopt him. I've even got a backstory for how he got into my nation.

One day, a sea serpent was found wandering through the rivers, lakes, and estuaries of the Dragon Lands (those states and territories dominated by the Dragons). Considering that sea serpents have not lived in Drakonic waters for more than a thousand years, Dragon scientists from all over the country flocked to study this creature and its behaviors.

Turns out that the serpent in question is none other than our old mustachioed, ambiguously (and humorously) gay friend Steven Magnet and he's been living in Saurisia ever since.
