He's mayor of Hawkreach, Chris something... I've still got to think about it. He's supposed to be a scatterbrained mechanical genius who with a joint party of Earth, Pegasus, and Unicorns Ponies started Hawkreach outpost in a valley to study nearby White Plume Peak, but after the population began to grow he formed a council and proclaimed the camp "The City" of Hawkreach.

He also designed and built himself a pair of wings for whatever other crazy aerial scientific experiments that he or his non-wing inclined brethren wish to perform.
