By regular definition, that makes you FT, as does most of the other game/anime ripped tech which is clearly way beyond anything we'll be capable of this century. It's like saying that giving the Tudors a US CVBG would be alright if aliens did it.

my nation is currently at 2037 and our space program has been going for nearly 100 years, just think of the international space station 70 years from now.

(my nation runs on a different date compared to everyone else so 2037 here is about 2023 in real life

So, are you just 14 years ahead of actual time, or is there some complex formula that you do every time you want to add a couple of years?
Also, I still don't see us setting up a Helium mining facility for Jupiter by 2023. Helium is plentiful on Luna, and it's much closer. Building stations there is far cheaper and FAR MORE convenient for the backers and shareholders. They want to make money, not lose it.

I'd also like to say that building an ISS-equivalent on Jupiter would take not just tremendous funds, but tremendous time. So...

I'm keeping the various evidence I've acquired about Brankle and Scorp's other puppets, the intelligence about his involvements in other alliances and such, with his regional allies, and so on, so I'm prepared in two weeks when he completely freaking goes uber-godmod on all of us, saying that it was like a thirty year time lapse and he gained access to supah-aweshume anti-Emperican/Xanixian/Altaiirian/Steel Coalition weaponry that is invincible and never runs out of ammo. Or something like that.
