XANI! I said keep region and alliance stuff seperate! As far as I'm concerned, the C.E.F. has 100% nothing to do with The Steel Coalition, and is only to be used during an attack on the region itself, not the coalition.

No! Capitol Alliance was never supposed to be related to The Steel Coalition IC. It's just random chance/dumb luck that a bunch of other members of the Coalition joined, including you. C.E.F. forces are for inter-regional RP wars. Like if Kurupt Emerica had declared war on us and we deemed their crap RPing worth our while to go along with, the C.E.F. would respond. Technically, the rest of the coalition would have to respond because another Coalition nation was under attack, but still. C.E.F. and Coalition forces are separate.

And it works the other way around! If one Coalition member gets attacked, then the other Coalition members join. Why would we leave a potential asset out of the fight?

Well, still. That isn't fair to the rest of the members of Capitol Alliance who contributed to the force (which is none at the moment, but for in the future) who aren't members of the coalition but have their troops shipped off to fight a war their leaders don't want to fight.

The entirety of the C.E.F. doesn't contribute then. Just the troops of the nations that are going to fight.

Then...

1) The troops of those nations that are in Capitol Alliance but not the Coalition can still fight

2) The Non-C.E.F. Troops of the Coalition Nations can still fight.

3) All together, we have a massive army, if we combine them. C.E.F. isnt the only army that can fight a Capitol-Wide Invasion.

Yes, but the idea of the C.E.F. is to create a regional, integrated, rapid response, organized force. All the nations retaliating separately could lead to many mistakes and accidents.

If they managed to assault each of our nations at the exact same time, they'd be fighting one army for each territory. In that case, we wouldn't help each other, as we are trying to fight them off our own nation. Once we do, we can build up more C.E.F Forces, and do an organized Counter-Attack.

Those in Capitol Alliance but not in CoS can still add forces, but will choose whether or not to send them if Coalition Forces get attacked.
And the same thing for Coalition Forces, they choose if they do or don't deploy to protect a Capitol member.

Then the one nation holds out, while the others organize a successful counter-strike.
All of us know we can hold out, even for a while. And in that while, we could successfully plan a counter-strike.

I see to have forgotten how the Goshawks and Valkyries work!

They are both helicopters, of sort. They have their rotors pointed upwards to be able to move up and down like helicopters, but the rotors are on a separate part of the helicopter, which allows it to move to aim forward, which allows the aircraft to act as an airplane. This is the case for both of those helicopters, but not for the AH-80.
