Port-du-sud claims this terrain, that we call Lohergen Region Port-du-sud's Parliament passed the following decrees concerning this new region :
D-565-A : Lohergen Region is a Region of Port-du-sud's Federation, whole part of Port-du-sud's territory. Port-du-sud's constitution and laws have whole authority in Lohergen Region.
D 566-A : All the citizens of Port-du-sud have the right to settle in Lohergen Region. Foreign Citizens that have residence permit can settle in Lohergen Region too.
D 567-A : Lohergen Region will have its own elected authorities, a financial autonomy, its own police and the right to have its own local laws.
D 568-A : Lohergen Region will be protected by Port-du-sud's Army forces.

Can we have every thing above the green zone on the right and this area will be given a royal governor and a 10,000 strong garrison
