The Grand Theocratic Empire of the Holy Marsh has recently added to its list of Shrines endorsed by the Word, the First Scripture of the Holy Marsh's Faith, that of Ponyism. While it is not entirely similar to the Ponyist Faith, since all Shrines believe in the Holy Marsh Himself as the Word of Righteousness, it has nominally allied the Holy Marsh with any and all practitioners of that faith worldwide. When combined with the belief shared by all Marshites of all Shrines that non-humans, Ponyfolk included, deserve the same rights as men and women of the Human race, we apply for observer status within this coalition so as to better spread the Word, protect those who are required protection under the Word, and foster peace and love to all those that allow the Grace of the Holy Marsh to enter their hearts, in whatever form that takes.

There has been a movement against ponies and several genocidal actions that we of Crystal Spires tried to prevent, but have sadly failed to prevent in the nation of Fantoa. With over 89 ponies executed and thousands at large for possible execution we wish to apologize for our failure to have acted sooner, and I, Maven Auryn, personally wish my personal sympathies to all of you. You have our greatest condolences and we would like to issue a formal warning of a possible alliance moving against you created by the genocidal nation in question. We of Crystal Spires cannot issue a formal condemnation in the World Assembly on Fantoa as they are not World Assembly members, but we have tried hard to reason with Fantoa in order to release the captives and have granted the ponies asylum, but I fear this issue is one that we cannot turn a blind eye to any longer.

Perhaps our choice of words was crude, and masked our intentions, and for that, we apologize. Preservation of civilian life has always been first and foremost in YellowApplan military doctrine, and always takes precedent over the engagement of an enemy, even when it is the difference between winning or losing a battle. In this case, we are preserving equine lives. We may also be preserving the lives of other oppressed races and species as well, as well as the lives of those who do not agree with their policies, though our intelligence is admittedly lacking on the subject.

As for those already performing military action against the nation of Fantoa, we ourselves would be interested in coordinating with the existing forces in the conflict as to devise the most effective and efficient strategy in halting Fantoan genocidal operations.

International conflicts are problematic to us, because we have resevist based defense force, and we would not want to ship our citizens to wars abroad against their will. We though have few salaried special forces battalions, which we could sent for coalition to use for recce/intel gathering and sabotage missions.

Their wanton disregard for sapient life and their use of ponyfolk as foodstuffs smacks us as Lardite Cult behavior. We fought a 2,100 year long religious total war against them and will suffer no such behavior, regardless of the mask it wears.
