The ation of Conclespia has recently joined LUNA, an organization that was founded to oppose Hippostania and well-known for its efforts to enforce an embargo of Hippostania. Whilst it is deplorable that they have so blatantly disregarded the Element of Loyalty, we would be in contradiction of the Element of Kindness if we were to abandon them in their current climate of unrest. As such, I suggest we place them on probationary membership, which would revoke some of their CoPS rights, whilst still allowing CoPS members to aid them in any way they see fit. I do agree, however, that should they decide to maintain their treacherous stance, that they should be expelled from the CoPS.

While we are not Ponies, we have few problems with the rainbow-colored Equines. Indeed, we are even open to any Ponies seeking to migrate to our nation (in retrospect, though, we're sure most of them will be scared off by our majority population demographic).

Thus, we hereby request Observer status in the CoPS. If you decline our request, than we will accept that as well.

After careful consideration, the Equestrian Territory of Draconikus must oppose the induction of Saurisia into the ranks of Observer nations. This is due in no small part to Saurisia's apparent support of the mass ponycide currently ocurring in the United Socialist States of Whairtia. We of Draconikus feel that any nation in support of these anti-Pony atrocities does not deserve a place within CoPS.

Though we understand the concerns, the current situation in Conclespia would result in the possibility of a brutal genocide of sapient equines if the Coalition of Ponyist Nations discontinued assistance. The lives of sapient beings are more sacred to us than politics.

If the current Conclespian situation was not a concern, we would still abstain from a formal viewpoint, as this would seem to be an issue better resolved between the two nations involved, rather than pulling in the entire Coalition, as the decision would appear to be based on a disagreement between two nations, and not a negative stance toward the Coalition of Ponyist States as a whole or Ponyism itself.

Although not an official stance within CoPS. General Pad believes he may have a suitable idea, which may be of aid to both our nations causes. First and foremost, General Pad would like to express that he understands your right to ban communism, it is a system for the people, which actively denies the people what they deserve.

General Pad would like to offer an extended trade agreement between Hippostania and Eadesiopia. If Hippostania is able to provide resources Eadesiopia needs, which it may have otherwise been receiving from a member nation of LUNA on the international market, Eadesiopia will make efforts to source our goods from Hippostanian soil, rather than outside sources.

With this, Hippostania would have a more favourable trade agreement with Eadesiopia. This would help boost the internal economy of Pony Lands, while granting Hippostania access to some resources which have otherwise been denied by this trade embargo.

On that note, General Pad would encourage other members of CoPS to join together and discuss an internal trade agreement, so that we might be more secure from embargoes set against us by outside forces, such as the current embargo on Hippostania, or even embargos set about by anti-pony forces.

We would like to point out that LUNA nations aren't forced to embargo Hippostania, and that the embargo isn't officially a LUNA initiative in the first place.

I must agree. Even though we have not been able to join the intervention in Conclespia, we would also consider it a betrayal to abandon them in their hour of need. And in any case, we vowed to remain neutral when Hippostania banned Communism, despite the outcries from peoples and ponies in many of our nations. Indeed. There's no ground for Saurisia's admission, quite on the contrary, the United Dinosaur States' eagerness to defend and support the anti-pony elements against the wrath of the ponykind in disregard of the said elements' glaring breaches of sentient rights gives us no choice but to vote neigh.
