The Equestrian Territory of Draconikus would like to apologise for their recent and unannounced absence from this community. There was an unfortunate incident which rendered our diplomatic channels unusable, the exact details of which we are currently investigating. Regardless, we beleive we have compensated for the problem, and are now ready to resume diplomatic relations with the world at large.
Again, we apologise for this unfortunate breach of protocol, and hope that this shall not adversely affect our standing within the Coalition.

While we are not Ponies, we have few problems with the rainbow-colored Equines. Indeed, we are even open to any Ponies seeking to migrate to our nation (in retrospect, though, we're sure most of them will be scared off by our majority population demographic).

We have a recently discovered a rather large island solely by these ponies you think so much of and we have an offer for you to consider.Our proposal is simple.

We wish for the construction of a colony on that island representing the ponies. One of you may construct the colony, or it may be a joint venture by all CoPS nations. It does not matter to us. In return, we would wish to have a position in yor coalition as a enforcer state, because our navy is top-notch, given that we are an island region. All nations in our region support the freedom of religion & speech, so we do have a small, but growing number of people who practice ponyism.

As said earlier the proposal still stands.

As for the colony, we would be willing to participate in the establishment thereof, but as per our traditions, we would be unwilling to take full ownership of any land claim, including an island. We would be willing to establish a pseudo-consulate facility there, for the territory itself to be under the control of another Ponyist nation.

Although we do not intend to join the Coalition of Ponyist States, we would like to announce to the Pony Coalition as an act of good will that there is currently a ban of Ponyism in the nation of Fantoa with ponies being arrested for treason and sentenced to death, with all symbols and books that advocate for Ponyism burned at government sanctioned Burn Parties. While Fantoa is not an affiliate with the World Assembly, an issue that makes official condemnation impossible, we have issued a press release on behalf of Crystal Spire's commitment to humane and civil rights, and recommend that similar actions be taken throughout. Our Country sends its heartfelt sympathies to the equines and would be more than willing to help where we can unofficially. Our High Council has already discussed about the possible influx of refugees and is willing to accept any if you are overwhelmed.

We sincerely appreciate your sign of goodwill. However, we believe it is in the Coalition's best interests that we demand some prior proof of ponies existing in Fanota, otherwise we in Enatai will assume it is merely a fabricated scare tactic.

After careful consideration, the Equestrian Territory of Draconikus must oppose the induction of Saurisia into the ranks of Observer nations. This is due in no small part to Saurisia's apparent support of the mass ponycide currently ocurring in the United Socialist States of Whairtia. We of Draconikus feel that any nation in support of these anti-Pony atrocities does not deserve a place within CoPS.

The ation of Conclespia has recently joined LUNA, an organization that was founded to oppose Hippostania and well-known for its efforts to enforce an embargo of Hippostania. We suggest that Conclespia will be temporarily expelled from the CoPS until they have left LUNA, and possibly permanently if they're not going to do so. We believe that it shouldn't be allowed for COPS members to join coalitions or organizations whose prime target is to harm and cause damage to other COPS nations.
