After the Issuance of Agreements in the 2011 National People's Congress
Snowpoint City, October 14, 2011

Greetings,

Today, 14th of October 2011, in a large meeting which started from 9.00 a.m Lykosian times, thousands from the Lykosian community, the Consultative Assembly and the government of Lykosia have sat together in National People's Congress and at 16:43 p.m, have issued a few important national agreements regarding the nation's ideology and philosophy. Those agreements between the peoples and the government will be mentioned below.

The National People's Congress has agreed to keep the Five Principles as philosophical foundation of the Lykosian state, which are Belief in God, Just and civilized humanity, National unity, Democracy guided by the inner wisdom in the unanimity arising out of deliberations amongst representatives, and Social justice for the all people of Lykosia. This is important considering the highly diverse archipelago of Lykosia and the Five Principles has succeed to unite the nation-state until now.

The National People's Congress has also agreed to keep Semi-Direct Democracy as Lykosia's form of government while must be in accordance with the Five Principles. It is important to represent the people's voice and aspirations through the Consultative Assembly and let the people who are competent to voice them and decide. However most of the people also agrees that referendums on highly-crucial issues, and a people's congress like this, are very important.

Finally, the National People's Congress has agreed to officially adopt Ponyism as the nation's ideology under the Five Principles of Lykosia. The ideas of friendship and harmony has been ingrained in Lykosian society since the first formation of the nation and has been a culture among the society. Thereafter Ponyism spread widely within Lykosian soil and highly influenced the nation in its national and everyday life. An amendment on the Republican Constitution regarding this will be conducted shortly by the Consultative Assembly three days from now.

I really hope that with this national agreements, which cannot be revoked, Lykosia will enter a new and better era, to create a better Lykosia for our children in the future.

We are sure that you have received a letter of the President's official Press Statement before. We deemed this as a breakthrough in our nation which is supported by the majority of the Lykosian people, especially the pony population.

There's nothing more we should explain. From now on, Lykosis is de facto and de jure a Ponyist state, regardless the small population of equine species in our nation. Hereby we would like to apply for a full membership in the Coalition and we will be very honored if we are accepted.

Official Communique from the Dominion of the Lubyak

We have recently received a rather....disturbing communique from Prime Minister Morning Star of the Greater Pony Herd. He has decried the action of the Dominion to restore order in Ponistant as 'imperialist' ventures, and has threatened to attempt to banish the Dominion from the Coalition if we attempt to continue our aid to the rightful government of Ponistan.

We are unsure of what Prime Minister Morning Star's intentions with this motion are. But we would like the Coalition to be aware of this possible power play by the GPH of Urmanaian.

I would like to request of the Dominion of Lubyak that they not post such startling claims, or, if they must do so, then that they at least grant us the benefit of context. It would appear that there are now several factions vying for control of Ponistan, and Lubyak and the GPH support opposing factions. This is yet more proof that a military conference is necessary, as, were there a united Coalition taskforce, this situation would not have occurred. As it stands, I feel that both factions have valid reasons that warrant their support, and so neither side can be faulted. With this being the case, I can see no reasons for the dismissal of either one nation from CoPS, as the failure to discuss the requisite Coalition action was universal. Finally, I must query the GPH on their accusation of Lubyak's actions being 'imperialistic'. Whilst my information regarding the situation in Ponistan is limited, as I understand the factions, Lubyak has chosen to support the people's chosen government, whereas the GPH has elected to support a monarchical group. As such, the 'imperialistic' nation would appear to be the GPH.
With this said, Draconikus will not involve itself with this issue until a general consensus within the Coalition has been reached, as regards what action the Coalition as a whole should take.

The Dominion has announced it support for the Government of Ponistan, and publicly announced the deployment of military forces to assit when this communique was transmitted to us from Flankfurt am Mane. We should mention that as of now, the Dominon has permission from the government of Ponistan to deploy toops to aid in their fight.

Your actions, we frown upon them as we see them as a glaring breach of Ponistan's national sovereignty. Consider cancelling your imperialistic acts of intervention or the GPH shall raise the issue of expelling you from the CoPS or will be even forced to undertake corresponding military actions against the Dominion of the Lubyak.

The context is simple. The GPH of Urmanian has threatened us both with expulsion from the Coalition, and with miliatry agression simply because we have acted to assist the rightful government of a fellow Coalition member.

We do not ask that the Coalition condemn Urmanian for these action, but we do ask that they be mindful of such rhetoric coming from Flankfurt, and what the implications could be.

Member nations' eagerness to spill pony blood in order to quench their thirst of influence is sickening. In regard to the recent reports of hostilities in the nation of Ponistan, and the rising tensions between Lubyak and the Greater Pony Herd, the Nomadic Peoples of YellowApple are remaining officially neutral in this scenario. We will not support any particular side of this tangled knot of disputes.

We will, however, be establishing a neutral safezone in our military protectorate, the United Socialist States of Marxist Equines for the purpose of housing civilian refugees if military conflict does occur, in addition to providing medical and nutritional assistance to all civilians subjected to any military conflict that may ensue.
