2. Yes they are powerful, that's the point. Rome has a large chink of the world under their control giving them access to many more supers and raw material for their economy making them not only rich but also a large chink of that wealth goes to the military. So these guys are. Strong yes, but not as strong as Reznov. They may give him a run for his money but he would win.

You said Jorhan, a character just recently introduced with no previous development, is as powerful as three Reznovs.
That makes being stronger than Reznov seem almost normal for any superhuman.
Well in my defence:
1) Jorhan will become, at least in my sub plot, a MASSIVE SON OF A BITCH ANTAGONIST. He ain;t random, he's a pain in the ass.
2) 3 Reznovs was high, but I saw Rome's dude and they seem to get morepowerful and powerful, so I wanted an equivilent so that Jorhan would be threat. Can't be a threat if he can be dropped by anyone from Rome.

You know, I'm tempted to use The Cosmic Shadow, and The Ministry's Reality Manipulation to their utmost to do an otherwise impossible feat, and bring Reznov BACK from the dead to teach the the world a lesson.
I probably won't, but I'm darn tempted. Just think of the Father/Son Murder Sprees that could happen though.

You wanna know how strong the epic final boss is which Dugal and friends will have to fight against?
About 1.25 Reznovs. And that is at full strength, using both of his secret weapons, both of which are immensely powerful.
As a reference: colonel Fischer, which just defeated Cain and David in Paris, is about 0.4 Reznovs. And he's one of Rome's most powerful warriors.
Perhaps as the ultimate reference: Bardarus Bismarck during FOG1 was roughly 0.8 Reznovs, being about as strong as Dugal in my opinion.
As you can probably tell, the bosses I have in store are strong, but only the very final bosses are near or just a little bit stronger than Reznov.

Cain right now is probably about 0.1 Reznovs right now, since he is yet to do any proper training. But we're merely using that standard for the discussion right now. It's not like we're gonna have people walking around with scouters to measure the reznovlevels of their opponents. Over my dead body.
@ Karaig: You know what would be cool? A fight between Jorhan and colonel Fischer in the burning remains of Paris. I can't have Fischer die though; I have some major plans for him in the future. What do you say?
Also I vote against the return of Reznov. He's, like Karaig's formulated quite nicely, a giant of FOG history. Bringing him back from the dead would in my opinion shit all over his awesomeness.

Fischer vs Jorhan?
Fuck.
I'd be cool with it but I can't let Jorhan die yet. WHo knows, might turn into the new Breail Dugal rivalry. If you're ok with it.

Sounds good. We can have the two have a nice warm-up together until Jorhan is ordered to retreat or something like that before they both can get serious. What say you?
