About the naval issue: what Maximilian and Ansed are saying is that the American fleets could defeat the Roman Atlantic fleets, but lose most of their own in the process.
I'm now awaiting a reply from ESC regarding my question about the teleporter. Besides the time it takes to construct such a massive machine, it would also make defeating Rome easy mode. And we ain't playing on easy mode, baby. You gotta bleed to get a mere shot at the hope of victory.

It will be amazing on 3 principles:
1. Doesn't end in three posts.
2. Doesn't end with lol missile spam.
3. TANK BATTLES! It's Germany, duuuhhhh

At the gym so quick reply. Japan turned Tokyo Bay into a giant teleporter quite quickly. It should be able to replicate the first gen teleporter easily. Secondly, there can always be a software malfunction that can lead the fleet into the middle of the Atlantic right in front of the Roman Armada. So not easy mode.

First, the statement.
Benjamin Marks, my (more or less) Ex-inquisitor (still needs to be casted btw), will attempt to inform Rome of any plans he discovers from Louis or any of the other characters that he meets. The only way for me to do otherwise (and still make sense ICly) would be to have him meet Bardarus, and have him convince him that his true loyalty should lie with him.
Now a question, would the lot of you rather Marks play informant, or change which faction of Rome he is aligned with?Prior to the events of FOG1, Jeremiah successfully made his living by being hired by hurting companies to increase their success, mostly by increasing their profit margin/boosting employee moral.
Shortly after the events of FOG1, what would shortly become the NCC successfully succeeded from the UNSA (don't ask me how. I am not getting into that). After a while, they were in sore need of economic help. They enlisted Jeremiah's aid, and now the NCC is an (admittedly minor) economic power. Jeremiah does not actually run the country, but he has almost complete control of it's economics, and is universally considered the 'benefactor of the Caribbean'. His official position is 'Benefactor and Diplomat', and is currently running a multitude of projects (both personal and Government Sanctioned) on the islands.
Now, a question, does anyone object to one of those projects being a boat/submarine/plane that can support three or four dozen people for a couple weeks?

I have no idea how Bardarus could be convinced. The renegade inquisitors have grown a lot (even absorbing 'traitors' from the Seraph Knights and other branches) but the only ones Bardarus trusts are the original renegade inquisitors, of which all except one are pupils and life-long comrades of Bardarus. So, I'm curious how you will attempt this.

Age: 35
Gender: Male
Skin Color: Rudy
Height: 5"8'
Weight: 170 lbs
Eye Color: Grey
Hair Color: Dusty brown
Powers: Mind reading, mild hypnotic suggestion, long distance telepathy and telepathic projection.
Most minds have somewhere around four or so levels of thought, three of conscious, one of subconscious. He can access and read the first two levels of someones thought. Under direct physical contact, he can also place mild suggestions in someones mind. I.E. making them mildly more inclined towards taking a certain action, or feeling a certain way under a certain condition. After approximately three minutes of contact with a mind, he can track it over long distances. His telepathic projection (as opposed to his normal telepathy) gives the person he is contacting the impression that someone is there that they are not aware of, creating a (very) faint image visible only to, them and than causing their brain to interpret the foreign thoughts as external audio input. As for his normal telepathy, that works by inputting obviously foreign thoughts into someone's mind. The weak minded, inexperienced, or just out right stupid may mistake these thoughts for their own, however this IS different from the hypnotic suggestion.
Abilities: Inquisitor training, Better than average information gathering skills (not related to his mind reading).
Weaknesses: During a telepathic projection, he is incapable of controlling his body, though he is completely aware of any and all physical stimuli.
Short Biography: Both of his parents are dead. His father (British), died in a car accident, and his mother (Roman), died in a fire at the funeral. Raised in a Roman orphanage, gained his power shortly after a gas explosion destroyed the orphanage. Lived on the street making use of his power to survive, he was taken in and trained as an inquisitor upon the discovery of his power. During his first mission, he befriended the other two inquisitors working with him on the mission, Lora Pharin, who's power was energy projection, and Dan Terel, who's was capable of calculating the statistical odds of any (reasonable) outcome of any (reasonable) situation at insanely fast speed. They became good friends, and were paired together more and more often, due to the fact that they worked incredibly well together. Eventually Ben fell in love with Lora. Dan, who not only did NOT love Lora, supported his two friends and actively tried to foster a more intimate relationship between the two of them. However on their most recent mission, their operation (a non lethal snatch and grab) was compromised, they were ambushed in a fuel storage building. During a lull in the battle, Dan was able to do a large quantity of planning, and discovered the only way for the battle to end without all three of them being killed, he caused a crate to fall and bump Lora, causing her bolt of energy to hit a barrel of oil, and set off a large explosion killing the remaining enemies, killing Dan, sending Lora into a coma, and injuring Ben, causing minor brain damage, and mild amnesia, rendering all his memories prior to the damage fuzzy, and in some cases, destroying them completely. The only things that are still clear in his mind, are every instance he has ever seen an open flame, and his loyalty to, and faith in, the Roman Empire.

Agent Echo has a most extraordinary ability. Not only can she breathe and move through water, but she can fire off sound waves that effectively replicate echolation. As well as a variety of other sound types, but that's not the point. One of our finest scientists built a type of unmanned drone ship replicating her ability. With her as point, our team of robots can pinpoint the locations of the submarines and their docking pens.
