S.P.E.C.T.R.E.
Special oPerations Entity Counter Threat REsponse
SPECTRE is a paramilitary organization located throughout the world, their bases ranging from subterranean bunker complexes to safe houses. Regarldess, SPECTRE has a foot in every door and an ear in every conversation. SPECTRE started out as a supersoldier program, and as such can (debatebly) boast having the most advanced supersoldiers, or Combat Superiority Assets (CSA). Not only does SPECTRE operate using these CSAs, but they also utilize a broad spectrum of soldiers, assassins, hackers, and almost every specialist around the world.
Part 1: C.S.A.s (Combat Superiority Assets)
CSAs are the future of warfare, advanced infantry that fullfill many roles, they are borken down into four main categories; Juggernauts, Psionics, Operators, and Abominations (mostly called A-Boms)
Juggernauts are shocktroops, able to take much more punishment than Pisonics and Operators combined. Juggernauts are massive troops, able to carry weapons that normal humans couldn't. Furthermore, Juggernauts can flip cars and have the strength to crush bones, or simply rip someone in half. This strength comes at a price, as Juggernauts are most prone to going berserk (I'll get to that later)
Operators are the assassins and Special-operation (hence their name) troops in the modern world. Fast, agile, and highly efficent at beeing unseen, they act as spies, assassins, and sabateurs against enemies. Operators can survive punishment, but are usually easily ripped apart by Juggernauts. Operators are least prone to going berserk.
Psionics are weak, like humans, unable to survive the punsihment that war can bring onto them. This is made up for by their pyschi abilites to use telekinesis, telepathy, and mindcontrol. Able to rip Juggernauts apart with their mind, Psionics only losse out to Operators (due to them being hard to see, and their proficency with snipers).
Abominations are the product of any CSA going beyond beserk and becoming feral. They become monstrosities, with little brain capacity, but massive strength and speed. These are usually high threats to both allies and enemies.
Part 2: Specialists
So you know the four basic CSAs (Juggernauts, Operators, Psionics, and A-Bombs) but each of these categories are just a general overview. There are many "specialists" in each group. Here they are:
Juggernauts
- Dreadnoughts, super Juggernauts, strong enough to survive tank rounds *
- Rhonins, soldiers clad in bullet proof samurai armour, a CSA found commonly in SPECTRE's Japanese locations. Armed with energized katanas (possibly the most effective CSA killing weapon)
- Pyschos, assault troops, experts with guns and hard to kill. Name comes from their slightly lower sanity levels. Can go berzerk temperarly, giving them super strength and speed
- Guardians, also known as the "standard" juggernaut. A jack of all trades for juggernauts
Operators
- Shades, ninja'esque assassins. highly proficent with blades
- Terminators, snipers at the heart, these are highly proficent with guns. usually given active camouflage (they have clothes that tun invisible)
- Sentinels, the most danergous operators. Masters of being invisible and weapons *
Psionics
- Archons, psionic assets that can destroy buldings, tanks anything. Always class 3 or lower *
- Chargers, psionic warriors in full protective armour, has the ability to focus energy through blades and body, making them frontline psionics
- Psi-Hunters, psionic CSAs who can't use psionic abilites, but possess immunity to other psionics, making them perfect for hunting down hostile psionics, and eliminating them
Part 3: Organization
SPECTRE is divided into a few divisions, each focusing on its onw training and objectives:
WRAITH (Weaponized Response Assassination Infiltration Tactical Headhunters): Elite kill squads, WRAITH makes up the bulk of SPECTRE's shock troops, assassins, and elite CSAs. WRAITH units are denoted by red goggles, and their lethality inflcited on hostile forces. WRAITH does not utilize Psionics, but has a very high concentration of Juggernauts and Operators.
STALKER (Special Tactics Advanced Longe-ranged Kill Elite Recon): SPECTRE's hounds, STALKER hunts down high priority assets, and terminates them if an order is given. STALKER is a small unit, but has the best assassins and Operators in SPECTRE. STALKER does not utilize Juggernauts or Psionics, as they are slower and attract attention. STALKER units wear green goggles.
BANSHEE (BAttle Network pSionic Headhunting Elimination Entity): The Psionic exclusive division, and the most fear due to its low sanity ratings. BANSHEE units are deployed to level or raze anything that SPECTRE deems a threat, or to hunt down other psionics or supers. Banshee units have purple goggles.
GHOST (Global Hidden Observation Strategic Tactics): A Non combat division, GHOST is SPECTRE's eyes and ears, having spies and Operators in almost every major government of military ranks. Very few have escaped GHOST's men on the ground, or their satellitenetwork in orbit. GHOST does not use many CSAs, though someOperators are assigned to it.
CRADLE (Combat unit RAising Division Life gEnetics): Another non-combat division, CRADLE is the birth place of all supersoldiers. It is where they are administered the CSAGTP (Combat Superiority Asset Genetic Therapy Procedure) to become supersoldiers. Due to high fatility rates, CRADLE has a largre recruitment pool, though willing subjects is another topic. CRADLE also manufactures ICHOR shots.
Part 4: Key Figures
The Silouetted Man: Little is known about this mysterious figure, all that is known is tha he is the leader and commander of all SPECTRE operations, and a such commands a lot of authority, respect, and fear. An intellectual, the Silouetted Man is a master tactican, able to perdict hostile moves and use this against them.
Jorhan Rabinovich: The Assassin General, Rabinovich is a rutgless and cunning tactician. While the SIlouetted Man looks across the world, Jorhan looks over the battlefield. He always wears a gas mask after an incident with a chemical weapon. Never ask who he is hunting, because if you're curious, you're probably the target.
Callsign: Watchdog: A STALKER unit and a newer CSA, Watchdog is the top field operative in the hunt for Breail. For more info, see app.
Breail Rathal, Callsign: Harbinger: This ex-SPECTRE agent was a WRAITH next generation hybrid CSA, having strains of DNA from Juggernauts, Operators, and Psionics. Highly proficent and hyperlethal, Breail was one of SPECTRE's SableKnights, the best of the best. Location and allegiance is currently unknown.
John Squire: Connected to the Silouetted Man. No other available information.
Part 4.5: SableKnights
At the height of their power, there were nine SableKnights, the most powerful agents of SPECTRE. Currently, the roster is this including past warriors:
1. Jorhan Rabinovich|Callsign:- active
2. unknown|Callsign: Defiance- active
3. Dakarai|Callsign: Vengeance- KIA
4. unkown|Callsign: Zeus- active
5. unknown|Callsign: Poseidon- active
6. Breail Rathal|Callsign: Harbinger- renegade
7. Unknown|Callsign: Hades- active
8. Domovoi|Callsign: Titan- KIA
9. Horatio Dias|Callsign: Jaguar- KIA

ATTACK:
Kinetic Blast: A kinetic force blast of varying width and intensity.
Kinetic Strike: A physical strike that has it's intensity boosted via a kinetic impulse.
Kinetic Crush: Two or more kinetic force blasts directed towards a single point from different directions.
Kinetic Split: Two or more kinetic force blasts emerging from a single point and towards different directions.
Kinetic Pierce: A kinetic force blast of very high intensity and very little width.
Kinetic Gravfield: A kinetic force blast of varying width and usually high intensity directed towards the ground, meant to greatly hinder or even crush an enemy.
DEFENSE:
Kinetic Barrier: A kinetic wave directed ahead of Milus to slow down or stop any dangerous projectile or attack directed towards him. The intensity varies depending on the situation. Width is usually large.
Kinetic Shockwave: Several kinetic waves emerging from (Around) Milus and directed outwards to stop any dangerous projectile or attack directed towards him. Intensity varies depending on the situation, but is usually high, and Width is usually large. Basically a much improved version of the Kinetic Barrier. Mostly used for defense, but also viable for attack.
Glide: Kinetic impulses slow down Milus' falls.
Levitation: Kinetic streams suspend Milus into the air and allow him to move freely through it via more kinetic impulses.

Uhmm, alright. I believe suggestions will help me plan out certain details regarding Milus. I'm dividing this into two categories: Attack and Defense.
This is what I've got right now.ATTACK:

Zarkenis Ultima wrote:Meh. I plan on him to develop the shockwave and the levitation much later. How he is currently he wouldn't be able to pull off the shockwave, and in the near future it would probably take all of his energy to use one. Not to mention that if there are allies near him, well... Yeah. On levitation, well... All I have to say is, yeah, I planned on giving him that much later.
The rest's alright?
