-Creation of fully shared delusions and illusions

-Manipulation of sense upon contact of target.
-Later on, he'll gain a field covering usage of the first power.
Description of Powers:
His powers ranges from his consciousness, the less conscious, the more powerful and unstable... and likewise.
The delusions and/or illusions he creates are shared by everyone around him, and he will be able to real-boot them into existence as long as they are not a living object.
However, they are fully bound by the physical properties of their real-life counterpart and cannot change unless he becomes fully unconscious, which may become highly
dangerous if the situation gets out of hand. If he is to change the attributes, he would have to limit himself to one-object at a time and would have to physically be in hand of it.
Like said, his manipulation of sense can only be used when in contact with someone, and once contacted, he must be in a really close range to make sure the subject is still in his
manipulation. The last one is actually more of a limit of the first power, regarding if he gains enough focus to control the powers.
Abilities: He essentially extraordinarily quick, but this is weakened due to his mediocre strength. Which is countered by his odd assets of flexible moves and attacks which are ridiculously unpredictable.
Weaknesses:

-limiting of eyesight,
-sublimely luxurious places which appear to be really beautiful.
Short Biography:
As a child, Stein was rather spoiled by his foster parents who thought nothing of him really. As such, his childhood is mostly unknown and Stein himself disregards it as a simple "scenario of life". There was a time where he was kidnapped and tortured as a hostage in a "bribing scheme" brought by some criminals, but what happened to them remains unknown. After that point in life, he found himself alone and fragile in this open world, his sanity crumbled each day he was forced to stay alone and survive in a poverty stricken area. Little by little every day, this condition got to a point where his attitude towards others became cold and sometimes aggravated if they persisted. This mind of his began to lure him away into his own little paradise, but he refused this paradise and still held his rationality above his mind. His mind began to manifest into the world, as if his mind wouldn't give up. Money stopped being a problem after he had learned how to change make counterfeit money through his mind. Even though he spends it on food only. (Get rich fast scheme without doing anything!)
Role-play Example:
A loud, crackling sound fluttered through the winds of the area, spreading a metallic yet flowery smell into the air.
There was a poorly-dressed man that rotted of the stink of low-life scum panicking out of the bedazzling beautiful jewelry shop. This man walked past Stein, who had really no intent of actually do anything related to the crime that had taken place. In fact, Stein actually helped the man by disguising him as a different man; making him look like some jogging hipster who decided to take the next step and start running. As a small and rare grin had creeped onto Stein, the cops came to the crime scene, bewildered by who could possibly have done such a thing. Of course, without asking anyone, they accused the man who had just been strolling by the crime scene. They continued to interrogate this random and confused civilian, as Stein simply walked in the opposite direction and shrugged. A mumble can be seen emanating out of his mouth.
"It's not like it was anything important anyway."
