Description of Powers: This elemental control is different to that of her mother's. Instead of the traditional four elements, she can contol electricity, light, nature and nature, although currently she only knows about electricity and light.
Abilities: She's a violinist and a keen chef but other than that, just normal, everyday stuff.
Weaknesses: She's incredibly naive and unaware that her powers can even do anything that can cause harm.
Short Biography: I did write on, do I need to write another?
Role-play Example: Do I need one!?

I don't mean to be a nazi, but these flaws (The first two, anyways) seemed worth pointing out.

Yeah. My main concern is legibility. I have made minor mistakes such as that before.

Man, people of NationStates are snobs when it comes to grammar. I feel that having any of you people read 4chan or Youtube comment/threads, you'd fall over and die from a Brain Aneurysm.

I read Youtube stuff all of the time. It is slightly more sloppy than on here, but many users there still use proper grammar.
In any case, the reason for this "snobness" is to make RP's like books. Easy to read, and professional.

There are no powers reserved. More than one person can use the same power. The limits we do have, are to insure non god mod powered characters. If you would like to join, simply make an app, and pick whatever power you want with reasonableness. If the Council takes issue, we shall help you work through it.

I visit 4chan and youtube daily, and yet my brain has remained perfectly fine. How is that possible, you ask? Well, I don't expect much from 4chan comments and youtube comments. I do however expect a lot from written stories, which includes roleplays. Does anyone care about a grammatical error in a youtube comment? No. Does anyone care about about a grammatical error in a roleplay? Why yes, I certainly do, and so do many others.

Description of Powers:Can generate ethereal weapons and shields.Ethereal weapons are different from energy weapons in the sense that it is possible to touch them with out injury,they maintain form even after the creator has lost focus on them and can be willed into different forms.Ethereal can also be brought in to a form of a simple energy sphere,blast,or stream of fire.Can hear thoughts and and speak telepathicly.In battle changes to guided intuition or empathy,he can DO nothing with the mind,he can just see it and present himself to it.

Abilities:Martial arts (specializing in a mastery of weapons, intermediate in hand to hand)and stealth.
Weaknesses:Holy water (a chemical weapon of the Vatican,it severs the connection with the ethereal,causing it to disperse)

Short Biography:Cain's birth origin is unknown,but one of his first memories,is being picked up from an orphanage in Italy by the man,whom in the next 4 years he would affectionately call Priest.Priest was the Abbot at a monastery.At the age of six he discovered he could form black ethereal objects,with focus.Eager to show this new found powers to his adopted parent,he demonstrated to Priest.
Horrified by what must be a demon,Priest immediately took him to the Vatican for an exorcism.After months of torture,Cain had developed a psychological aversion to holy items.The Vatican,convinced that he was an evil more divine that they could handle sent him back to the monastery,bound in crosses.The ethereal in Cain fought against the psychological aversion to the crosses,paining him immensely,and also putting him enough stress to activate an underlying power,telepathy.With this ability,he convinced Priest to unbind him (using telepathy to act as the voice of God).He then killed everyone in the monastery.
Cain now is in hiding,acting as an assassin for those who fit his definition of just.He seeks no side in the Super War,only justice.Should he see one side more just than the other,he acts upon it.

Role-play Example:
Cain watched the robber as he fled.He saw the civilians,just standing in awe,doing nothing.He closed his eyes and brought into focus every mind on the block.
I thought it was in times of war you flea infested humans clung to your god.It seems repentance is just as lacking as justice in you he flooded every mind with.
He could feel the mind of the robber,after concentration.He was stopping to count his earnings.Cain followed the thief,taking turn after turn down the narrow streets.He came upon a small house in the slums of the city.As he approached the door he noticed two sets of small innocent eyes peering through the window.He reached again with his mind,and found the robber could see him,and he recognized him from the wanted poster throughout the city.He braced the door with a chair.
Cain left the robbers mind and returned to striding towards the door.Once he reached it,he placed his hand on it and will the flames in his body out,into a crude blast.The door gave way.
He entered the house,to find a father cowering in the corner with his two children and a wife.Once again he willed the ethereal in his body out,forming it into a sword."Up" he said as he pointed at the father with the sword,indicating with his head the he should stand against the other wall.He did.Cain hurled the glowing black sword at the father,and willed into knives pinning him to the wall.
"Death is far to lenient a punishment for you. Hell is a of suffering,not of swift death." Cain turned his attention to the family.He grabbed the mothers mouth,and forced it open.He projected his thoughts to the father as he fed the burning ethereal through her.He did the same to the children,and then turned his attention to the father.He willed the knife restraints into the sword again.He carved his mark into the victims wrist and watched as he bled out.\

The haircut, the eye colors and the fact he is smiling (Well, and the fact he doesn't have heterochromia, but hell, that's so rare I don't really care) are a little bit off in relation to my mental image of the character, but nobody's perfect I suposse.
