Powers: Blood Manipulation, Slight Accelerated Healing
Description of Powers: Kasimir can control his blood in a variety of ways and other people's blood as long as he has physical contact with their blood. He can concentrate blood into a variety of shapes and even turn it into a solid mass that can be held and keep its shape. The downside of this power is the more blood Kasimir uses from his own body the less he has inside him so it becomes harded for his body to function. His secondary power only starts working after he uses his first power. His healing power allows him to quickly regain any lost blood he used and heal slight wounds like cuts quicker then normal humans.

Abilities: Billiards Expert, Martial Arts Style: Bojutsu
Weaknesses: His abilities have obvious limits to them for one. Kasimir also can't not accept a challenge under punishment of own his pride.

Short Biography: Kasimir was born in Adorf Germany he was the youngest of three children. He had a completely normal life until he turned 11 That was when all of his direct family died of a strange disease (The Neo-stigma). He was forced to go live with his godfather who had become an alcholic after his wife died of cancer two years earlier. His godfather would always bring Kasimir to the bar with him but being a minor he couldn't do anything but play billiards so every night he would play biliards and quickly got good at it. He also joined a school of Bushido after his godfather's friend offered to train him for free.

This lasted for many years until he turned 18 and left his godfather. His life was normal again and he soon got married at the age of 24 and had a daughter two years later. He would still occasionaly go to the bar and accept challenges from people he felt may have a chance against him. One of the people he didn't accept a chalenge from was slightly insane and he killed Kasimir's wife. Then he came at Kasimir with a knife he cut him and he started bleeding. Kasimir's blood became a blade and he used it to decapitate his wife's killer in rage. Now he constantly kills others that harm and steal from others, but still caringly takes care of his only daughter.

Role-play Example:

The night was a cold one, Kasimir was once again at his favorite bar playing billiard ball. The neon glow illuminated the table as he sunk the 8 ball into the corner pocket with a bank shot that gracefully slipped past his opponents efforts to block the shot. Kasimir puts his hand out to the opponent who angrily grunts as he hands over $50 in cash.

An hour later, after playing mutiple games of Billiards and making alot of money Kasimir left the bar. After, walking for a few minutes he came across a jewlery store being robbed. The robber instantly started to flee when he spoted Kasimir approach. Kasimir giggled in glee as he chased the culprit into an alleyway. They both pulled knives but Kasimir just cut his hand and droped his knife to the ground. The blood poured out much to rapidly for a normal cut and quickly took the shape of a bo. He charged the robber, who tried to run in fear before his skull was crushed. The man's body fell to the ground with a soft splash in his own blood. Kasimir grabed the bag that held the stolen goods and took a single diamond necklace he shoved it in his pocket and dropped the rest in the spreading pool of blood.

Once Kasimir made it home he walked into a small violet room and took a tooth from under his daughter's pillow and easily switched it with the necklace.
"Good night sweety," cooed Kasimir quietly as he kissed her forehead. He walked to his own room and slept.

And now, for the bio of Snowflake and the app of her daughter; Melody!

Race: White
Nationality: Her parents were both English, however she was born in Australia. She has since moved back to her ancestry home, England.
Age: 39 (as of the beginning of FoG2)

Eye/Hair Color: Brown eyes / Blonde hair
Powers: Elemental Control; Initially mastery of fire and small control of water, however this progressed to gain total control of all four elements
Background:
Snowflake was born to two world famous superbeings, Pyro and Wavilia, in Adelaide, Australia. She lived peacefully with her parents and grandparents but she knew her parents were constantly using their powers to save people from danger or trouble. As her parents had unique, powerful abilities, they were a key part of the Australian government and used their powers to defeat terrorists etc. She attended school like any normal child and lived an ordinary life with no glitz and glamour.

Pyro was a close friend of the Australian prime minister and so, when the family moved away to Londim, he didn't alert anyone of their "gifts". Operation HUNT did, however, find the family. This resulted in Snowflake fleeing to hide under her bed whilst her parents were slaughtered in the bedroom in which she had fled to, to hide. As her parents fell to the floor, her father mouthed a final message to her; "Stop HUNT!" Her grandparents met the same fate but for some reason, Snowflake; a small, helpless child was left behind.

This experience instilled a burning hatred for the organisation and so, once she had generated enough funds to move to Berlin, she did so. Aged just 14, she began to slowly take down HUNT, achieving very little until, aged 19, she experienced the encounter with Reznov. To this day, she calls this the day that changed her life.

After the apparent defeat of Omega, Snowflake moved back to England and established a home in London with her love interest, Ansed. After a five years, their first child was born. A young girl whom Snowflake named Melody. It was apparent that Melody would be special from the day she was born and she was nurtured and treated as a princess by both her parents.

Although she attempted to stay in contact with many of her friends, she lost touch and soon, she wasn't speaking to any of them. her life had become her job (a teacher in the local school), a mother and a wife.

Melody Booth
Race: White
Nationality: English, with a French father and an Australian mother.
Age: 14
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 110 lbs
Eye/Hair Color: Bluey Green / Brown (although she has died it red)
Powers: Elemental, just like her mother but the elements are different. As of the moment, she is only aware of electricity and light. She will develop elemental powers that cover nature and ice, she just hasn't developed them yet (and probably won't for the next ten or so years)
Background:
Melody is the fourteen year old daughter of Snowflake and Ansed Booth and has inherited the power of elements of her mother. She has lived an uneventful life; having no knowledge of the threat both her mother and father fought against and believes her powers to be a gift from her grandparents, whom she has only heard stories about.

Melody is a stereotypical, sulky teenager, however, she is focused and determined and has a fierce loyalty towards her mother. She discovered her powers aged three when she began to burst balloons by putting thousands of volts through them. Aged eleven, she realised she had a basic control of light and would use this to play pranks on people she didn't like. As of the moment, she is unaware of the devastating effects her powers can have but is bound to find out sooner or later.

Laniege would be approved, but he made the same mistake in his bio with Germany losing WW2. AU has given the now canon answer about the fall of the Nazi Party, but the unification of Germany and Britain into Londim needs to be reflected into your bio. Once you do that, it will be approved.

Also, probably worth bringing up this, as even though this discussion was based on the whole "Soul Bullet" power, it would still apply to my new power:

I was actually thinking something else. This is gonna sound a little silly, but I thought more like, the Horcruxes of Harry Potter. Except, this guy shoots them off and it does huge damage.

The 2 months idea is actually better, though, but, how would it work? Unless you throw in some divine elements and say that a person's lifespan is set in stone.

We can have you have a dream where your subconscious tells you how long you have left in life. Then you can just subtract the 2 months from that number.

It's not really supernatural. Your subconscious picks up on things that you don't pay attention to in your waking moments. So it's not to farfetched to have a dream that will tell you info that you might have missed when you used your powers for the first time.

The rest: My subconscious COULD tell me I have 2 months of life left, but I still doubt it would tell me how much time I have left, unless, again, it's set in stone.

Or my mind can subconsciously read all my... Biological processes or something and stuff. Then again, there's diseases, the probability of a violent death, etc...

You misunderstood. I'm saying that if you are originally going to live till 90 and you use your psionic blast once then you will live only to be 89 and 10 month.

Your subconscious warns you after you first use your powers the first time because it feels the damage it does you your body.

Either I'm not completely understanding you, or you're not completely understanding me.

There are several factors at every point in life that could potentially alter, for better or worse, a person's lifespan. That is what I mean. This is why I'm saying that unless we introduce some sort of "Fate", a supernatural way in which our lifespans are set in stone, the "2 months substraction" would make sense.

That said, if this does happen, then I'd buff the substraction up to 5 years. It IS a very powerful ability. It is supossed to NEVER be used. It WILL take a huge toll on the person that uses it.

Powers: Limited Direct Flight, Power Augmentation, Enhanced Durability Due to Bone Manipulation

Description of Powers: Limited direct flight- He has the ability to increase kinetic force of his forward movement to an extent in which he is able to fly, but only in one direction. Until he stops via something of suitable mass like a cement wall or an airplane getting in his way, or is stopped like a super strong man punching him to the ground, essentially turning himself into a human bullet. While with practice he has learned to shoot himself in other directions while in flight, it is always a straight line.

Power augmentation- for some reason he has yet to understand, when he is within 50 yards of any super, their powers increase to a scale of at most 2 fold, the strong become stronger, the fast faster, etc. it is unknown if he himself is affected by this augmentation, for he has never not been able to do it

Enhanced durability due to bone manipulation- he is able to create new bone mass in a rate that is superhuman, he is also able to use the kinetic energy from before to launch his bones out of his body, but this usually brings incredible pain. Because of his quick healing bones (they are still human durability, they will shatter if hit hard enough, and the shards will stay there, he will just make more bones) the ones he shoots out will simply grow back, for example he once forced his thigh out of his body to be used has a club, or shooting the tips of his fingers out like a bullet.

Abilities: Mathematician, Strategist, near photo graphic memory, fighting skills: Situational i.e. No true training, watched others fight and read about the martial arts and took bits that he himself were able to do
Weaknesses: the aforementioned bones being still as durable as a normal man’s, being brash and not all there, suffers from Epilepsy, sticks out like a sour thumb

Short Biography: Samuel Hitch is a 31 year old man in the mid stages of Vitiligo, but was originally Caucasian. He was born a test tube baby in the SFR, formerly Norway. His parents were geneticists trying to make a genetically superior baby, they got what they wanted. Though Samuel was epileptic and his genes could not sync properly and he would die, they constantly tortured, maimed and made him suffer, all in the name of science. After they got all the required information on his healing ability they began to toy around with a few others of his, such as his limited flight. He quickly came to resent his parents, so after much timeing he broke out of his chambers at the age of 12.

He was able to take a faire to Londim, only to find that the people of Londim that do not speak the same language as he. Over a few months he saw how the large people who looked at him strangely spoke, and learned as well.

After this he stumbled onto a college campus, made small living courters in the boiler room and occasionally stole books from above. It was not long till custodians found him and he, fearing of being sent back, made friends with them. The custodians enjoyed the small boy’s company so they decided they will help him out. They routinely brought books and food for Samuel until he was 18, over this time taught himself to read and learned the stores of Hannibal, son of Hamilcar Barca, the great Napoleon, and calculus. At this time he was able to enroll in the school, and with this knowledge he attempted to join the school after reading a book on forgery and making records, past history, grades, and letters of recommendation, of course.

He is still living in the college, he being a sort of pet and school mascot due to his prolonged tenure at said college, but he is allowed to leave when he wishes, and does, but was forced back into hiding after an incident, here’s how it went down

Role-play Example:

Man… these items are almost as beauties as you” mused Samuel to the female clerk, she giggling at his words but the other clerks gawking at his appearance “I mean look at these sapphires, just a shade darker than your lovely Irish eyes-” he is suddenly cut off, buy a man with a gun, which is pointed at his head.

“And those rubies… those are… like your blood…GIVE ME THE FUCKEN MONEY” he begins to point his gun around to everyone, clearly unstable to say the least, probably crack addict, muses Sam.
He orders everyone on the ground and begins to steal whatever he can carry, Sam crawls over to the woman he was flirting with earlier “I can stop him… you just need to promise, lie for me… ok?”

The scared woman looks up to him and replies ‘yes’

“Well stand back a little… it has been a while…” Samuel aims his hand at the assailant, like extending his hand for a handshake, suddenly, the distal phalanxes of his hand shoots out like a gun and hits the thief in the back, but, Samuel screams in pain, the ends of his fingers limply hanging without the bone, but already they are beginning to re-build themselves, the female clerk screams in horror and Samuel knows it’s time to go

The assailant falls forward through the table in front of him, as people try to figure out what just happened, Samuel sneaks out the back door, away from the police, away from the flashing lights. he then uses this opportunity to get to the college as quick as he can, kneels down, and shoots himself at a perfect 30 degree angle, going around 70 MPH, he will be there in no time

I have run into a problem. I have discovered the post length limit of 60,000 characters.

Which basically means I am going to have to move some parts of the OP elsewhere. The question is where?
I do have one post fairly close to the top of the 1st page, that I could put info in. It still is somewhat sloppy. The only other option is to create another thread to hold stuff, but I don't think there is one section of group of sections that would fit together well as a thread.

i originally wrote that in Microsoft Word, then again it was close to midnight. my issue probably is and forever shale be a weakish grasp on correct English paragraph structure. i have read through my thing, twice now, and have only made minor capitalization fixes, other then that it looks fine to me
