The bone power sounds like this guy from an anime... Oh, yeah, Orochimaru. I think.

Also, another guy with Heterochromia. *Hi-five*

Character Name: Milus (Mih-loos). (Last name unknown)
Age: 22
Height: 1.76
Weight: 78 Kg
Eye Color: Left: Olive Green. Right: Light Brown. (Heterochromia)
Hair Color: Black

Powers: An advanced form of Telekinesis, Lifeforce Telekinetic Boost.
Description of Powers:
First Power: In adittion to the usual "Push and pull and move around objects", Milus can use kinetic force to add pressure to an object by directing multiple kinetic force vectors towards the same object from several directions, and use kinetic force to augment his speed or increase the strenght of his strikes, for example. He can also "Influence something that's inside another thing". This means he can, for example, move around an object that's inside a box, or something similar. This power, if used correctly, can be highly lethal, as it could, for instance, tear appart a man's heart. Milus, however, does not know this and would not use it unless absolutely necessary if he did.
Approved again.
Second Power: The Lifeforce Telekinetic Boost is a very strong power that concentrates a portion of Milus' vital force and uses it to fuel Milus' kinetic powers for a limited ammount of time, effectively putting him into a state of "Super telekinesis" where his abilities are incredibly augmented greatly, making his kinetic blasts much more damaging and such. However, the vital force used up greatly decreases Milus' lifespan whenever it is used.

Abilities: Milus doesn't have any specific abilities, besides pheraps his great, yet still human, intelligence.
Weaknesses: Milus can't tolerate extreme temperatures, and he isn't exactly in the best physical condition. Additionally, he hasn't fully mastered his telekinetic powers yet, so, despite being highly unlikely, Milus could fail to use his powers, or worse yet, have them go out of control, even if only for a very short time.

Short Biography: Milus' mother died when he was born, leaving him as an orphan due to the fact that his father died while fighting on WWIII. He was taken in by his father's friend, a relatively wealthy businessman, who treated him as his own child. Milus had a good education. Eventually, Milus fell in love with his father's friend's daughter, who was his sister. Milus supressed this feeling for as long as he could, but one day, he just couldn't take it anymore. He was determined to tell her, but she was at a concert. On her way back, she suffered a car accident and died. This devastated Milus, who became very distant with his own father and the world in general. Eventually, his father died, leaving Milus as the sole heir to his vast fortune.

Role-play Example: Milus was calmly walking through the streets. It was another fine day, the sun was shining high in the sky, which was crystal-clear. Milus, however, did not care about these things, being the distant and somewhat indifferent person he was. Thus, he simply walked forward with the only thing in his mind being his wish to wrap up his business once and for all.

However, just then, he saw a robber broke into a jewelry store, threatening the clerk and running off with a huge stash, leaving the glass shattered on the ground. Milus considered the idea of taking advantage of this for a second, but he dismissed it quickly. He had enough wealth to maintain him well, he didn't need to do such unreasonable and deplorable acts.

Then, Milus considered other options. Calling the police would be useless. The robber was already getting away, and the police were, well, very good at slacking off. Walking off seemed like a reasonable enough thing, but it was rather mean, and the robber could have noticed him and make an attempt on his life in order to get rid of all witnesses.

Finally, he came to his last option. To pursue him. Milus wasn't exactly in the best physical condition, but he could easily run, and aid himself with his powers if he needed to. Besides, there was always the possibility that the jewelry store's clerk was a rather... Influential person, one way or another.

Thus, Milus began to run after the culprit, slowly catching up with him. When the time was right, he threw a trash can on the ground next to the robber, making him trip and fall to the ground. Milus used this oportunity to deliver a punch to the man's face, backed up by a strong kinetic impulse, which knocked the man down. He then picked up the jewels and walked back to the man's store.

Milus gave the jewels back to the store's clerk. The clerk thanked him, but Milus stated that it was his pleasure to help a fellow human being. Milus then asked the man's name, and after receiving it, walked away. "Mr. Roberts, huh? He could prove useful." Milus thought to himself as he walked towards his appointment. "I hope I'm not late."

I edited the app. Took out the "Soul Bullet" power, put in something else.

Apprroved once again.

Cool beans.

Do you have any plans for Jean at all? He would be in his 70's at this point,if he is still alive.

Actually, yes I did have plans for the death of Jean actually at the hands of my new character. It won't be that epic a battle since Jean still can't figure out how to utilize his powers, combined with his age means he doesn't put up a great fight. But I feel obligated to bring closure to him as a character.

African-Union wrote:Character Name: Benedikt Schweitzer
Age: Unknown (i'll build on that)
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 191 lbs
Eye Color: Light Blue

Image:

Powers: Immortality (A varied form)
Description of Powers: Can suck the life force out of other supers through physical contact, he can then use the spare power as an energy source for weaponry.
Abilities: Very Charismatic (as such he can attract large amounts of followers), Skilled Surgeon, Highly Intelligent
Weaknesses: With each time he sucks out somebodies life force, the powers last for a shorter and shorter time, therefore he now must suck out people's life force at an alarming rate.

Short Biography: (Since I wrote such a long one before and it got deleted this one will be much shorter, but I'll add onto it a lot for the official bio)

Benedikt Schweitzer was born in Frankfurt Germany in the mid-1700s. His father was a farmer, and his mother a midwife, meaning the family often lived in adequate conditions. Over the years formal education and standards of society began to bore him and he ventured into reading various texts regarding surgical procedures and the anatomy of human beings. Throughout the 1800s he developed a reputation as an unknown serial killer, allowing various criminals though history take credit for his murders. By the time World War 1 arose, Benedikt served the German Empire, alongside a then unknown man by the name of Adolf Hitler. Throughout their service they became close comrades, and after the war continued a most fruitful relationship. With the age of the Weimar Republic coming to a close, Schweitzer was heavily hunted by law enforcement for his ruthless murders of the many people. As the National Socialists rose to power, Hitler acknowledged Benedikt's powers, and a curious dictator granted him a high ranking position in the Schutzstaffel as an expert surgeon. Leading several expeditions with elite German forces, Benedikt caputred numerous supers from across the world, conducted disturbing experiments, and reported back to Hitler. Feeling content with his life, Benedikt felt as though he had finally found where he belonged. When Germany was united into the Londim Empire, a great deal of digust arose among fellow members of the empire regarding national socialism. Since the death tole from the holocaust was so high, a fledgling, young empire couldn't afford to hold such a heavy burden, and as such they rounded up major National Socialist figured, and executed them. Benedikt narrowly escaped this purge in a fury. For the rest of his life, no matter how long that was, Benedikt dedicated his life to hunting down and ruthlessly slaughtering every super, as he had gained knowledge they assisted in the purge of the National Socialist's, and bringing the reclamation of Germany for the rise of the 4th Reich. Benedikt now runs a quiet, small underground worldwide network dedicated to overthrowing necessary forces in order to bring a new age of National Socialism to Germany, and capturing every possible super in order to utilize their powers to extend his immortality (with an exception of those who please the ruthless man).

Role-play Example: You know me, I promise not to abandon the RP again.

Also, here's a repost of my revised history Jedi

It's your lucky day! Two Bios are done!

The Ministry of Shadow
Race Unknown.
Nationality:N/A
Age:Unknown, thought to predate the Collective, possibly older than Time itself.
Height: Unknown, no being or camera has ever gotten a clear look at The Ministry of Shadow.
Weight: Do shadows have weight?
Eye/Hair Color: Unknown hair color. Mental patients worldwide repeat the same phrase over and over again: "White Eyes, shining in the darkness."
Powers: Psionics. Reality Manipulation. Shapeshifting.
Background

"They know your mind better than you do, and they won't hesitate to use it against you."

That's the warning the lucky get before The Ministry arrives.

"White Eyes, shining in the darkness."

That's the sound of a broken mind, visited by The Ministry of Shadow.

Survivors who recover tell horror stories of their world changing around them, their every sin brought into the light and used against them, the crimes of their family brought to bear against them, their every fear, their every thought, their every deed used against them.

How can a man fight against himself? They ask, hoping for an answer, but knowing it already. A man cannot fight against himself.

Not much is known about The Ministry, even by The Collective, who have come to call them Master, since before The Ministry, even Science fails.

What is known, is that The Ministry was once a single being, known as The Shadowlord. Shadowlord was one of the 12 Lords of Darkness. Entities responsible for all that has been conceptualized in religion as "Evil". The Lords of Darkness pursue a single objective. What that objective is, is unknown to any save the 12 lords. The Lords themselves bow to a single entity that transcends all concepts known to mankind, and is therefore indescribable in all fashion.

The Ministry has come to Earth, alerted by Zeta, the mysterious leader of The Collective. It seems what the 12 lords of Darkness are searching for, can be found on Earth...

Enjoy a Bio!

The Scientific Collective of Dr. Yamato Nasagori
Race: All races theoretically possible
Nationality:Collective
Age:The Collective is approximatly 500,000 years old.
Height: A clone may have any height.
Weight: A clone may have any weight.
Eye/Hair Color:A clone my have any hair color.
Powers: Science! Knowledge. Perfect understanding of all super powers and how they function.
Background

The Collective spans eons. Across the Galaxy lay ruined wastes where once thriving civilizations stood. Some of them were Earth-like, some were alien in nature, all were visited by The Collective. The Scientists of The Collective put science first before all things, and the rights of sentient beings last. The Collective visited these worlds, and gleaned all the scientific knowledge they could from them. When the worlds tried to fight back, they were destroyed.

On this world, on this Earth, The Collective created super-powers in order to study them further. Over the centuries, man fought back, and man was pushed back, until two brothers with power not seen before rose up against The Collective, and drove them from the world.

Time passed, children were born, brothers died, and the Collective returned.

By the advent of The Modern Era, The collective returned, and spawned The Hunt. Using advanced methods of Psychiatry, they convinced the world supers were evil beings that needed to be captured and controlled, and they were. Once again, the Collective was in control of the Earth, but once again, man rose up and fought against them, this time destroying The Collective, and their control over Earth.

20 years have passed. One law The Collective knows is true states that:

"Everything is dual; everything has an opposing point; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree; extremes bond; all truths are but partial truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled"

With the rise of greater heroes stronger than what The Collective can fight, what dark forces have arisen to oppose them? The truth lurks within the Shadows...

Application

Character Name:
Akira
Age:
presumably 27
Height:
175 cm
Weight:
60 kg
Eye Color:
Green
Hair Color:
Fair brownish

Powers: Telepathy, undiscovered yet however.
Description of Powers: Telepathy is collectively only known to be an ability to communicate with other sentient minds. Literally, transmitting, extracting, receiving, and discovering hidden information embedded within the mind. This power however, is only limited to undisturbed signals. Elements such as crystals, anti-radar materials, and possibly several forms of alloy that the brainwaves are unable to penetrate are all considered interruptions, hindering Akira's ability to perform telepathy on his targets.

Abilities: Street fighting and Accelerated learning, Akira was made coming from a terrible background after all.
Weaknesses: A defect which may have occur during his manufacturing process, Akira appears to have developed a fear for immense light (light magic to be specific).

Short Biography:

Shortly after world war two and the defeat of the Nazi Empire, an outpost which is situated near the border of Slovenia and Hungary was left abandoned by its German caretakers. Originally, believed to be an artillery stockade, this immense twenty-four leveled underground structure of complex hallways and tiny rooms may not appear to whatever it seems. Unbeknownst to the outside world, this outpost dubbed 'Outpost 86' was originally built to serve as an immense laboratory for the most grueling of experiments a human could ever seen. It was here, that Nasagori and his collective had created 'Akira', a Theta class clone for their studies into further telepathy.

Shortly after the war, the outpost was left abandoned. Its human 'subjects' were allowed to 'roam' around the complex freely and it was this period, 'Akira' had acquired his skill of street fighting. Finding himself desperately fending off hordes of his hungry 'friends' as they lust for his flesh. It was also this period of time, 'Akira' had adapted cannibalism, in order to survive the coming starvation for many years to come.

In 1975, 'Akira' had found light for the very first time in his life. Having only discovered the exit from the complex almost 30 years later and along with it, 'Akira' discovered the existence of light, the sun, the moon, and the planet earth, which he inhabits on at the same time. For the coming decades, 'Akira' followed the directions of the sun. Heading eastwards unbeknownst to himself and discovering cultures of different origins and learning and acknowledging knowledge at a ever accelerating rate.

In 2014, he had finally arrived in Japan. There, it was only here, he was only given a proper name; 'Mitsurugi Akira'. Literally meant the 'Divine Three' in Japanese, given by a monk, whom he was taught Buddhism and the art of meditation. For the next three decades, Akira would spent it meditating at the Kiyomizu-dera temple, located in the Kyoto region. His age will be 27 at the beginning of events in FoG2.

There is a logical explanation for this. Its a bit out for a 27 year old man to have lived almost 90 years of life. Its a bit ridiculous. But I'd had discussed it with War. He had agreed that, since 'Akira' is a man-made human, a 'clone', there might as well be some defects in his manufacturing process. His bodily aging might have slowed down extremely. Which in order words, his wounds recovery process is extremely slow. 500x slower than normal I believed?

Perhaps? PERHAPS?!

Perhaps I should deny you, until you can figure this out for yourself.

"Made coming from a terrible Background"

You make it sound like you don't even totally understand your own idea.

Take 24 hours minimum, and further think over Akira. Until then, No. A writer must understand his or her own creation first, before anyone else can. This is law, beyond the scope and boundaries of this RP, and Nationstates, and is endemic to all works of a literary nature, and so long as you violate this law by not understanding a character you yourself created, I shall have to block you at every turn.

Better define his abilities thus proving your improved understanding of your own idea, and I shall change my mind, that is your only flaw.

Ok. I have thought it through.

I'm sure as of now, street fighting would be indeed something he would pick up somewhere during his time in the facility as it was literally 'chaos' when the Germans left. He indeed needs to face countless; insane and hungry inmates lusting after his flesh for the coming months.

Also, there is something I would like to add. It is his ability to learn and acquire new skills really quickly. Possibly, its primary reason would be his hidden telepathic ability. Which, he is unaware of at the moment.

So how does it go?
