Really? It takes about 48 years to get to the tenth dan(degree) in Taekwondo. That's just one of the MANY martial arts there are, and I'm assuming your character is not that old. Please show a little realism. My instructor is a very skilled martial artist, who has been training for close to 50 years, but he only has a 5th degree Black in hapkido, and a 3rd in Taekwondo. Please choose something more realistic.

It's not supposed to be a rough draft. It's supposed to be a sample that will get you into the RP. It's not so bad that I would deny you, but it certainly can be better. It shouldn't take any additional time to have grammar and spelling anyway. I typed this response to you in about five minutes, and it has perfect spelling and grammar.

I approve of your application as it is, though I would advice you to pay more attention to spelling and grammar, as Jedi has mentioned. I like the idea of ethereal energy being similar to normal life force energy, only much more delicate (which after a quick google search is pretty much the definition of ethereal). I'm not so sure about this 'holy water' however, perhaps it'd be better if you left that weakness out or perhaps rename the substance if you really want the weakness.

I really like what you've cooked up, but I can't say I'm too fond of the 'Soul Bullet'. Don't get me wrong: it has a really great coolness factor about it in my opinion, but it just seems like something you'd come across in an anime. If you would drop that ability then you'd have my vote.

Since then he has traveled the world, wanting to experience all it has to offer. Though he has always dreamed of one day returning home and freeing his homeland from its occupiers.

It was a beautiful day in Miami, the sun shining brightly from a cloud-free sky while a light breeze blowing in from sea gave some relief for sweaty brows. On such a wonderful day it was no surprise that thousands of people crowded the streets and beaches, generally just enjoying the beautiful Saturday afternoon. On a beach promenade a small crowd had formed around a lone figure with a guitar, cheering and applauding as he let his fingers work the fretboard with incredible skill. This young man with the guitar, Jonas Hamilton, had found that playing for the crowds was an easy way to earn some fast cash on a sunny day. Just as he finished a song, adoration and money being given to him, he heard a shrill sound in the distance.

Using one hand to block out the sun he gazed in the direction of the sound, which sounded very much like an alarm. He saw a lone figure rushing out of a posh store a couple of blocks away, heading towards him. The crowd seemingly reached the same conclusion, that this running man was a robber, and yet no one stepped up to stop him. The reason for that became very apparent when the man came closer, the sleek black pistol clutched in his right hand discouraging any would-be heroes. Now he was only a few meters away, almost close enough to grab.

The thief glanced briefly at Jonas as he ran past unhindered, allowed to escape with his ill-gotten gains. Today was far too nice a day to die, Jonas thought to himself as he left the scene.

I said weapon aspects.So,in theory,a super human who believes he's fallen angel could attain this.I know a 30 year old Soke,and I'm only 14 and I have a ni dan black belt in Bushido.If it's realism your looking for,I could add hyper advanced aptitude to his abilities.

I somehow doubt that you actually have a ninth degree black belt in Bushido. That would take longer than your life span. That's aside from my point.

I think it would be more acceptable if you picked two or three martial arts that your character has weapons training in, at around a 3rd degree Black belt skill level. That's still pushing realism, but at least it could be done if your character was very skilled.

Yeah, my decision stands as it is for your current application. You could change it, likely resulting in me voting yes for you. You could also not change it and hope that three other councilors besides Jedi approve of your application.

If you're planning on changing it, perhaps this is a suggestion: what if your character would be able to turn the matter of his own soul into life force energy or ethereal energy? It would be similar to splitting an atom: you destroy a part of it and by doing so, releasing an enormous amount of energy. While it is certainly less cool than forming bits of your soul into bullets, it still is a true last-resort ability and still requires your character to destroy bits of his own soul.

Sweden is red on the world map, I assumed that that meant that it was part of Russia.

Basically he is passably skilled in anything that a normal civilian person could easily train. So for example, his skills would include cooking, kung-fu, playing the guitar, shooting a handgun and such. But not things that require specialized training like guerrilla warfare or piloting helicopters. Note also that he's far from an expert in most the skills he actually has.

I approve of Zirilrath's application, assuming that creating clones and staying connected to them tires him out quickly.

Creating them does, and actually communicating with them does too, but the connection itself is innate and doesn't affect him.

Powers: An advanced form of Telekinesis, "Soul Bullet".
Description of Powers:
First Power: In adittion to the usual "Push and pull and move around objects", Milus can use kinetic force to add pressure to an object by directing multiple kinetic force vectors towards the same object from several directions. He can also "Influence something that's inside another thing". This means he can, for example, move around an object that's inside a box, or something similar. This power, if used correctly, can be highly lethal, as it could, for instance, tear appart a man's heart. Milus, however, does not know this and would not use it unless absolutely necessary if he did.

Second Power: The "Soul Bullet" is a special power. It basically rips off a part of the user's soul and concentrates it in a deadly projectile that is then hurled at a bullet's speed towards the target. Said projectile is ethereal, so it defies all laws of physics. However, it is also lethal since it aims to completely shatter the foe's soul, although this COULD be avoided. Basically, a last-resort power, since parting with even one small part of one's soul can be very dangerous.

Abilities: Milus doesn't have any specific abilities, besides pheraps his great, yet still human, intelligence.
Weaknesses: Milus can't tolerate extreme temperatures, and he isn't exactly in the best physical condition. Additionally, he hasn't fully mastered his telekinetic powers yet, so, despite being highly unlikely, Milus could fail to use his powers, or worse yet, have them go out of control, even if only for a very short time.

Short Biography: Milus' mother died when he was born, leaving him as an orphan due to the fact that his father died while fighting on WWIII. He was taken in by his father's friend, a relatively wealthy businessman, who treated him as his own child. Milus had a good education. Eventually, Milus fell in love with his father's friend's daughter, who was his sister. Milus supressed this feeling for as long as he could, but one day, he just couldn't take it anymore. He was determined to tell her, but she was at a concert. On her way back, she suffered a car accident and died. This devastated Milus, who became very distant with his own father and the world in general. Eventually, his father died, leaving Milus as the sole heir to his vast fortune.

Role-play Example: Milus was calmly walking through the streets. It was another fine day, the sun was shining high in the sky, which was crystal-clear. Milus, however, did not care about these things, being the distant and somewhat indifferent person he was. Thus, he simply walked forward with the only thing in his mind being his wish to wrap up his business once and for all.

However, just then, he saw a robber broke into a jewelry store, threatening the clerk and running off with a huge stash, leaving the glass shattered on the ground. Milus considered the idea of taking advantage of this for a second, but he dismissed it quickly. He had enough wealth to maintain him well, he didn't need to do such unreasonable and deplorable acts.

Then, Milus considered other options. Calling the police would be useless. The robber was already getting away, and the police were, well, very good at slacking off. Walking off seemed like a reasonable enough thing, but it was rather mean, and the robber could have noticed him and make an attempt on his life in order to get rid of all witnesses.

Finally, he came to his last option. To pursue him. Milus wasn't exactly in the best physical condition, but he could easily run, and aid himself with his powers if he needed to. Besides, there was always the possibility that the jewelry store's clerk was a rather... Influential person, one way or another.

Thus, Milus began to run after the culprit, slowly catching up with him. When the time was right, he threw a trash can on the ground next to the robber, making him trip and fall to the ground. Milus used this oportunity to deliver a punch to the man's face, backed up by a strong kinetic impulse, which knocked the man down. He then picked up the jewels and walked back to the man's store.

Milus gave the jewels back to the store's clerk. The clerk thanked him, but Milus stated that it was his pleasure to help a fellow human being. Milus then asked the man's name, and after receiving it, walked away. "Mr. Roberts, huh? He could prove useful." Milus thought to himself as he walked towards his appointment. "I hope I'm not late."

it seems to me,like this character is too powerful.What defines a critical moment?In the heat of a battle with a vicious government,every moment is dire.It also seems unrealistic that powers can be utilized depending on danger level.Ethereal isn't soul,it's celestial.I like the idea of the telekinetic power bolts put behind punches and kicks.Also something to consider,the "Soul Bullet" could be a compacted kinetic bolt,or a kinetic bolt laced with a very trace amount of ethereal .Still harmful,just no vital danger,letting you use it more,and still be a "Step up" ability from telekinesis.

Description of Powers: Can suck the life force out of other supers through physical contact, he can then use the spare power as an energy source for weaponry.
Abilities: Very Charismatic (as such he can attract large amounts of followers), Skilled Surgeon, Highly Intelligent
Weaknesses: With each time he sucks out somebodies life force, the powers last for a shorter and shorter time, therefore he now must suck out people's life force at an alarming rate.

Short Biography: (Since I wrote such a long one before and it got deleted this one will be much shorter, but I'll add onto it a lot for the official bio)

Benedikt Schweitzer was born in Frankfurt Germany in the mid-1700s. His father was a farmer, and his mother a midwife, meaning the family often lived in adequate conditions. Over the years formal education and standards of society began to bore him and he ventured into reading various texts regarding surgical procedures and the anatomy of human beings. Throughout the 1800s he developed a reputation as an unknown serial killer, allowing various criminals though history take credit for his murders. By the time World War 1 arose, Benedikt served the German Empire, alongside a then unknown man by the name of Adolf Hitler. Throughout their service they became close comrades, and after the war continued a most fruitful relationship. With the age of the Weimar Republic coming to a close, Schweitzer was heavily hunted by law enforcement for his ruthless murders of the many people. As the National Socialists rose to power, Hitler acknowledged Benedikt's powers, and a curious dictator granted him a high ranking position in the Schutzstaffel as an expert surgeon. Leading several expeditions with elite German forces, Benedikt caputred numerous supers from across the world, conducted disturbing experiments, and reported back to Hitler. Feeling content with his life, Benedikt felt as though he had finally found where he belonged. When Germany was united into the Londim Empire, a great deal of digust arose among fellow members of the empire regarding national socialism. Since the death tole from the holocaust was so high, a fledgling, young empire couldn't afford to hold such a heavy burden, and as such they rounded up major National Socialist figured, and executed them. Benedikt narrowly escaped this purge in a fury. For the rest of his life, no matter how long that was, Benedikt dedicated his life to hunting down and ruthlessly slaughtering every super, as he had gained knowledge they assisted in the purge of the National Socialist's, and bringing the reclamation of Germany for the rise of the 4th Reich. Benedikt now runs a quiet, small underground worldwide network dedicated to overthrowing necessary forces in order to bring a new age of National Socialism to Germany, and capturing every possible super in order to utilize their powers to extend his immortality (with an exception of those who please the ruthless man).
