Grateful that you belittle me to the point where you're leaving permanent emotional scars? Grateful for the fact that you just threatened me with a gun when you asked me to show you that I am willing to fight and not hide like a fucking coward?" Juri said. He shook his head. "And what the hell is so important that you want to talk to me in private?" He then told Solom, he was still pissed about Jason, which led him to speaking with an annoyed voice to everyone.

Mason then wispered to Jason, "Yea , i dont completely trust these guys. I say we join Duty then get the hell outa there and find a new place to set up camp, maybe this time we wont have any phycopaths screaming at something that can kill your average elephant with one blow."

He then repeted the message to Ten Fel.

"You have no training kid, you came to the Zone out of the blue barely even preparing, I'm a Veteren, i don't need to see you in combat to know how effective you would be without myself or Mason helping you hone your skills"
Jason calmed down slightly, realising how much of an ass he had just been
"I'm sorry Juri, but this is life - you can't just come over here all pissed at us for leaving you, when you had walked away from us anyway, and expect me - a guy who really wants to kill somthing right now, to not retaliate."
With this he turned back around and began walking again, he was done argueing, if Juri was too stupid to realise that he wasn't going to survive by pretending he had incredible fighting abilities despite lack of training, then he wasn't worth Jason's time.

Jason then turned and whispered to Mason
"Agreed, i say we let Ten and Viktor stay with us if they wish but ditch the others, they'll only get us killed"

Ten moved over to Mason and whispered to him, "Duty said they would set me up with the Ecologists, a bunch of scientists, I will fit in there better."

Nathan then spoke up, "I wouldn't mind going with the Ecologists either, infact, I might even enjoy that type of work, same with Duty. But I still don't trust these people. They are hiding something, but what is it? I do not think we should leave the other's behind. That would be bad in the long run. We need them, wether you like it or not."

He then did some fancy tricks with his M1911 pistol, unloaded, of course.

Oh yeah, I bet that that's very respectful too isn't it? And how the hell are you so goddamn sure that I would have walked away from you? Huh? You never even give me the chance to help, ever!"

He followed Jason, "And no, you can't just turn your back and think the argument is done. It's done when it's done, and I haven't yet said what I still wanted to say." He continued, "I know for myself that I may not be the best fighter, I may be way below par compared to the rest of you who have all gone through things most mortals could only dream of. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if half of you guys are war heroes who are famous in their country. But that doesn't mean that I am not able to even raise a goddamn finger. I can fight too, you know!?! Maybe not as good as the rest of you, but I can still fight!"

"And what do you know about the preparations I made before going into the zone? Were you freaking there? Huh? Have you been following me for the past 5 years? Have you been following me every single week to watch me go to a shooting range?"

The Dutiers approached the patrol at the gate of Rostok.
The one in the SEVA suit went up to them, speaking.
"Privet Comrades, I bring some Stalkers who seek refuge in Duties Stronghold."

The one in the Exosuit turned to face the group.
"Any questions thus far?"
He rotated the cylinder of the RG-6 grenade launcher threateningly, a wrong word here would seem to prove fatal.

Jason once again turned back to Juri annoyed at his incecent need to argue, but he had calmed down significantly since the origional incident

"Go on, shoot. And i don't care about your life boy, the now is what matters the past is gone and should never be dwelled on again - you dwell for too long and it'll destroy you and i will be truthful i have Eagle Eyes i can tell if you hit the tree or not, hell you should be able to if you hit it sqaure on, pieces of bark will fly off"
With this Jason turned his head to the tree line expecting Juri to fire and try and prove he could be good in a firefight, a tree was an easy target compared to a pseudodog but at least it would shut the kid up for a few seconds.

"By the way i pulled my gun because i didn't expect you to actually be such a brat to lunge at and punch me in the jaw - good hook by the way"

Nathan was wondering how much a decent gun would fetch for. He then asked the Duty guard, "How much does a semi-automatic rifle, preferably, with an ACOG scope cost?" He had gone so long without even a basic rifle that it was embarrissing for him.

The Duty Exosuiter looked at Mason.
"Right, good to know you damn bandit, I am the Lieutenant General of the Duty Squadrons of Ruskarkand, 'Skull', if you want something to refer me as, that answers your question, "
He then turned to the Yuktovian.
"I am no trader, go to the bar, ask the fatty behind the counter."

He then turned to Ten.
"I will find you when the Ecologists come around, and if you are admitted, I can get you a SEVA, easily."

The gate to Rostok opened.
"You are free to go in, remember the rules."
He changed his tone to a much darker one, a lot more threatening.
"Or you will wish for a quick death..."

Juri took a few steps back and stayed next to Solom as he waited for an answer to come from Jason. Maybe he shouldn't have continued, what if he would piss him off again?

He then heard Jason respond to him. "Shoot that tree?" He said, as he looked at the tree. "Seems simple enough he said." As he raised his pistol and aimed for the tree that Jason pointed at. He was eager to get this right the first time and didn't fire untill he was 200% sure it was going to hit on target.

He then fired his pistol. He could see the pieces of bark fly off. "There." He said. "And yes, I know that I don't have ALL the skills. don't have any field experience, primarily because you guys l-" He then thought twice before mentioning that again, "nevermind." He said,

Jason smirked at Juri's shot, it was good the bark flew off however it had been slightly to the left, on a psuedodog that would have probably just winged it but Juri did what he asked.
"Good shot, it would have winged a normal opponant but for a tree killer your not half bad"
With this Jason turned around and put his hand on Juri's shoulder

"Sorry for being an ass kid, your buddy Solom tried to get me killed - thats not somthing i take kindly to and i took it out mostly on you, but i stand by what i said, you still need training if your going to survive and stand on your own two feet out there"
Jason also hesitated to mention the fact that Juri had been left behind, he did genuinly believe that it was in Juri's best interests but he couldn't be bothered with another fight,
with this he let go of Juri's shoulder and wandered into the camp,
he nodded at 'Skull' at the gate saying
"I can follow rules, 5 year Veteren here - may not act it like but still"

Jason then planned to wander through the camp to the bar to buy himself some rations and a Beer.

'Skull' looked to Jason.
"I have a word of the wise, for such a young mind to the zone."
He paused, before carrying on.
"Nothing, can prepare you for the zone, I intend not to disrespect you, but do not expect to be ready for everything."
