A territory occupied by Hevistica has been chosen to be sold, as the nation has little use for it other than residence, of which there isn't much of.

Estovakivan Federal Republic
The Estovakivan Federal Goverment would like too aquire parts of these-lands to expand our economic-might and off-sea capabilites, as we would want to have these-lands to build naval-docks as well as a sea-port for comercial-freighters, being a military-base as well for our over-sea operations. We choose the somewhat-large North-eastren island due to its stratgetic location too the north, being closest to Estovakiva. And that it has two-smaller Islands close to it, making a near-perfect bay which can be easily-defended or that protects ships from heavy-storms.

We would as well like too search the area for natural gass or oil, or perhaps even set up a international airport here, our geolgists wil search for minerals as well like silver/coal/Iron/gold/dimonds and the alike.

Bellow is what we wish to humbly ask for we do certinally hope, it is not too big, but we do not want our position to have any disadvantages.

In short this wil as well serve as a logistics depot for our navy, and perhaps lunching-ground.

We would like some territory along the southern border of the massive landmass to the far west. We would see if their were anything to mine their, to improve our economy, but mostly for agriculture and to reduce our dependency on foreign imports. We would have a small military prescence, but only to protect our holdings. It would be called New Emher.
