After the Saubremiens had accepted Siegfried's invitation to ride with them back to the airport, Siegfried turned again, leading his Empress, his bodyguard and the Saubremiens out the front of the Governor-General's residence to their waiting vehicle, inside which were the other bodyguard and the driver. The maid, Kampanin, followed them to the door, making sure they had left without anything untoward happening.

Once the party had all entered the car's luxurious rear area, Siegfried nodded at the driver in the front of the vehicle and the car drove away from the Governor-General's residence to begin the journey back to the airport at Victorique. While the car was still near that place, the Emperor felt uneasy.

Once they had cleared the vicinity of the Governor-General's residence, Siegfried turned to the Saubremien ladies in the vehicle with him.
"Now, having seen first hand what is going on in this place... and after certain reports from my bodyguards here and my other staff back home in the Holy Order, I have an offer to make. I offer to secret the three of you away to a safe location, free from the Panvulkanians, from which you could proceed to whatever destination you choose. Should your nation later choose to fight once again for its freedom, we could also provide some assistance to those efforts. Clandestinely, of course" said Siegfried, smiling.

OOC: The car is soundproofed, so nobody outside could possibly catch wind of this.

Eucliwood smiled, tilted her head, and started writing.

"We are grateful for your offer. As much as we would like to take such a course of action, we cannot leave our people behind. Arrangements are being made, but progress is... slow...

That said, we are happy to receive any support in general. Whilst they were preoccupied with the 'party', arrangements were being made in Saubreme. Perhaps certain changes are noticeable already"

Then Horo started speaking an unheard language, although only Hina would find it confusing.

"It is good to know we have such a relationship to one of your... stature..." she said, her head slightly tilted and tongue playing over her fangs, Demoniacally.

If Siegfried was startled by Horo's ability to speak in his native language, he was certainly doing a very good job of hiding it as he responded, first to Eucliwood ("I had thought that would be your answer, but we felt obligated to extend the offer regardless. Our diplomatic support is yours and depending on what your next moves are, more support could be forthcoming.") and then to Horo in his native language ("Interesting that you understand this language. Perhaps you could smell my... nature?").

Next to Siegfried, his Empress seemed satisfied with herself for some reason, as she sipped water from a cooler in the rear of the vehicle.

Imperial Announcement

Her Highness, Empress Nina Hinagin has, concerned about the health of her subjects and caring how she is, given paid leave to Fürstin Marina Lionin. As there is no change in office the island will be meanwhile overseen by Albrîn Tomijin, who is also going to help the Hinagikuist faith in New Saubreme.

Eucliwood tilted her head and smiled, allowing Horo to continue the conversation.

"Eucliwood cannot speak, but she understands. Only poor Hina does not understand. She is, after all, the mortal of the three of us..." said Horo, a slight smile prying on her lips. "Not many people are aware that they're in the presence of a God and a Necromancer..."

At this, Siegfried laughed heartily.

"It seems Saubreme is in good hands after all, doesn't it? A God and a Necromancer indeed! To such beings my true nature would almost certainly be plain to see. It's a good thing those Panvulkanians didn't seem to notice" Siegfried said in Daemoniac. Turning to Hinagiku, he switched back to standard speech: "Please excuse us, but it's been such a long time since I've been able to converse with anyone other than my own personal retinue in my native tongue."

"Is there somewhere we can drop you ladies off, or shall you be able to make your way from the airport?" asked Siegfried.

"I don't see why we can't go to the airport - I'm sure our friend Maolin has some kind of flamboyant departure awaiting you," said Horo smirking, before reverting back to Daemoniac. "Of course, Albrin is too full of her own self-importance to ever notice what's actually going around her. Still, I pity Marina, she was always a good girl..."

After seeing off the Panvulkanian Battlecruiser Minna, Albrîn turned and was a slight bit depressed. This archipelago was one hell of a mess, compared to the main lands, but she knew, that those Saubremians, who wished to be 'freed' from Panvulkania had to be dealt with. But who would be the one to solve the Saubremien Question?

But Albrîn already knew this. Changes shouldn't be made without preparation, and within the administration this was already wisely known. And to underline the change in the Policy towards Saubreme, it was now broadcasted:

To our dear Saubremien Sisters and Brothers,

As Albrîn Tomijin, High Priestess of Panvulkania is in charge of the Panvulkanian administrative assistance in Saubreme, we decided that it may be good to further increase the protection of Saubreme to prevent anyone to harm the head of Hinagikuist faith. Also the Generalgouvernement of New Saubreme will be in accordance with the Panvulkania-Pasloe Compromise, and furthermore grants Saubreme the right to vote their own parliament, the Pansaubremien Congress, being the legislation of Saubreme. It will be located in Avril, until Victorique agrees to host it. Also every Saubremian has an equal vote. The Generalgouvernement will still hold on to it's rights as supreme command of the army and police. The kind Albrîn also proposes a reunification of both Saubremes in the form of a Constitutional Dual Diarchy by Eucliwood and Haruna.

Saubremians of both countries unite!

While it was still being read out, the New Saubremians were celebrating: Finally some democracy and souvereignity. Just, would Saubreme ever agree?
Albrîn was the peoples heroine of the day and smiled kindly while tons of narcisses where thrown on the streets before her and the Divine Guard in white-and-black uniform robes.

With that, the Imperial motor vehicle made its way back across the water (once again deploying its hydrofoil) and rolled into Victorique Airport, pulling up near the Imperial aircraft.
As expected, Maolin and her troops were waiting for them, presumably to give them some kind of sendoff.

"Well, I guess this is where we part" said Siegfried, exiting the vehicle.

And as Siegfried already guessed, the Chasseurs Charlottiniques where at the airport together with Lt. Maolin. And while Maolin went up and opened them the door, it was just broadcasted again, the news that may reform Saubreme after this long. And also Maolin seemed happy. Maybe because she soon had to fight other things then partisans...

May I help you, your aircraft is already here, prepared to start, your Highness.

Then she gave the group an open letter where there were simply three words:

Will you agree?

"Well, that certainly is an interesting people. However, we shall have to return to our nation and consult with the other members of our allied bloc of nations before forming an official opinion. We should also like to see how the Saubremiens of both nations react to your offer" said Siegfried, after mulling things over for a moment.

"We'll be in touch with your government in the near future" he said, saluting and walking back toward his plane, which the pilot had already loaded their vehicle into.

"May we meet again someday" he said to the Saubremiens as he, his Empress and their guards ascended the stairs into their plane.

With everyone on board, the stairs retracted, the doorway sealed and the plane started its takeoff procedures.

The three Saubremiens inclined their heads downwards towards the leaving plane before turning back to the matter at hand - the shambles that was anything that required a vote.

"In that case, we'll leave a vote for the people of Saubreme to decide whether they shall accept this new movement. Using Democracy to vote for Democracy. Irony rocks." said Horo.

With that, the three women left, a Mizore Shirayuki appearing from seemingly nowhere, who started whispering into their ears. Updates on the current situation, one would assume.

The Vote

For the integration of New Saubremien Democracy: 18%
Against the integration of New Saubremien Democracy: 70%
Abstain: 12%

And so Albrîn felt that her views on Saubreme were correct.

Don't worry, everything will be alright., she said and padded the Head of Norah, who despite her new post as Secretery General of CCCP was now depressed about the deep trench lying between the two Saubremien factions.

Norah was tired, her own people were divided by a dispute, which brought nothing. She even had formed a compromise between Democracy and Monarchy, a compromise between New and Old Saubremians, as well as a compromise between Panvulkania and Saubreme, but it seemed, the Pasloe Compromise had failed...

Meanwhile Albrîn stood in front of a great map of The Haruhiist Federation, which also had the little Archipelago on it. Maybe it was time this little island had to be helped to realise the greatness of Charlottism. And this help she wanted to provide. If it had to be, also with her own hands, she thought and grinned with her most evil looking smile...
