Wow, you must have a lot of prisoners if you need an island as big as the colony itself...

Anyhow, we refuse to let a prisoner island exist near Ko-oren, we call upon every nation to stop trade with your country until you cancel the Voja District program.

ugh... my region is behind me, asking to stop trade is war. I dont want a war. and i traded with you, So you want to get us down? we have taller soldiers (and its not godmodding: i got it by an isseu callde Buy A Better Baby) This jail island wont hurt you, infact, it isnt even glue'd to you continent.. No... you know what happends? Well we destroy the island with the voja's on it! you ask why? Well those voja's killed our PEOPLE with an terrorist attack, now they have to feel what they did to us.. I am peacefull, but i am warning you: Deport you voja's before its to late.

What you do to the Voja's is none of our concern, as we feel. All we ask is that you will not pollute the region with criminals. We are a peaceful nation too - we have no army, even- so we are not looking for any prestige, either militarily or economically. The Ko-oren ideology is that sharing, we both grow, and that is what we want and need.

Also, there is no substantial number of Voja's in our country, officially, there are 15 at the moment. We will, however, do nothing to them. They are not our citizens, and your civil war or national struggles are not ours, so we'll keep out of that as well.

The prisoners do not polute... They stay at one point, the island is hughly defended and gaurded. if one is escaping then we send our army and kill them. then we send them on a boat to the voja leader.

OOC: time to cut off this discussion as well. There will not be a second island there, and this is also no RP, just me giving people colonies and fantasizing about which countries surround mine.

Whoa, whoa... You have only 5 million people according to your page. Unwritten NS laws say you can't RP with a population larger than your 'actual' population. And this is about colonies, not trying to fit in 5 billion people... If you don't mind, I'm going to slightly resize your claim, as 5 billion people would be too much for the entire map...
