I would be interested in participating in some manner, and would be capable of providing you with a "settlement".
The overview of my nation is simple, futuristic, diemension hopping Romans in space, theres more depth to it than that but that's the gist of it. There owuld be political motivations on my side for helping you to settle on a world which i feel could create a dynamic between us.
Also if the Dark Fae is interested in playing the "aggressive nusciance" aspects, I'd give playing your home world a good go once you've elaborated on their culture and history.
