THE LITERACY INTERNATIONAL ACT

Section I,Preamble

In these troubled times,I am sure you all know that the children are the future.But,you can't do much without being able to read or write,can you? As Minister of Education,I seek to change that.Therefore,I propose the Literacy International Act.

Section II,What is Literacy International?

Taken from their storefront page, "Literacy International, a state owned non-profit based in New Korinth, has long regarded illiteracy as one of the chief issues facing the world today. With over 300 lower and higher educational facilities around the globe, Literacy International gives impoverished communities access to the same resources that first-world countries have come to regard as standard. This includes computer education, language and writing skills, creative skills, physical education, maths and sciences.

As a not for profit organization, Literacy International relies on donations and state funding to provide top quality teachers to eager students around the globe. With that in mind, we accept donations in nearly every major currency and in multiple forms (including supplies and materials).

It will not affect this generation,but it certainly will the next.It is good if not only that the IU was strong economically and military,but strong in intelligence.Otherwise,how could we get the people who run the big banks,and the people who run YOUR national army.The Literacy International Act will help all of us,and will give the International Union a brighter future.
