He says that he's still limiting his NS forum activity strictly to our RP IC for the time being, but that any other members of the Alt-Vistoraverse are free to join in after consulting with me. So far that would apply to Cumberlanda, who seems to have deserted us, Ashkera/Nayba, who explicitly denies interest, Novum Alexandria, who has been inactive for longer than Vistora, and Korona, who has been dead for months.

Soooo, yeah. The RP will almost certainly be limited to Visty and me.

I'm pretty much doing the same thing Vis is doing. I'm still around, though. I do think I've abandoned my Alt-Vistoraverse puppet though. The story just wasn't there.

Are they PMT/FT, and not a devastating flustercuck to participate in?

I was thinking more along the lines to compose canon development-style thread, like what Blak did with Sidhae (and is doing with NFE rn), rather than just comparing our BigDickomatic 10000s. Of course, if a main canon version of this arises for me that would become rather paramount.
