15. Deblinian Masovia
Jeźdźcy Apokalipsy
by Terrarium & Prometa Anatelo

Genre: Rock Ballad, New Age
Language(s): Polish, English
Title Translation: Horsemen of the Apocalypse

Prometa is singing in new age style (something like Enya):

No one can disappear in their light
No one can go away from their sight
The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse

In the next parts she gives a background to Terrarium's song.
The leader of Terrarium is singing:

I widziałem, że wszyscy jak zaklęci,
gdy otworzył Baranek jedną z owych pieczęci,
i słyszałem jedno ze czterech zwierząt mówiące,
jako głos gromu: Chodź, a patrzaj na dusze płaczące!

I widziałem, a oto koń biały,
a ten, który na nim siedział, miał łuk w srebrze cały,
i dano mu koronę, i wyszedł jako zwycięzca,
ażeby zwyciężał w imię Boskiego oręża.

I wyszedł drugi koń rdzawy
a temu, który na nim siedział, dano miecz nabrzmialy
dano, aby odjął pokój z ziemi i pod zbroją ze stali,
a iżby jedni drugich zabijali.

Prometa is singing again. In the background there's heard the guitar's playing

No one can disappear in their light
No one can go away from their sight
The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse

Terrarium's leader is singing the next versus;

I widziałem, że wszyscy jak poczęci,
gdy otworzył Baranek następne z tych pieczęci,
i słyszałem drugie ze czterech zwierząt mówiące,
jako głos gromu: Chodź, a patrzaj na dusze łkające!

I widziałem, a oto koń kary,
a ten, co na nim siedział, miał szalę w rękach starych.
Miarka pszenicy za grosz, i trzy miarki jęczmienia
a nie szkodź oliwie i winu, oszczędź ich sumienia.

I widziałem, a oto koń płowy,
a siedziała na nim Śmierć, a Otchłań - jej towarzysz nowy;
i dana im jest moc nad czwartą częścią świata,
aby zabijali mieczem i głodem, i morem, i przez zwierzęta, nam biada!

And once again - Prometa's part:

No one can disappear in their light
No one can go away from their sight
The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse

Next is the guitar solo and the repeated word faded in the end;

Apoca...
Apocalypse
Apoca...
Apocalipsa

Apoca...
Apocalypse
Apoca...
Apocalipsa

Apoca...
Apocalypse
Apoca...
Apocalipsa

OOC: A little intermission has happened, and we've ended it to get things going again, no thanks necessary!

The Wilfred Test WHF Delegation has commented on the national intake so far. During the advert
break Pk. Richard Wright appeared on the Testian news flash and on the WHF online news feed. He stood on a small podium in a private room, which had a various amount of microphones around it and gave a small message, from Wilfred Test to the world.

The people of Wilfred Test, and its Delegation in Radnor, Beldonia are impressed with the current proceedings. We would like to give a special message to Pk. Nova Luci and DJ Kandi, saying that the whole country is behind you. Thank You.

The logo of WHF 6 appears and the show continues!

Lyrics to our nation's song:
Ilushakranoul Siukunoul Ipsola, Nih-ton I-p-s-aloush. Nihntusie zeprele siukunoush. Kurihmne, Multifer Hirushukranou. Ilousha Suolousha, Irume Zukrunou, Ikuze, muluze mulukshe shurekou. Imuze Uluze inoh katef Ips. Ikoule, Numoule, Tupurte Siukmusiik, Alihre, Alihre, Alihre, Umule Sikruzip. Bugusie, Mulesie, Iklusie Siukoush, Isioush, Isi, Isii Ipsola, Almte nihra pi

Translation:
My bueatiful Ipsola, truely the great land of everything. Where the sun beats down and warms you, if you are not at Ipsola's snow. Beachesn and sunrises, the sun rising over the beaches. Heat and tropics, relaxing and fun. Cities, Mermaids and humans. Big Buildings, huge skylines. Oh Ipsola, you truely suit your name
Kalaspia-Shimarata's flag represents the Union between K&S. The dark blue represents the sea and the light blue represents the sky. In Kalashi language considers light blue and dark blue to be different colours. England colonised, and unified K&S, between 1774 and 1953, and English, light blue and dark blue are considered to be the same colour. Therefore, the contrast between dark blue and light blue represents the union, but the differences between K&S where as blue being two but simultaneously one colour represents K&S being two, but simultaniously one entity. The opposite to the symmetry represents the unity and indipendance of K&S, whilst also representing the Kalashi culture of opposite symmetry.KS is 75% Christian, hence the cross.

The song has been translated into English and remixed for the audience, so indicating such is unnecessary. That's how it is always performed at the WHF.

"On behalf of our great Prime Minister Melomar Nuñez, and the Free Land of Amekikia, I would like to say that it has been a pleasure returning to perform here at the World Hit Festival. Our country recently was in a war within our region and wasn't able to participate as usual for quite some time, but we've finally struck a negotiation recently. While we are still dealing with important matters, I can say that I will try to represent my country as often as I am able.

Performance Order: 20
Nation: Crolacia
Song: Tell me about love
Artist: The Husbands
Language: English
Music genre: Pop
Lyrics and optional performance description:

The band containing four men arrive wearing suits, just like in a wedding. Background animation is showing two people walking on an empty sandy beach.

In a orange sunrise,
Call my name,
Shadows are coming,
Shadows are coming,
Tell me about love my dear,

Let our lips stay full of love,
Shadows are passing,
Shadows are passing,
Tell me about love my dear,

And we don't care,
What do those words mean,
Shadows are passing,
Shadows are passing,
Tell me about love my dear,

Tell me(whoah whoah whoah),
Tell me(whoah whoah whoah whoah),
Shadows are attacking,
Tell me about love my dear(oh la la la),

Tell me(whoah whoah whoah),
Tell me(whoah whoah whoah whoah),
Shadows are attacking,
Tell me about love my dear(oh la la la),

In a sad sunset,
Call my name,
Shadows are coming,
Shadows are coming,
Tell me about love my dear,

I'll comfort your soul,
Shadows are passing,
Shadows are passing,
Tell me about love my dear,

My heart is full of love,
I hope we can share it,
Shadows are passing,
Shadows are passing,
Tell me about love my dear,

Tell me(whoah whoah whoah),
Tell me(whoah whoah whaoh whoah),
Shadows are attacking,
Tell me about love my dear(oh la la la),

Tell me(whoah whoah whoah)
Tell me(whoah whoah whoah whoah),
Shadows are attacking,
Tell me about love my dear,

The night is beautiful,
But shadows are coming,
Shadows are coming,
Just tell me about love my dear.

When the song ends, the animation is showing a sunset. The band shouts: Thank you!

BRAND NEW EPISODES - Police Stop!

COMING SOON!

Voiceover by James Harwood

Back to the 6th World Hit Festival Contest, right here on ITV4 Life...

(OOC: Ours is totally voice-over based

Voiceover by Alistair Stuart (OOC: Expy/No Celebrities Were Harmed version of Alastair Stewart)

"OK, so we've seen some pretty good acts; although quite obviously, we want you to vote for our entry, we liked Chenkorya's. A bit of a klutzy Lady Gaga wannabe looking like Pixie Lott, she's fairly good, but the performance was klutzy. Saintrabina's was... well, oddball. Chinese Regions, is, well, not likely to be voted for, and Ronan Connelly has promise."

brief flash of logo
"Phoenigetuzstha's entry was likeable, if a bit esoteric. but Amekikian's, is, well, anodyne, and not that great. Silva Uzmayan, a sort of poor man's Kesha, and Frank Duval was average.
Prometa Analo was just downright awful, don't bother voting at all. Crolacia's entry showed promise, even if the performance was good. Our entry, Jane Blackall, is a one-time Sarah Whatmore impersonator, who's moved onto a new career - and yes, she's got the trademark trouser suits she always wears!"

21. The Island of Aho
"Don't Make Me Go Through Aho"
Aleka Le'O'Lilo & Mr. Sakis

Genre: Dancehall, Electropop, Reggae Fusion
Language(s): English, Greek, Taloan

Aleka Le'O'Lilo and Mr. Sakis had rehearsed over and over and over. This was their day to shine. (OOC: The lyrics here are transcripted to Roman alphabet and with English translation on the side. Remember that 'ch' on transcripted greek is the sound of a 'kh'; and 'ou' is basically the sound of 'oo').

While the song was presented by Eleftheria Giannispapoulous, she talked that this was a song to criticize the poor state of the highways, avenues, streets, roads of the Island of Aho, due to the provisional (highly un-serious) government. Giving that message, now everyone would get the sarcasm in the song.

The stage was totally dark, when Aleka started singing in the center-front (with the suit Alexandra Burke IRL has in the chorus of the video). Mr. Sakis was in the back of the stage in a structure like this. What he says is on blue font colour. What she says is on orange, and what the back-ups, who are 4, (which are on the same kind of structure that Sakis is on) sing is in green. Translations are on black.

Let the song.. start!

Don't make me go through Aho
Yah Yah Yao Meh
La La La La La Oh
Den boró na pistépso eímai tragoúdi gia aftoús tous drómous edó. (I can't believe I am singing about those roads right here)
Aléka tha tragoudísei gi 'aftó... (Aleka will sing about it too...)
Den pernoún Aho. (Don't go through aho.)
Ah.. Let's Go
I-I-I Don't want to go through Aho
Miss Le'O'Lilo
I-I-I Don't want to go through Aho
Boom!

Some dancers are appearing behind the structures. They are 6 men, 2 in transit-police suits, 2 in a car (each), 1 on a bike and 1 who walks. Aleka moves forward walking and starts singing. Between her and Mr. Sakis, there's a "road", where the police guys try to control the traffic, and the guys on the cars/bike/walking are going through it. Meanwhile, the light is not over the structures and one can't see Mr. Sakis or the back-up singers.

E-Échete dei aftoús? (Have you seen them?)
É-Echete odigísei (Have you driven)
To aftokínitó sas mésa apó aftoús tous... apó aftoús tous drómous? (Your car through these... through these roads?)

Eh, Boy! It's very hard
If you try it, you're mad
C'mon you will see that it's no piece of cake, your car is on dangerous stakes

The bridge starts as there is a "car" crash on the street, Aleka walks back to the place of the crash, but without looking there, she's always looking to the audience/camera. The guy in the bike tries to help the injured, whilst the walking guy goes to the side of Aleka and starts walking back with her.

Yeah! Like me
Get on the curb side
Do like meeee!

I-I-I Don't want to go through Aho

She arrives to the "crime-scene" and with her gestures she sings the chorus pointing at the crash, to explain why she sings those lyrics. (Like saying "I told you so!"), and making almost the same choreography as in the video. At the end (where the back-ups and Mr. Sakis sing) the lights go over them, and we can see how the back singers are now dressed like (I don't remember the name) builders that repare roads.

Oh! Go like me
Walking down all the streets
If I'm in a car, I'm most likely to crash
Don't make me go through Aho

Oh! Here I come
You have to drive slow
This is insecure, these are killing roads
Don't make me go through Aho

I-I-I Don't want to go through Aho
Hey
Párte mia asfálisi, alliós eísai katadikasménos. (Get an insurance, otherwise you're doomed.)

The police guys take the injured two guys and lift them, disappearing from the road. So, now, we just have the walking guy, the bike guy and Aleka. The back singers (dressed as builders who repare roads) descend from the structures (meanwhile, Mr. Sakis gets off the stage), and try to fix the street, which is very bumpy and holed (at the same time!). In the first phrase, Aleka gestures using a phone. On the 4th, 5th and 6th phrases; the 4 back singers do the same choreography around Aleka that is seen on the video.

É-Echoume kálese (Have we called)
Tin-kyvérnisi kai tous eípe? (The government and talked about this?)
Don't make silly questions, of course we have tried.... We have said it but they just deny.

Eh, Boy! Stay at your home
Driving here's to break your bones
The fire department, the police and the banks... They are all tired of this, they've gone nuts

Thanks to the simple technology of airbags, the bumps on the road are becoming bigger and bigger. The bike guy is trying to go through this way, but it is almost impossible. The walking guy is jumping from one bump to the other. The choreography is the same as the video (because this part looks great, hehe).

Eh! This is
Like the "moguls" event
Yeh, this is...

I-I-I Don't want to go through Aho

The chorus starts again and instead of making the choreography, the backing singers go to the road and start fixing it. The bike guy gets off the bike and leaves it in the "street" and with the walking guy they go to the side of Aleka, and dance with her. Nobody in the audience/homes is watching, but while Aleka sings, Mr. Sakis gets on stage again but this time, he gets on the structure and the structure lifts him to a considerable height.

Oh! I won't go
Until the repair's done
I cannot stand, another bump
Don't make me go through Aho

The problem! Would be gone
If the richer paid it all
But they don't care, they have their planes
And they go over Aho

The lights quickly switch to light up the structure where Mr. Sakis is. He's the only one that can be seen at this moment, where he starts rapping.

Échoume diamartyritheí, (We have protested)
Échoume tous klótsise, (We have kicked them)
Den noiázontai gia mas afínoun móno tou. (They do not care about us they leave us alone)
Írthe i óra gia mia allagí, akóma ki an eímaste "amfisvitoúmena edáfi" (It's time for a change, even if we're "disputed territories")
Échoume to dikaíoma... (We have the right)
Na odioún me asfáleia (To drive safely)
Na échoun praaaaaagmatikó (To have reeeeeallllllll)
Pezo, pezo, pezo, pezo, pezo pezodrómio. (pave, pave, pave, pave, pave pavement)

Cho-díkio? (Am I right?)

Eínai pará parálogo (It's illo illogical)
Eínai polý polý ádiko (It is very very unfair)
Efchómaste óti ta paidiá (We wish that our kids)
Mas tha boroúsan na paíxoun sto....(Were able to play)
DRÓMO! (On the street)

The lights now go quickly over Aleka and the "road", and now the road is almost finished being fixed (by the back singers). She walks (like in the video) towards the audience whilst singing in Taloan with her great vocal skills.

Iiiiiii nei (No way!)
Fa-akahoro (Hurry up!)
Ahua laooooooooo (Do it!)
I-aia tonu neeeeiiiiiiii (Right now!)

That bridge received massive cheers from the audience, and fortunately, the panoramic camera was able to found the tiny Ahoan fanclub with their flags, waving them like crazy. At the fifth phrase, she gives a sarcastic disappointed face, and from when she says "hey" onwards, all the backing singers (4), the dancers (6), Mr. Sakis and Aleka sing together.

Oh! Here I go...
Here I go
They've heard our protest calls
The calls
(We) were able to win... and so we did
O-n the year three thousand

Heyyy!

Oh! It can't be
It can't be
We're gonna make it clear
If you don't repair, we'll riot the Fair
(Building where the Aho government is)
Go, do something for Aho!

Oh! Come on!

Come on!
It's not like they are long
Helmets on our heads, machines on our hands
We're gonna go for Aho!

But! For the while

For the while
We're gonna have to walk
To walk!
We'll drive again, I'm sure, but today...
Don't make me go through Aho!

The smile that she gave when she said the last part was priceless. Everyone cheered in the Cultural Stadium and waved their flags. The background (that was black for all the song) now showed the flag of Aho.

Aleka and Mr. Sakis together shouted:

Te'ena Koutou!!!!!!! Sas Efcharistó!!!! Thank you everyone!!!

The lights faded out, and they left the stage.

22. Euskirribakondara
"Bring Me The Locks"
Karolina Etséu and Chieko Orlich

Genre: Folk Pop
Language(s): English, Sirbadian, Bantulu, Euskal

Karolina Etséu was very happy and dressed with a white outfit. Whilst, Chieko Orlich seemed even more happy! Many WHF-fan polls declared them the hottest, kindest, most-beautiful, nicest girls on this edition! Both outfits have keys and locks in reference to the song.

Karolina Etséu is a famous artist in Euskirribakondara from the capital, Harrikes; whilst Chieko Orlich, is an Euskal Chenkoryan... or Chenkoryan Euskal. Her mother is Euskal, and she was born in the Euskal community of Chenkorya, in Svobodata (Written is Euskal: Esbobodata). Chieko Orlich had a song called "Bullet" in Euskal-Musika2 (the selection process of Euskirribakondara for WorldVision and World Hit Festival) but before the big final, she partnered up with Karolina, and they achieved a 2nd place, thus, they gained the right to represent Euskirribakondara at WHF6.

With them, there are 10 dancers and 4 of them, are back singers. These 10 are dressed in red outfits, as the song is about love. With all the lights off, and with the last words of commentators... and a lot, A LOT of Euskal flags in the Stadium... the song started.

(Yellow is for the "Stadium" voice, Black for Karolina Etséu, Purple for Chieko Orlich, Green for both of them. Here is all transcripted into Roman/Latin alphabet, at the end, in a spoiler, there's the lyrics in their respective alphabets). EUSK1 has sent the translation to the different broadcasters so that they subtitle the song in their respective national languages.

Number twenty-two. Euskirribakondara. "Bring Me The Locks" by Karolina Etséu and Chieko Orlich.

The stage was totally dark and just a white light was over Karolina Etséu as she started singing, and moving gently with the song.
Come on!

Uuuhh!

Ya chesto vidim t'ulismeĭ (I often see you smile)
Toi slishite rabta s vitró (Your hair running with the wind)
Vsyo, minia tar (Everything makes me)
De mislĭ o tebe (Think of you)
Ni obsionatuta izan (I am so obsessed)
Ni maitesetan dak (I'm totally in love)

Fireworks exploded and a huge burst of fire was seen before we could see now the 10 dancers behind Chieko Orlich. Karolina Etséu has "disappeared" for the first chorus. In the second one, we don't see Chieko any longer.... and now we see Karolina on top of a structure above the main stage singing. But in both, the 10 dancers are, well, dancing.
Bring me the locks
I'll lock this love away
Then I'll lose the key
Finally I'll be free

Won't ask if I may
I'll do... it anyway
For it I have a grave
I'll never be a slave

The lights are turned off, and now there's just a gentle red illumination whilst Karolina sings on top of the structure. The structure is an elevator though... so, as she sings, the structure is lowering down until it lands on the stage. Around it, the dancers are making gestures that go with the lyrics of the song.
Ya dal vam tisyach znakov (I've given you a thousand signs)
Y'otkori moya serdtsa da vas (I've opened my heart to you)
Vsyo chto ya polchayu (All I get is)
Bezraznost i vzdroganas (Indifference and winces/grimaces)
Ni obsionatuta izan (I'm so obsessed)
Ni maitesetan dak (I'm totally in love)

Again, we have fireworks with powerful white lights, and Chieko appears out of nowhere "jumping" above Karolina and landing in front of her. The dancers again do a great choreography, that Chieko and Karolina follows. For the chorus in Sirbadian language, they both sing it together.
Bring me the locks
I'll lock this love away
Then I'll lose the key
Finally I'll be free

Won't ask if I may
I'll do... it anyway
For it I have a grave
I'll never be a slave

Pronesi mi brazavniche (Bring me the Locks)
Ya nye budu vas sledoyat (I won't follow you...)
Bolshe; Ya budu pobzhat' (Anymore; I will escape)
Ti zabodete moja imiá (You will forget about me and my name)

Pronesi mi brazavniche (Bring me the Locks)
Ya nye budu vas sledoyat (I won't follow you...)
Bolshe; Ya budu pobzhat' (Anymore; I will escape)
Ti zabodete moja… (You will forget my)

IMIÁ! (NAME!)

After that high-pitched shout of "Imiá!", the dancers start dancing in a folk way (like the Balkan dances where everyone dances in circles, moving in a very synchronized way their arms and legs, while shouting "Hey!"), with Chieko and Karolina on the center of the circle dancing like Tina Karol dances in the video. On 2.19, the circle is dissolved, and everyone starts dancing like dervishes, including Chieko. Karolina sings with her great vocal skills, the part in Bantulu:
Oh… Moyo muximá (Oh… My heart)
Moyo matuamaini, Oh muximá (My hope, Oh my dear...)
Yangu ni eme… (Is that I..)
Kukala (Can be)
Kukala na weweeeeeee (Can be with youuuuu……)

5 dancers go to the back, hidding Karolina Etséu; whilst Chieko and the other 5 are at the front singing with the same 'excellent/almost perfect' vocal skills of Karolina.
Bring me the locks
I'll lock this love away
Won't ask if I may
I'll do it anyway

Now the rows switch of position, and Chieko+5, are on the back; whilst Karolina+5 is ahead of them, as she sings the chorus in Bantulu:
Nataka kusahau (I want to forget)
Lakini kulendá (But I'm not able to)
Mimi kukuta re ni ngoló (I am very tied to you)
Na wewe, wewe pa kuzoló (I love, I love you)

Chieko+5 go to the front, whilst Karolina+5 go to the back; and Chieko sings the chorus in English again:
Bring me the locks
I'll lock this love away
Won't ask if I may
I'll do it anyway

The rows dissolve, and it's now the 10 dancers behind them dancing again in a folk way, whilst they both sung the chorus in Euskal:
Itxaropa ni trakitupári (Hopefully I'll find)
Holó maitesa (A better love)
Hura apresipári (He'll cherish me)
Dak niiiiren ametsa (That's myyyyyyy dream)

The lights turn off, and there is a little illumination coming from a wall of fire around Karolina, as she sings with ALL the air in her lungs (Specially the 'near' that lasts more than 9 seconds):
Don't leave me waiting here
I need to feel you…
Neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeear!

When she is totally breathless, as she finishes her note of "near". The fire goes up, and she disappears, as if she had been consumed by the fire. Now, we can see just the 10 dancers with Chieko, with the tambourines as in the video.
Bring me the locks
I'll lock this love away
Then I'll lose the key
Finally I'll be free

Won't ask if I may
I'll do... it anyway
For it I have a grave
I'll never… never… never be a slave

Before they leave the stage, Karolina appears, and the 12 shout together:
Géskerri Rasko Euskirribakondara!
Spaxhibo Chenkorya!
Thanks Beldonia!!!!!!!

The Euskal flags can't stop waving, the Euskal fans can't stop shouting in happiness..... It was GREAT!

Я често видим т'улисмэй
Той слишите рабта с витро
Всё, меня тр
Де мислй о тебе
Ni obsionatuta izan
Ni maitesetan dak

Bring me the locks
I'll lock this love away
Then I'll lose the key
Finally I'll be free

Won't ask if I may
I'll do... it anyway
For it I have a grave
I'll never be a slave

Я дал вам тйсяч знаков
Я откори моя сердца да вас
Всё что я полчаю
Безразност й вздроганас
Ni obsionatuta izan
Ni maitesetan dak

Bring me the locks
I'll lock this love away
Then I'll lose the key
Finally I'll be free

Won't ask if I may
I'll do... it anyway
For it I have a grave
I'll never be a slave

Я не буду вас следоят
Болше; Я буду побжать
Ти забодете моя имя

Instrumental interlude

Oh… Moyo muximá
Moyo matuamaini, Oh muximá

Yes, hehe. I've been sending TG reminders so that there are no withdrawals, and we can still have the 30 entries that originally signed up. Deadline for posting is TODAY at 23:00, FORUM TIME. So, when it is Christmas here in NationStates.... You'll have to start voting. But voting will be through telegram. More details to be revealed on this same post when the deadline is over.
