Social Refounding: In a Midnight Event, Marshal Iuna Scadi signs the adoption of the Communitarian Participatory Economy into force

The Lesvan Peopledom adopts a new economic system, with the socially-oriented market economy being succeeded by the Communitarian Participatory Economy with the signature of our Social Leader and the Overseer of the Revolution Marshal Iuna Scadi

Whether you are watching or listening, we now ask for your full attention as our Social Leader and the Overseer of the Revolution Marshal Iuna Scadi is about make a Major Announcement. Here is Marshal Iuna Scadi now:

"My Dear Lesvans,

We have arrived at this moment. Tonight, at midnight as we cross from Saturday into Sunday, the Lesvan Peopledom is making its' economic transition. We are adopting a new economic system that falls in accordance with the Revolution, the idea of the Peopledom over a nation state, and the principals of the Social Refounding that are shaping our alternative society. Tonight, as I am signing this document on my table before me, the socially-oriented market economy, which has served us well, shall be succeeded by our own unique Communitarian Participatory Economy, which we can abbreviate as CPE for short. And CPE will function with an added Strategic Capacity Sector, which we can likewise shorten as SCS. It was added to our new economic system by the designer of this new economic system, which is Secretary of Economy Mesa Cilan, so all glory and credit go to him as a committed revolutionary dedicated to our cause.

We declare that the foundational principle of the Communitarian Participatory Economy, or CPE, is as follows - the economy exists to provide material abundance along with human autonomy, communal flourishing and collective security, all while consuming as little of human life and energy as reasonably necessary.

In terms of structure, CPE does not abolish markets as such or as the economists call them, even if it is a pre-revolutionary Old World Order vocabulary. We retain the so-called "markets." Regular prices still exist, money and our currency the Les still exists, even if ideally we would like to save the world from money. People will still be able to buy, the so-called "businesses", which we will not ban, will still be able to sell goods and services, companies can be established in our revolutionary vision and aesthetic to differentiate from the Old World Order corporate entities, our commune-based society can still allow people to own property and my aforementioned entities we will still call companies, although differentiated from Old World Order corporate soul-sucking black holes, can earn finances. Public dining, clothing, entertainment, tourism, construction, the development of software, shops, manufacturing and the like can still operate through the so-called "market" principal. Our communes will not live under a planned economy, where our revolutionary structures or communes themselves would have to count how much of a particular item should be manufactured for the number of people in a particular commune. We will end up in a deficit that way. In fact, the so-called "markets" can provide the structure for a decentralized economy that could give more determination to the communes of how much they need of what.

However, it is important to note that the CPE rejects the principal that - just because something can be organized through a market, means it should be. No. Markets shall be reduced to just one economic instrument among a number of them.

Now, what differentiates our new economic system from something the world and we have already seen before our Revolution, is that there is an economic sphere, where the purpose is not to primarily profit or to administer as the Old World Order would do. That sphere includes the likes of cooperatives, communal kitchens, neighborhood workshops, cultural associations, community facilities, care networks, local agriculture, mentoring, recreation, festivals and other forms of communal production. Yes, some of them can still operate "commercially" as it is called, but some can also receive public funding. Some will be cooperatively owned, while others will belong to communes. And others can operate through reciprocal participation. What is important to know is that CPE, as an economic system, recognizes activity outside the so-called "conventional employment" in the terms of the Old World Order, as an economically meaningful contribution. For example, if we have many of our compatriots spend about six hours organizing a community festival, it does not mean they have not done nothing because nobody "employed" them to do it. As the Social Refounding dictates - the economy should reinforce the human ecosystem instead of hollowing it out.

The new economic system is also designed to change the way we understand what the Old World Order calls "contributing to society." Socially, CPE promotes a new understanding - participation replaces employment as the highest social ideal. Our new economy definitely does not say that everyone should have a career and in fact that is another understanding of the Old World Order. But neither are we saying that the People should withdraw from labor. In a commune-based alternative society that is unlikely. Instead, CPE says that every capable person should participate meaningfully in society. Paid labor can be one important form of participation, but not the definition of it. The Old World Order would praise an executive producing 70 hours of labor and efficiency as socially successful than someone producing less hours and doing so not through some corporate activity, but through the coaching of teenagers, caring for elders and participating in their commune in general. In fact, the Revolution would even say that the second person represents an ideal Revolutionary and Peopledom resident more than that hypothetical executive.

Likewise, aligning with the ideals of the Revolution, the Peopledom and the Social Refounding, CPE also approaches the question of productivity in its' own way. When productivity increases substantially, society decides how the resulting productivity dividend should be distributed among - higher material consumption, higher income, public investment, shorter working time. CPE's priority is to protect the fourth pillar. We will ask not how much productivity technological progress and automation has increased percentage-wise, but our priority will be to watch how much human time did that technological improvement liberate? GDP is not all we shall measure. We shall also pay more attention to discretionary time, potential commuting burden even with our Localized Labor Policy, overtime, burnout, participation, social isolation and time spent on unpaid care. CPE shall likewise reject productivism, careerism, burnout and efficiency politics, which are the blights of the Old World Order and especially neoliberalism. However, CPE shall not combat the concepts of productivity, expertise, labor and even efficiency. Communes seek those and thrive on those. But CPE will protect our People from becoming permanently subjected to optimization. The economy can be efficient, but that is so that people do not have to organize their entire existence around economic efficiency like the Old World Order wants them to.

Now, as for the Strategic Capacity Sector or SCS that I asked Secretary of Economy Mesa Cilan to add. CPE, especially at times of need or a crisis, can divide strategically indispensable activities from the ordinary economy. SCS encompasses defense and defense manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, critical transport infrastructure, food reserves, pharmaceuticals and medical security, strategic minerals and materials, advanced industrial technology, cyber-security, emergency manufacturing, critical machine tools and industrial equipment, strategic research and the Peopledom's logistics. And these strategic spheres can be privately owned, cooperative, communal, mixed-ownership or taken in the hands of the Revolutionary entities in the likes of the Overseer of the Revolution or the Revolutionary Conclave or of that category. Strategically, what differentiates CPE is that it can accept productive redundancy and that can especially apply to our military capability, but not just that. It can apply to hospital capacity, emergency food stocks, electricity reserves and industrial machinery. If we have unused capacity, to us it is just an addition to our security. Redundancy is not hazardous to us because we focus on civilizational resilience over commercial efficiency. When it comes to our soldiers, which essentially will include all of our able-bodied population with our universal conscription after primary education, the Revolutionary Social Army shall not operate in accordance with the leisure principle and they will not simply be disposable labor. At a time of peace, the Revolutionary Social Army still receives reasonable rotations, leave and protections against unnecessary exhaustion. If an emergency arrives, but passes, mandatory demobilization is in order.

The next part will be interesting not just to our People, but our foreign allies and partners, because it concerns international trade. The Peopledom shall not pursue economic "self-reliance", which rarely works. Our new economic system of CPE supports international trade with our allies and partners. We will further be able to import goods and export in what we specialize. SCS, meanwhile, is not focused on achieving strategic independence, but to identify areas, the interruption of which would create unacceptable vulnerability of the Peopledom. Our allies and partners will have a chance to have their companies operate like they would, but we will request to abide by the Peopledom's labor, environmental, competition and strategic security rules. We shall retain a right to refuse hostile or unfriendly countries attempting to launch economic operations in the Peopledom.

To reiterate other areas connected to domestic affairs, but also international trade. Private property and private productive property shall remain, including investment opportunity. But the Revolution and the Social Refounding dictates that ownership does not confer unlimited authority over communes and society. CPE views property as a protected institution accompanied by social obligations. So-called "businesses" can still make profits and we can agree that it communicates demand, rewards successful activity and provides investment finances. However, CPE rejects profit maximization as society's supreme organizing principle. There will be restraints. Company-like entities can be prevented from making something even more profitable through practices that impose unacceptable costs on workers, communities or the Peopledom's resilience. Also, we will not lie that economic inequality could be a factor we might deal with, but oligarchic economic power shall never be tolerated in the Peopledom. As for the economic freedoms for laborers under CPE - People can retrain, take sabbaticals, participate in labor intermittently, reduce hours, move between commercial and communal activity, spend periods studying, return to education later in life, engage in labor intensely if they choose and even do so for several years before deliberately slowing down. The social security architecture of the Peopledom under CPE shall be directed at making those transitions materially possible. This shall emancipate Lesvans from the Old World Order's post-industrial cycle of life, which is education, career, first promotion, second promotion, retirement and finally death. There can be a number of different chapters. CPE likewise distinguishes between innovation from compulsory acceleration. They can grow and improve, but we do not believe that every place of labor must continually become faster merely because becoming faster is possible.

Once again, regarding the Peopledom's military, defense and security needs, CPE and SCS specifically actually allows us to maintain larger reserve manufacturing capability, because we are not concerned with what is commercially rational like an ordinary market economy would. And if we have a surplus during peacetime, we can also export it allies and supply it to liberation movements abroad. Our allies will likewise benefit from our reserve capacity because in CPE, we would not have to ask the market whether expanding production is profitable or not.

Now, with CPE introduced, we shall seek not only to improve our lives, but to give a proof of concept. If foreigners will see a Peopledom with high living standards, shorter labor lives, strong communities and communes, technological sophistication and formidable defense capacity, then that will work better than any written or verbalized message. The Peopledom will now have an economy with a triangular structure of market coordination, communitarian participation and strategic coordination, while above all three, the focus will be human flourishing and well-being. While the socially-oriented market economy with the Peopledom's characteristics fulfilled its' role, it had restrains that it was clearly placed into. Meanwhile, CPE proclaims that there is no default economic mechanism. Markets, planning and communal participation each have legitimate jurisdictions and we shall select among them according to human and strategic purposes. And with the bonus of SCS, our anti-productivist philosophy will allow us to avoid sudden weakness and vulnerability against challenge.

While the Communitarian Participatory Economy is getting adopted tonight, there will be a transitional period away from the socially-oriented market economy we have had up until now. A new economic model cannot grow overnight, but the countdown to achieving it begins now. Thank you for your attention, Fellow Compatriots, and let us collaborate in making this a success."

Gaeltic Party of Lesva founded in Paita Sudi with founder Aca Vetal elected as Chair: The new political party intends to run in the 2030 elections

The growth of new political parties in the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo continues as if the 2030 elections were right around the corner, even though it could technically simply be categorized as a side-effect of the recent democratization and ideas once again having a right to manifest themselves politically. In the last months, the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo is seeing a birth of a third new political party.

Today, in Paita Sudi, the birth of a new political party was proclaimed and that is the Gaeltic Party of Lesva. Founded by Aca Vetal, the new political party held its' foundational congress in the Lesvan Republic's current capital city, where the party's founder Aca Vetal was overwhelmingly elected Chair, being one of the political parties founded and led by a woman. The Gaeltic Party, as its' name clearly declares, positions itself as a political party that is focused on emphasizing Lesva's Gaeltic identity and advocates for Gaeltic integration, namely the membership of the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo in the Gaeltic Community as the party's primary focus. Likewise, the Gaeltic Party intends to run in the 2030 elections.

Obviously, there are clear parallels with the Party for Democratic Alliance Integration, which was likewise founded recently, likewise intends to run in the 2030 elections and likewise is a political party dedicated to a particular foreign policy objective. In the case of the Party for Democratic Alliance Integration, it is membership of the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo in WIDA. In fact, the founder and now Chair of the new Gaeltic Party of Lesva Aca Vetal is self-aware and acknowledges the parallels of her own party's nature in similarity to the Party for Democratic Alliance Integration. However, problem is that those similarities may not potentially make the two political parties ideological "twins", but on the contrary, create a relationship of rivalry or even shape them as direct polar opposites or "twisted mirror images" of each other in the words of Aca Vetal.

During her speech at the first congress of her party, after being elected Chair, Aca Vetal stated:

"While we believe that our Gaeltic Party of Lesva and the Party for Democratic Alliance Integration, are both pro-democracy parties, our competition may be born out of the potentially contradicting main goals of our parties. The Party for Democratic Alliance Integration wants to see us in WIDA, as now apparently the current government does in the long-term and even some opposition parties, including opposition parties with a complicated legacy and a questionable respect for democratic principles. I am not going to name anyone, but you probably know, who I am referring to. The Gaeltic Party says that Lesva is a Gaeltic nation, people and culture, even if we, especially the Lasene, do have cultural roots reaching across the ocean into Australis or Mesder, both East and West, and not just through our diaspora. Our party emphasizes the belonging to the Gaeltic identity and neighborhood and we would like to see the Lesvan Republic as a member of the Gaeltic Community first and foremost.

Despite shared democratic principles between the organizations like WIDA and the Gaeltic Community, if there is a contradiction between integration into either one or the other bloc and if the charters of WIDA and the Gaeltic Community prohibit membership two blocs simultaneously, allowing commitment only to a single choice without contradictions, dual commitments and other issues that integration into different political, economic and military spheres could create, then obviously the Gaeltic Party will fight for the membership of the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo in the Gaeltic Community. Meanwhile, the Party for Democratic Alliance Integration will obviously be for WIDA and we do not know how many other political forces in-between will hop on either train, given my example about the current government's foreign policy trajectory, despite it always having clearly been pro-WIDA in practice, even if they had not spoken about WIDA membership in rhetoric up until recently. And if the choice is between one of these two paths, then obviously it will put us in a political confrontation with the pro-WIDA camp and the Party for Democratic Alliance Integration in particular, especially come the 2030 elections.

As for the Scadiists on the mainland, it is not even necessary to discuss whether WIDA membership or Gaeltic integration of the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo is more or less tolerable for them, because we clearly know that Marshal Iuna Scadi wants us all under his rule, so it is even not necessary to debate their view. At a key moment, let us hope that all parties will continue standing united at least against that comment threat. So far, that seems to be the case."

Marshal Iuna Scadi travels to the Balniki Federation for anti-air and missile defense talks

After presenting the new economic system of the Communitarian Participatory Economy to the Lesvan People on the midnight from Saturday to Sunday, our Social Leader and the Overseer of the Revolution Marshal Iuna Scadi does not stop and is already on another route in service of the Lesvan People. Today, Marshal Iuna Scadi travelled to the the Balniki Federation, an Ally, a fellow state of the United Federation of Gael and a fellow member state of the Eastern Tripartite. In the Balniki Federation's Capital City Rustov, Marshal Iuna Scadi will be meeting with Dovesti of the Balniki Federation Jovic Stras, with whom Marshal Iuna Scadi last physically met in the Lesvan Peopledom's Social Capital Saela in July, when the Dovesti was invited to join the Celebrations of the 1st Anniversary of the Founding of the Peopledom. Even without uninterrupted physical proximity, the Marshal and the Dovesti are in constant contact on daily basis in other means.

The agenda of this visit by Marshal Iuna Scadi to the Balniki Federation, will be a discussion with Dovesti Jovic Stras about cooperation on anti-air and missile defense. The discussions are also expected to touch on the prospect of joint drone production by the Eastern Tripartite, which began within the ranks of the Eastern Tripartite in the summer. Marshal Iuna Scadi did not hide that the presence of hostile foreign militaries not only at the doorstep of the United Federation of Gael and the Gaeltic half of the transcontinental Eastern Tripartite, but also in the occupied territory of the Lesvan Peopledom on the island of Cane Islo, requires not only an offensive capability, but also a defensive one. In case the occupied territory, where the enemy is developing infrastructure, is used as a launching pad not only for a land invasion into mainland Peopledom, but also to fire missiles in the direction of the sphere of the United Federation of Gael, a shield against that is needed. In fact, despite the navies of the Lesvan Peopledom and the Balniki Federation likewise watching who sail near the shores of both countries within the United Federation of Gael, hostile ships can still fire missiles likewise capable of reaching the land of the United Federation of Gael, even without being very close to the shore. Aerial incursions by hostile aircraft or attempts to produce an airborne invasion of hostile troops parachuting to the ground on the territory of the United Federation of Gael, is likewise not ruled out. For all of that, the Lesvan Peopledom wants to offer the Balniki Federation to create a shield that will immediately destroy any of these threats in route, before they could reach the United Federation of Gael.

While the Balniki Federation's air defense shield technically already covers the Lesvan Peopledom, Marshal Iuna Scadi wants to offer Dovesti Jovic Stras to formalize this procedure and perhaps establish an official missile defense shield and an anti-air system of the United Federation of Gael. While the current visit will cover the bilateral Peopledom-Federation cooperation, it is not solely limited to the United Federation of Gael, but also to the Eastern Tripartite, which explicitly says that the Empire of Klareth is wanted in the cooperative process on drones, anti-air and missile defense.

Protector Tviri Ranca insists that doors must be practically open into the Protectorate of Acean for Aceanians from the Saela-controlled territory and a route across the water into the Protecorate guaranteed for Aceanians from the island of Cane Islo

Protector Tviri Ranca, Father of Acean, Chairman of the National Socialist Party of Acean and the Supreme Commander of the Aceanian Defense Army, came before the Aceanian Directory once again to express concern for the plight of Aceanians beyond the Protectorate of Acean. Protector Tviri Ranca clearly demonstrated that as the Leader not only of the Protectorate of Acean, but all Aceanians, the Protector will never stop thinking about all Aceanians everywhere and their well-being. Protector Tviri Ranca informed the Aceanian Directory that several tasks must be accomplished immediately and the Protector singled out several Directors, who could coordinate those tasks, while believing some tasks could also be accomplished by the Aceanian Directory as a whole.

For the first task, Protector Tviri Ranca declared that Aceanians from across the eastern border, specifically the Saela-controlled territory that borders the Protectorate of Acean on the east, must be given the opportunity to cross the border into the Protectorate of Acean and join the Aceanian brethren in liberty under the Protectorate's Flag. While the Protectorate of Acean has fortified its' eastern border, where the Aceanian Defense Army and the Balniki Federation's Peacekeeping Forces stand on the Protectorate's side, while the Saela regime's troops stand on the other side, Protector Tviri Ranca has still insisted on two facts. The first fact is that the land across the eastern border is also Aceanian land because the Protectorate of Acean only controls the west of Acean. Saela occupies the eastern half along with Aceanian brothers and sisters on that territory. So the eastern border of the Protectorate of Acean is perceived as non-permanent because eventually the Aceanian people aspire that all of Acean, including the east today controlled by Saela, will be under the Protectorate's Flag. But the second fact is that, in honor of the Rustov Agreement, border changes are not the goal of the Protectorate of Acean today. The immediate goal is to allow Aceanian brothers and sisters across the border, under Saela occupation, to have a chance to cross into the Protectorate of Acean through checkpoints that should be included among the fortifications and ones that only civilians could cross, so that the troops of the other side could not use them. Protector Tviri Ranca singled out Director of Internal Order Palaic Stebal as someone, who could ensure the development of that route, in cooperation with Director of Territorial Defense and Military Affairs Gnazi Cumstin. Protector Tviri Ranca declared it as a factual doctrine that all Aceanians deserve to live under the Protectorate's flag, even if that would mean they would have to leave the Saela-controlled eastern half of Acean, which is ancestral land. Today, only the Protectorate-controlled western half of Acean is safe haven for Aceanians.

The second task was put by Protector Tviri Ranca before Chairman of the Aceanian Directory Pasi Asistin and the entirety of the Aceanian Directory that could determine who could best handle this particular objective. It was something that Protector Tviri Ranca spoke about during the last summit with the Aceanian Directory. Protector Tviri Ranca spoke about a necessity to create a route for Aceanians from the island of Cane Islo, which is under the control of Lasene ethno-nationalists, into the Protectorate of Acean. The only possible route from the island of Cane Islo to the Protectorate of Acean is water. Which is why the Protectorate itself may not ship Aceanians out of Cane Islo, but the Protector ordered the Aceanian Directory to organize it such way, so that the Protectorate's ships would safely pick up and carry to shore any Aceanian refugees fleeing the island of Cane Islo either on refugee boats or floating objects, which would be a dangerous way of travel forced by desperation.

Chief of the Strategic Intelligence Directorate Resi Evca visits Tara Ika

Chief of the Strategic Intelligence Directorate Resi Evca arrives in Tara Ika, bringing along handcuffed agents of Tara Ika originally apprehended in the city of Certemasa back in February 3rd, 2025

As our Social Leader and the Overseer of the Revolution Marshal Iuna Scadi has travelled to the allied Balniki Federation for an important official visit dedicated to talks on further important military cooperation, Chief of the Strategic Intelligence Directorate Resi Evca has travelled in the opposite direction, having arrived in Tara Ika tonight. The visit was secretive and not publicly announced in advance, although it is being presented as an outcome of bilateral prisoner transfer talks and negotiations that took place behind the scenes. Chief of the Strategic Intelligence Directorate Resi Evca was sent to Tara Ika by Secretary General of the Central Social Carto Osco Mopal, who had clearance to do this from Marshal Iuna Scadi.

On the visit, Chief of the Strategic Intelligence Directorate Resi Evca brought arrested intelligence agents of Tara Ika, who were originally arrested in the city of Certemasa on February 3rd, 2025. At the time, the foreign operatives were among the arrested organizers of an attempted, unsanctioned LGBTQIA+ pride rally in Certemasa, which would have violated the public assembly rules and was deemed illegitimate, because of it falling outside the ranks of the Revolution. During that period, it was not the first such attempted illegitimate pride rally. Back then, instead of the Lesvan Peopledom, there was still the Lesvan State, which proceeded to organize Revolution-approved LGBTQIA+ pride marches under the Secretariat of Humanitarian Affairs, while curbing illegitimate attempts at public assembly, including under the symbols of minorities pursuing equality. The involvement of foreign agents in the organizational effort was seen as an attempt by foreign powers to contribute to internal destabilization in the Lesvan State at the time, despite Tara Ika never having been perceived as a hostile country.

The apprehended agents have been brought to Tara Ika still in handcuffs. Chief of the Strategic Intelligence Directorate Resi Evca has the objective of handing the agents over to the local government. The Lesvan Peopledom does not have demands in exchange for the foreign nationals' return, other than a promise to respect the internal affairs of the Peopledom.

Outside observers are calling into question the competence of Tviri Ranca, the man who calls himself the Father of Acean and holds the titles of Chairman of the National Socialist Party of Acean (NSPA) and the Supreme Commander of the Aceanian Defense Army, not to mention leads the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean that controls the western half of the Aceanian region on mainland Lesva. In reality, this is a man that is the leader of a quasi-separatist entity of the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean that does not declare formal independence of the territory in Western Acean that this entity has captured, but which insists on self-governance independently of Lesva, regardless of whether we are talking about the regime of Marshal Iuna Scadi in Saela or the elected Republican government in Paita Sudi. Additionally, Tviri Ranca is also sometimes labelled merely as a leader of a Balniki proxy entity that is the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean, rather than an independent historical actor. While Tviri Ranca has been perceived as evil over leading an isolated, one-party, totalitarian dictatorship under a National Socialist ideology, he has never been perceived as incompetent. But his comments made during a meeting with the Aceanian Directory, which could be compared to an equivalent of a government or a cabinet or just a local copy of the Balnik Table and Balniki Board Directors, is causing questions for political analysts that are researching the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean as much as it is possible to question a closed entity like that. The meeting showcased on Aceanian Broadcasting, virtually the only source of media in the self-proclaimed Protectorate under 100% control by the National Socialist Party of Acean (NSPA), makes it look like Tviri Ranca does not know geography of his own territory. And it was not the first time he necessarily demonstrated that, but this most recent instance is the glaring. That is, unless Ranca is linking his comments to continued territorial claims and hints at eastwards expansion, which is a separate complicated topic that has likewise been extensively covered by the expert community.

In terms of history of Tviri Ranca's competence, it is difficult to question it without assessing the morality of what he created. In fact, there is even an opinion that Ranca's uprising was supported, because he was technically leading a separation from Throngist Lesva and the Throngist dictatorship itself was an evil, totalitarian, one-party system. Nobody knew what would ultimately come after. But back to supposed incompetence, it was indeed difficult perceive Tviri Ranca as being such. After all, Ranca commanded the self-organized militia forces that were made up of local volunteers and those, who broke off from the Lesvan Throngist Armed Forces, when the Throngist regime was losing power in the Lesvan Revolution to multiple armed formations and ultimately lost to the Underground Brotherhood of Marshal Iuna Scadi. That militia conquered Western Acean, allegedly with Balniki military help, although formally Balnik only sent peacekeeping forces into Lesva, which was still a member of the Eastern Tripartite and formed the United Federation of Gael together with Balnik, despite a breakdown in relations between Throngist Lesva under moderate leadership of the Throngist Movement Party of Lesva (TMPL) and Balnik at the end of Throngist Lesva. In fact, the breakdown of that vital relationship is perceived as what ultimately killed Throngist Lesva and caused the Revolution that created today's situation. But back to Ranca, the forces commanded by his man, whether with some Balniki help or not, managed to capture Western Acean and proclaim the Protectorate of Acean as a "self-governing" entity, but avoided declaring independence or sovereignty to become an unrecognized state, which technically is today. Afterwards, Tviri Ranca created the system that exists today, whether it is the National Socialist Party of Acean (NSPA) that was largely born from the local ashes of the Throngist Movement Party of Lesva (TMPL), as Throngists were often looked to fascism. Whether it was the construction of the whole political and economic regime, not to mention his own cult of personality, that was already born from his military leadership in the armed insurrection that created his quasi-separatist Protectorate. Whether it was the formation of that militia and mutinous fragments of the Throngist Armed Forces that supported this insurrection, into the Aceanian Defense Army that exists today. Whether it was negotiating the deals with Balnik that he did. While Ranca did not build a lot of this alone, he led the process and was its' face. An incompetent man was unlikely to accomplish this, even if he created a corner of hell on the Gaeltic continent. But now, there are questions whether Ranca alone deserves a lot of that "credit", because a trully competent person would not have overlooked what he clearly has and that is the geography of the land he controls.

Tviri Ranca ordered his subordinates to organize a channel, though which not only Aceanians from eastern Acean, which remains under the control of Marshal Iuna Scadi and before that remained under the control of the collapsing Throngist regime, could reach the territory controlled by the self-proclaimed Protectorate, but also for Aceanians from the island of Cane Islo, which is today controlled by the Lesvan Republic and the alternative Lesvan government in Paita Sudi rivalling the dictatorship of Marshal Iuna Scadi and his Lesvan Peopledom in mainland Lesva except for the west of Acean. Ranca said Aceanians from Cane Islo could go across the water and then the Protectorate's ships could assist them in reaching the territory of the self-proclaimed Protectorate. This order immediately calls the geographic knowledge of Tviri Ranca into question because the territory controlled by the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean in Western Acean is landlocked, "sandwiched" between Balnik and Scadi's Lesvan Peopledom. Scadi regime controls eastern Acean and also the entire coast, so the only access for Aceanians from the island of Cane Islo into Western Acean would be through the Scadi-controlled territory, which would be impossible. In fact, actually crossing over from the Scadi-controlled territory into Western Acean is difficult now, to say the least, because the demarcation line is basically a militarized zone, although Ranca ordered his subordinates to also create checkpoints through which Aceanians from eastern Acean could cross over into the territory controlled by the self-proclaimed Protectorate and make those checkpoints inaccessible to "hostile troops." How exactly? That remains unclear. And Ranca's whole "activation" on the issue of Aceanians on Cane Islo is likewise perceived as a potential cry for attention from Balnik, considering that Balnik is now being visited by Marshal Iuna Scadi, likewise an ally of Balnik, but whose's regime and military are an existential threat to the self-proclaimed Protectorate, since it is claimed by the Peopledom as its' territory.

The competence question is challenged only by a theory that Tviri Ranca is once again subtly hitting at eastwards expansion of the Protectorate's territory, possible even taking some of the coast in mainland Lesva's south-west. But that would immediately mean a military confrontation with Scadi's forces, which would violate the cease-fire of the Rustov Agreement. Moreover, it is unlikely that the self-proclaimed Protectorate or the Aceanian Defense Army would find success in pushing east and beat back Scadi's Lesvan Revolutionary Social Army. In fact, it could even end up in a situation, where Scadi's forces could launch a counter-offensive that could threaten Ranca's current territorial possessions within the Protectorate. But the most important factor is that Balnik is unlikely to allow the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean to advance against the Peopledom-controlled territory, but also would not likely allow the Peopledom to launch a counter-offensive that would allow the Revolutionary Social Army to occupy Western Acean. Balnik essentially has influence on both sides of this confrontation and the status quo appears satisfactory. Therefore, with these odds, it is once again questionable what Ranca may actually have in mind. He previously wanted to create a political mechanism to "peacefully reintegrate" eastern Acean or rather bring it under his Protectorate's control, but the idea was dropped quickly. So, apparently there was some self-awareness there that an incompetent man would not have. Or maybe a phone call came from some direction.

As for the reason why this whole talk about bringing Aceanians from Cane Islo into Western Acean, is because Ranca appears to be pushing for the idea that all Aceanians need to live under his Protectorate's control and since he cannot occupy eastern Acean from the Peopledom, he wants Aceanians to vacate eastern Acean and resettle in the western half. As for the Aceanians on Cane Islo, Ranca is pushing the narrative that the current government in Paita Sudi are "Lasene ethno-nationalists", which puts Aceanians at risk of "genocide" or discrimination on the island of Cane Islo and that is even more of a reason to have them move from that island to the Protectorate's territory. The ethno-nationalist talking point was picked up after a flag change in the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo, which restored some historical Lesvan heraldic moments, although from a more controversial earlier historical era of Lesvan statehood, which saw Lasene dominance and gave less equality to Aceanian, Crosan and Reti Lesvans. That caused controversy in the Republic-controlled island at the time as well, but it seems to have settled since, while the ideological propaganda of the Protectorate of Acean appears to have picked it up and continues to run with it.

Chief of the Strategic Intelligence Directorate Resi Evca reiterated a request to Tara Ika to respect the Lesvan Peopledom's internal affairs. The foreign operatives were returned to Tara Ika for nothing in exchange, other than an honor-based agreement that the Peopledom's internal affairs would be respected. The Chief of the Strategic Intelligence Directorate also reiterated that the Lesvan Peopledom still does not view Tara Ika as a hostile or an unfriendly country even after this first offense, but repeated offenses could change that perception. In fact, Chief of the Strategic Intelligence Directorate Resi Evca stated that, while the government of Tara Ika will most likely neither confirm nor deny whether that was the case, the Peopledom does not rule out that possibly Tara Ika may have been pressured into an espionage effort in the Peopledom, or the Lesvan State at the time, considering that Lesvans have been much more vigilant in combating espionage or other actions from traditional adversaries without expecting something like this from countries normally not in that category. Knowing that, the Strategic Intelligence Directorate does not rule out other countries with friendlier or at least neutral relations with the Lesvan State at the time or the Lesvan Peopledom today, may have been used in such a manner. Chief of the Strategic Intelligence Directorate Resi Evca likewise said that it is lucky that the Peopledom has not prisoners in foreign captivity that may require the Peopledom to bargain for their release and in this instance, the Peopledom simply transferred foreign nationals, and specifically operatives, back to their homeland with nothing in exchange, but a verbal promise.

Dovesti Stras and Marshal Scadi have spoken in Balnik together regarding the formal induction of Lesva within the general air defense sphere of the Federation of Gael. This grows after multiple factions within the Federation have urged more belligerent action towards the Cane Islo government as Balnik seems to absorb more and more of the responsibilities of Lesva.

Even though the announcement was made just recently Balnik has been observed to have long range Surface to Air facilities in Acean, with its military presence expanding to include new airbases.

This announcement is coupled with the expansion of the Federations drone program, which Balnik fields several models capable of striking both Cane Islo and deep into Interior Dormill and Stiura. What the ramifications of this announcement mean have yet to be seen, but all indications present themselves as leaning towards a potential action on Cane Islo as it appears that Stras's patience wanes.

Railway connecting Riaan enclaves in Nhoor to mainland faces delay

What was once envisioned as a major new link between Riaa and its isolated communities in Nhoor is increasingly becoming one of Riaa’s longest-running infrastructure projects. The E12-B Railway, a branch of the E12 Railway intended to connect Riaa with the three Riaan enclaves in Nhoor known collectively as the “Three Brothers,” has faced years of delays, rising costs and some of the most difficult construction conditions in the Riaan railway system. The broader E12 project began more than a decade ago, running from the city of Brel Galgorsik through the valleys surrounding the Uvat Vamet Yuk mountains and toward Ishbed Urd, the largest Riaan city in the region. Although most of the line has been completed, the final stretch into Ishbed Urd remains unfinished. About halfway along the E12 route, however, a separate branch begins, E12-B. Rather than continuing toward Ishbed Urd, the branch heads toward the Riaan-Nhoor border and ultimately toward Koosh Dur Ra Lkakk, the largest settlement in the Three Brothers. The railway is being built through one of the least developed portions of the Uvat Vamet Yuk mountains. Winters bring some of the lowest temperatures on the Australis continent, while rockslides and mudslides frequently disrupt work. Unlike Ishbed Urd, which sits within a broad and relatively stable valley with significant coal deposits, much of the E12-B construction zone consists of steep, sparsely populated mountain terrain. During the harsh winter of 2023, construction crews managed to build only about one mile of track in seven months, the slowest recorded construction rates in modern Riaan railway development.

Following the Imperial War, the border between Riaa and Nhoor remained poorly defined in several areas. Competing claims, undefined boundaries and enclaves left portions of the frontier in a legal and administrative mess. Riaa and Nhoor undertook a major effort to resolve the situation between 2003 and 2004. The two governments successfully settled most territorial disputes, but several ethnic enclaves proved too complicated to incorporate into either country. Today, two Nhoor enclaves remain within Riaa, while three Riaan enclaves remain within Nhoor. Despite the complicated history of the border, relations between Riaa and Nhoor have remained exceptionally friendly. Both nations are members of the Forum of Australis (FOA) and maintain open travel arrangements, extensive economic ties and several existing railway connections. In 2014, the Riaan government secured the permits and rights necessary to construct E12-B across the border. Actual construction, however, did not begin until 2021.

The other major obstacle facing construction is financial. The National Rail Operations Corporation (NROC), Riaa's state-owned railway monopoly, controls virtually every part of the country's rail system, from construction and maintenance to train operations and train manufacturing. Riaa's enormous existing cargo railway network requires constant maintenance, while costs for maintaining aging infrastructure continue to rise. At the same time, the federal government has resisted providing NROC with the additional funding it says is needed for expansion. E12-B, with its difficult terrain and relatively small expected passenger base, has struggled to compete with projects considered more economically important. NROC officials have repeatedly emphasized that the branch is not expected to become a major cargo route. Instead, E12-B is designed primarily as a small-scale passenger railway, with the secondary goal of providing transportation for isolated Riaan villages in the mountains. The communities surrounding E12-B are among the poorest and least developed in Riaa, consisting of many villages tucked into the mountain valleys that still lack standardized electrical service and reliable internet access. Large portions of the region remain disconnected from the country's modern infrastructure despite being located relatively close to one of Riaa's major rail corridors. The line is expected to provide easier access to schools, hospitals, markets and employment in larger towns, particularly Ishbed Urd. It would also allow residents of remote valleys to reach the wider Riaan railway network without relying on difficult mountain roads. Supporters therefore describe E12-B as one of the few major infrastructure investments being made in the region in decades.

Ultimately, however, the primary purpose of the branch is to reconnect the Three Brothers with the rest of Riaa. When construction finally reaches Koosh Dur Ra Lkakk, the railway will connect directly with a local Nhoor railway within the city. Passengers will then be able to transfer into Nhoor's considerably larger and more modern rail network. The connection would become the fourth railway link integrating the Riaan and Nhoor rail systems, and further strengthening the greater Australan rail network.

Today, the government of the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo has held another Defense Council meeting chaired by President Savi Asrin as the commander-in-chief. The meeting is held almost a month since the last Defense Council meeting, which was held on August 16th. It is only one day short from actually being exactly a month ago. The last Defense Council meeting was notorious two things. First, it was the first Defense Council meeting post-Cobalt Revolution, democratization and constitutional restoration. Second, it was the meeting, where President Savi Asrin first officially declared that WIDA membership was a long-term strategic and foreign policy goal for the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo. Today's gathering is the second Defense Council meeting since democratization and this time it is notorious for having the new Chief of the General Staff of the Lesvan Armed Forces Colonel Erso Trucin participate since having been appointed by the President on Thursday, September 10th, meaning Colonel Erso Trucin is almost approaching the conclusion of the first week of service in the position. Likewise, Colonel Erso Trucin is the first new Chief of the General Staff of the Lesvan Armed Forces in the renewed, post-Cobalt Revolution Lesvan Republic, which is a different country than it was for the last 2-3 years. Meanwhile, Sergeant Nesi Parin did not partake in the previous Defense Council meeting and we do not know whether it is because he was not interested to sit at the same table with the current civilian government anymore or because he was not invited. But none of this is what is the most important about today's meeting.

President Savi Asrin called up the new Defense Council meeting not to make it an annual event, but because he deemed the current state of affairs and the geopolitical situation as requiring it. Once again, there are a lot of security issues to discuss and formulate an action plan on, according to the President. While the current talks between the Scadiist leader Marshal Iuna Scadi and Balnik's Jovic Stras in Rustov is what inspired the meeting and looked like the primary focus, Defense Council members gave unusually a lot of attention to the pro-Balniki National Socialist quasi-separatists in Western Acean. The self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean has always been a security issue, but not an immediate one, given that the forces there cannot directly threaten the Republic-controlled Cane Islo because of physical distance. That is unless they are mobilized to help with an attack on the Republic-controlled Cane Islo by Balnik and the Scadiists in control of mainland Lesva, which is unlikely because the Scadiists are the mortal enemies of the pro-Balniki National Socialist quasi-separatists in Western Acean, despite both being in the Balniki sphere of influence. Western Acean has been discussed as a security and sovereignty issue on a lower intensity level, because the legitimate government in Paita Sudi will eventually have to address ways how to remove the proxy entity from control over Western Acean and also to remove invading Balniki forces from there, in order to restore the territorial integrity of the Lesvan Republic. But that same principal also applies to the Scadiist-controlled mainland and many at the Defense Council agree that it may be complicated, if not impossible, to solve the problem of Western Acean and restoring control there, without first taking the rest of the mainland from the Scadiists. With all of that being said, Western Acean has received more attention at the current Defense Council meeting because of the intensifying rhetoric of the leader of the pro-Balniki National Socialist Aceanian quasi-separatists Tviri Ranca in relation to the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo.

President Savi Asrin argued that the pro-Balniki National Socialist Aceanian quasi-separatists should not be given any more attention they deserve and unless they somehow pose an immediate danger, but the head of state noted an activation at rhetoric as something that would not appear out of thin air. Either the leader of the quasi-separatist and Balniki proxy entity needs to mobilize more internal support around himself and push along the ideology of "Aceanian unity" under his flag only, or he might be given a push from the side to rhetorically attack and threaten the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo more actively. And that is where the extra attention comes from at the Defense Council. President Savi Asrin said:

"Usually, we should not give the National Socialist Aceanian quasi-separatists more attention than they deserve. Their rhetoric is just that of an echo-chamber of incoherence and from the perspective of immediate threats we should be focusing on like in this Defense Council format, this de facto proxy of Balnik poses no threat to the Republic-controlled territory like the island of Cane Islo. Instead, they are clashing more with the Scadiists. And yet, the leader of the quasi-separatists Tviri Ranca remains very active with his whole narrative of getting Aceanians out of Cane Islo and finding a route for them into Western Acean, because supposedly Aceanian Lesvans here are under threat from the "ethno-nationalist regime", which apparently is you and I here. Are all of us even Lasene here? I don't think so. But anyway, it looks like they are trying to built more casus belli against us and if we realize that these quasi-separatists themselves will not be able to achieve anything, there is still a question why they keep talking. Is this just an internal game in their ranks of ideologically pushing a narrative that all Aceanians should be under their quasi-separatist flag or is there something else being fuelled here against us? We feel a threat from Scadiists obviously, but for the quasi-separatists to demonize us for Scadiist sake would not make sense, since they are enemies as well among themselves. Even though Balnik has influence on both, I struggle to see the quasi-separatists actually collaborating with the Scadiists and Balnik in some sort of action against us, so it is unclear what is behind this whole activated rhetoric from the quasi-separatist side aimed at the island of Cane Islo all of a sudden.

But Tviri Ranca and his proxy regime should make no mistake. While the Scadiists led by Marshal Iuna Scadi and their Peopledom are trying to claim the island of Cane Islo and Western Acean, legitimately all of Lesvan territory should be and eventually will be administrated by our legitimate Republic. The Scadiists are correct in rejecting the occupation of Western Acean by those National Socialist quasi-separatists and considering that to be part of Lesvan territory, but Scadiists are not the ones who have legitimate right to speak on behalf of Lesva. Western Acean is indeed the territory of Lesva - the Republic of Lesva and not the impostor Lesvan Peopledom that the Scadiists have proclaimed in the mainland and want to spread across all of Lesvan territory. We do not know what approach we will take, but in the long run, from the legal and historical point of view, the Lesvan Republic has a right and an obligation not to remain narrowed down to Cane Islo forever, but to restore its' territorial integrity in the mainland, including the Scadiist-controlled majority of the mainland and also the quasi-separatist-controlled Western Acean. And in Western Acean in particular, not only will the illegal quasi-separatist proxy entity will have to be disarmed, dismantled and disbanded, but even today we continue to demand and will forever demand the withdrawal of Balniki soldiers, who are there illegally and currently serve as invaders and occupying foreign forces on Lesvan territory, which the Lesvan Republic legally speaks on behalf of."

Minister of Defense Lecam Certu and new Chief of the General Staff of the Lesvan Armed Forces Colonel Erso Trucin declare they are on the lookout for the outcome of the results from talks between the Scadiists and Balnik, as well as the threats made against the Lesvan Republic on Cane Islo and D&S

As mentioned before, a large portion of the Defense Council meeting, if not the majority of it, was dedicated to the current talks in Rustov between Balnik's Dovesti Jovic Stras and the Scadiist faction's leader Marshal Iuna Scadi. In general, what the Lesvan government awaits is decisions from that meeting, because the Lesvan Republic will need to react and act accordingly. During the Defense Council meeting, Minister of Defense Lecam Certu and new Chief of the General Staff of the Lesvan Armed Forces Colonel Erso Trucin jointly reiterated that the Ministry of Defense and the Lesvan Armed Forces are on the lookout for what is to come and proper preparations along with counter-measures will be prepared. While it is difficult to guess entirely what Scadi and Stras will decide on, because the regimes simply said that their meeting, which is not the first and will not be the last, are simply going to be discussing cooperation on drones along with anti-air and missile defense. However, yesterday, the Isles Freedom Network cited the announcements already supposedly made in Rustov during the current visit and mentioned the expansion of cooperation between Balnik and the Scadiists on drones. The cited announcements were a bit of a new information, but the drone cooperation was not anything new. Rather, it was a confirmation of what the Balniki regime and the Scadiists were already discussing. However, the Isles Freedom Network report also mentioned that "Balnik fields several models capable of striking both Cane Islo and deep into Interior Dormill and Stiura." This part largely influenced the Defense Council meeting, including the final decision by President Savi Asrin to call it up. The current concern is not only Balnik's own supposed capability of targetting the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo and D&S if necessary, but also what could happen if that drone technology is transferred to the Scadiists, which will most likely happen, given that they will cooperate on drones as well within the ranks either of their United Federation of Gael or the Eastern Tripartite or both. The People immediately came out in masses, carrying Flags of the Protectorate of Acean and the National Socialist Party of Acean. Protector Tviri Ranca came out before the People and the People cheered and applauded euphorically for about 10 minutes and Protector Tviri Ranca did not interrupt this organic expression of the People's love and gratitude to their Leader. After the crowd began quieting down, Protector Tviri Ranca asked the People to calm down and bowed head to express appreciation for this showcase of love and unity, while gesturing with a hand for the People to calm down. In the address to the really, Protector Tviri Ranca denounced the ethno-nationalist regime on the island of Cane Islo not only for the continued genocidal threat to Aceanians, but for having actually having had the audacity to make a recent territorial claim towards the Protectorate of Acean, questioning our Homeland's liberty and self-governance. The ethno-nationalist regime has joined the regime in Saela in questioning the right of the Protectorate of Acean to exist. Just like Protector Tviri Ranca committed to protect the Aceanian Land from the Saela threat and the Aceanian Defense Army proved that by standing ground when they attacked, so has the Protector invited the People out into the streets to directly tell them that the ethno-nationalists would never dare fire in the direction of the Protectorate of Acean without total annihilation becoming their fate. Protector Tviri Ranca, with the help from the Balniki Federation, promises the Aceanian People their safety from all external aggressors. And Protector Tviri Ranca likewise reiterated that trying to threaten the Protectorate of Acean will not stop the Protector and the National Socialist Party of Acean from insisting that Aceanians everywhere will be protected, including on the island of Cane Islo. Threats to the Protectorate from the direction of ethno-nationalists will not deter Protector Tviri Ranca and the National Socialist Party of Acean from speaking on behalf of Aceanians on the island of Cane Islo and their rights. Moreover, Protector Tviri Ranca firmly declared that the Protectorate of Acean rejects any claim to legitimacy that the ethno-nationalist regime on Cane Islo has. The Protector declares that while the Protectorate of Acean does not have territorial claims towards the island of Cane Islo or its' portions, our Leader and the Aceanian Defense Army will never allow the ethno-nationalists from Cane Islo to claim a single inch of the Protectorate of Acean. In fact, because the ethno-nationalists on Cane Islo have territorial claims to the Protectorate of Acean and questions our liberty, while the Protectorate of Acean has not territorial claims towards the island of Cane Islo, only goes to show that the Protectorate of Acean has moral superiority in this situation from all sides. The main goal of the Protectorate of Acean is not to allow that Aceanians on Cane Islo face a genocide from the side of the Lasene ethno-nationalists.

Who is Tviri Ranca, the enigmatic leader of the National Socialist quasi-separatists in control of Western Acean?

The self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean, which exists within the western half of the south-western region of Acean in mainland Lesva, is arguably the most isolated and most mysterious quasi-state on Terrine today. Occasionally, some story or event out of there will reach the outside, but always exclusively through the lens of Aceanian Broadcasting the local sole media entity, or a propaganda apparatus, fully controlled by the one-party regime of the local National Socialist Party of Acean (NSPA). To this day, the only known report made by an outsider in the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean, is by Ludis Orlangia from May 10, 2025, who has ways of gaining access to the most closed off parts of the world and make exclusive reports for the Isles Freedom Network from the inside and under the the noses along with apparent consent of frightening tyrannical regimes. Those reports offer the rest of the world a glimpse at what they may otherwise never see in person in their lives. Last year, Ludis Orlangia managed to gain the same sort of exclusive entry into Western Acean as well and show the people across Terrine the very first glimpse into the life in the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean not through the lens of Aceanian Broadcasting. We were able to see life and the people, rather than the leaders, Party rallies and military parades among other things a totalitarian propaganda picture usually wants you to see. It was the first, and to this day, remains the only such look inside Western Acean. Nobody has managed to do anything of the sort ever since. The self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean offers no tourism, so to see the place for yourself is impossible if you are not a smuggler, a refugee, an illegal migrant or an government official and a military officer of the Balniki Federation.

But no less mysterious that the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean is its' founder and leader Tviri Ranca, who holds the title of Protector along with the titles of "Father of Acean", Chairman of the National Socialist Party of Acean (NSPA) and the Supreme Commander of the Aceanian Defense Army. Tviri Ranca and his one-party totalitarian regime of NSPA in control of Western Acean has been known to us for a few years now. In fact, the longevity of his personal rule, which exists under an extreme cult of personality, as well as the overall system of the quasi-separatist entity known as the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean, matches that of Marshal Iuna Scadi and his dictatorship in the majority of mainland Lesva, where the latter proclaimed first the Lesvan State and then the Lesvan Peopledom, which exists today. In fact, arguably Tviri Ranca's control over Western Acean as a de facto warlord and not just a quasi-separatist leader may even be considered longer than that of Marshal Iuna Scadi, because the militia commanded by Tviri Ranca seized Western Acean before the Underground Brotherhood rebel group, officially led by Marshal Iuna Scadi, but commanded for the remainder of its' advance onto Saela by Scadi's associates Lieutenant Nica Corsin and Colonel Caro Vecal, even reached the Lesvan capital, overthrew the Throngist one-party dictatorship and established the regime that would ultimately become today's Peopledom. The Council of the Revolution (COR) chaired by Marshal Iuna Scadi, with COR being the first phase of the new regime at the time, proclaimed the Lesvan State as a replacement for the fallen Throngist Republic of Lesva on February 17th. The self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean in Western Acean, after the capture of its' territory by Ranca's militia, defectors from the former Lesvan Throngist Armed Forces and allegedly some help from intervening Balniki troops, was proclaimed on February 29th. However, Ranca's forces controlled the captured western territories of the Aceanian region already by January 18th with Ranca as leader. Meanwhile, Scadi's Underground Brotherhood did not reach Saela until January 26th. So, technically Ranca's personalist dictatorship pre-dates that of Scadi's, even if not by a long-shot. So who is Tviri Ranca and where did he come from? Even though both rival dictators in mainland Lesva, who are technically in a state of war, despite both being aligned to the regime of Dovesti Jovic Stras in Balnik, are mysterious enough and command isolationist and closed regimes that the world does not known much about, somehow we know even less about Ranca than about Scadi. In fact, the aforementioned exclusive report from the inside by Ludis Orlangia, even suggests that Ranca's cult of personality surpasses that of Scadi by its' extremism. Scadi tries to present himself as a "humble and modest leader", who does not enjoy monuments and posters of himself everywhere, while Ranca seems to relish the demigod status he has in Western Acean.

The reason why we are talking about the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean or just Western Acean today, is because news relating to it have become more frequent than before, whereas previously they would appear on occasion. The reason why Ranca's regime has the label "quasi-separatist", which originated in our network, but is also used by the government of the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo, is because the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean has not declared independence from Throngist Lesva and defends that declared independence against today's Lesvan Peopledom in the mainland and the Lesvan Republic on Cane Islo, which both reject each other's legitimacy, but also each claim Western Acean as part of Lesva. The self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean avoided a judicial declaration that would turn it into an unrecognized state or a state that Balnik would most likely recognize at most in case it ever got into a conflict with Scadi's Lesva. Instead, the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean exists as a quasi-state, which governs itself independently and with alleged aid from Balnik, although we are only aware of military aid openly. Ranca's regime insists on the self-proclaimed Protectorate's self-governance, but does not risk declaring independence, because it would risk a war with the Peopledom. Likewise, today that kind of a potential declaration may not find support from Balnik either because Scadi's Lesva is Balnik's ally. In fact, when Ranca even risked talking about independence as a right of the Protectorate that it may choose or not choose to declare regardless of what the Scadi regime or anyone things, the first armed skirmish broke out between Ranca's Aceanian Defense Army and Scadi's Revolutionary Social Army, at the the time simply the Revolutionary Army. A cease-fire was only achieved through the Rustov Agreement. So, since then Ranca did not risk with talks about independence, but the insistence on self-governance as a quasi-state remains. So whereas a classical separatist or a secessionist would fight for the independence of the territory that they control, Ranca's approach is half-way, hence the label "quasi-separatist" for him and his entire regime. While the term warlord has likewise been thrown around, especially by the government of the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo, including towards Scadi and his regime, experts say the term does not apply fully in either case. Maybe a warlord label might have applied to Ranca's leadership over western Aceanian territories in late January and throughout February, but since then he and his associates created a pseudo-government structure that gives it more of a label of a quasi-state and a quasi-separatist entity. Meanwhile, by today's standards, Scadi's regime is more applicable to a warllord label, but not because of armed military rule by a traditional academic understanding, but because of insistence on being "a system without a system", "a regime without a government", "a Peopledom without a nation-state" and so on.

But once again, returning to the subject of this report, where did Tviri Ranca himself actually come from and who is the man himself? Because of how isolated and mysterious the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean is, we may never find out the truth until Ranca actually decides to interact with the outside world beyond Balnik. And since Balnik is not as isolated as the self-proclaimed Protectorate of Acean or even Scadi's Lesvan Peopledom, maybe Dovesti Jovic Stras may one day speak to international media and tell us who Protector Tviri Ranca is. Until then, we can only rely on urban legends or maybe even reports of foreign intelligence, which so far we have none regarding Tviri Ranca. A picture made up like a collage of a handful of theories and legends about Ranca so far, suggests a vague linear biography with compatible and incompatible fragments.

The first theory suggests that Ranca may have been a local-level official in Acean within the Throngist Movement Party of Lesva (TMPL) or at least a party member of an unknown function during the times of the former Throngist Republic of Lesva. Likewise, Ranca supposedly served in the Lesvan Throngist Armed Forces during the same period, which explains his knowledge in military organization, command and combat, allowing him to eventually organize a militia and attract dissidents from the Throngist Armed Forces to join his insurrection in Western Acean during the Lesvan Revolution. Another version of this theory also labels Ranca as an officer of the Main Intelligence and Security Service (MISS), the primary intelligence agency of the former Throngist Republic of Lesva, which has likewise been explained as to why Ranca was able to mobilize an insurrection so quickly. Basically, because you could not be a TMPL member without having served in the Throngist Armed Forces, while being in MISS was option, either both of the first two parts of this first theory are true or none of them are, namely party membership and military service. That is unlikely, because living in Acean in Throngist Lesva does not leave you exempt from being consumed by that system. However, the unconfirmed character of party membership and military service, gives way to another theory about Ranca's biography, but we will touch on that later. It is said that during his alleged TMPL membership and military service in the Throngist Armed Forces, he either developed or already harbored Aceanian nationalist views, which is why when the system began collapsing, Ranca opportunistically commanded a capture of territory in his region to create an Aceanian quasi-separatist, or initially perhaps even traditionally separatist, entity. It is expected that Ranca's ambition was to capture all of Acean, but he simply did not have enough military power or support in comparison to the opponent, which was the Throngist Armed Forces that remained loyal to the collapsing regime. Therefore, the insurrection only managed to capture the west, while the east staid under the Throngist Republic and then got inherited by the Lesvan State and then the Lesvan Peopledom. But clearly Ranca still has eastward territorial expansion ambitions that he voices today. Also, because Throngism as an ideology has sometimes loosely been linked with fascism, Ranca is believed to have potentially started out as a committed Throngist of the hardliner faction of TMPL, but in the late Throngist period and during the Revolution made a transition towards National Socialism, therefore, building the NSPA party out of what used to be the local TMPL in Acean, while what ultimately became the Aceanian Defense Army was made up of militia and defectors from the Throngist Armed Forces that supported the insurrection. On a spectrum, nationalism may sometimes, but not necessarily, lead to ultranationalism and fascism according to some political sciences, which is how some have tried to explain Ranca's evolution from a Throngist hardliner and an Aceanian nationalist to a National Socialist in no particular chronological order. In case this is close to reality, it would make Ranca's accusations towards the government in Paita Sudi of Lasene "ethno-nationalism" as very ironic or hypocritical. But again, that is all according to this specific unconfirmed theory.

The second theory suggests that Tviri Ranca was based in Acean during the Throngist era and he hails from there, but he was a dissident, although not of a democratic value system. According to this theory, Ranca was neither in TMPL, Throngist Armed Forces nor MISS and resisted the system the entire time, assembling the underground resistance and militia that ultimately surfaced when the system began collapsing and the Lesvan Revolution began. But this theory is less popular, because once again, those trying to research Ranca's own origin and his regime, say that a lot of his National Socialist regime's habits were picked up from hardliner Throngism, which itself produced a domestic division within the ideology, thus producing the Alternative Throngism school of thought.

The third theory suggests that Tviri Ranca was an Aceanian, but he did not reside in Throngist Lesva. Rather, he either was based across the border in Balnik's east or anywhere else. He opposed not just Throngist Lesva, but Acean being part of Lesva in general under any system, instead promoting Aceanian independence. Therefore, when Throngist Lesva began collapsing and the Lesvan Revolution escalated, he went to Acean and led an insurrection. But once again, just like the second theory, this third theory is perceived as weaker than the first extensive theory.

Overall, outsiders may not know the truth until foreign intelligence provides us with something, because even if Ranca magically decided to speak to foreign press, it is unlikely he would tell the truth other than the legends created by his regime around Ranca and his cult of personality.

The official visit by our Social Leader and the Overseer of the Revolution Marshal Iuna Scadi to the Balniki Federation, which began Sunday, has produced another grand historic outcome. Marshal Iuna Scadi and Dovesti of the Balniki Federation Jovic Stras have signed the Agreement on the Joint Air and Missile Defense Shield of the United Federation of Gael. As the name states, the new treaty, effective immediately, establishes a joint part of military infrastructure within the boundaries of the United Federation of Gael, which includes the Lesvan Peopledom and the Balniki Federation, specifically creating a joint shield for the bilateral supranational union against airborne attacks. Previously, strictly on solidarity and alliance-based principles, the Lesvan Peopledom de facto fell under the umbrella of the Balniki Federation's national air defense system. However, Marshal Iuna Scadi wanted to have the Lesvan Peopledom pull its' weight to not abuse the Balniki Federation's generosity and also to have a formalized structure. Therefore, a new anti-air and missile defense infrastructure will now be jointly built under the Flag of the United Federation of Gael, covering the territories of the Lesvan Peopledom and the Balniki Federation. A similar type of cooperation was discussed regarding drone production, but currently that plan is discussed within the bounds of the Eastern Tripartite, with the inclusion of the Empire of Klareth, rather than the United Federation of Gael.

The new Agreement on the Joint Air and Missile Defense Shield of the United Federation of Gael between the Lesvan Peopledom and the Balniki Federation, carries a defensive nature, which is why neither potential adversary can accuse the allied countries of creating something that somehow threatens anybody. On the contrary, the Lesvan Peopledom and the Balniki Federation are developing exclusively defensive measures to create a shield against external attacks, whereas there are adversarial forces around Terrine and on the doorstep, which are prepping for offensive action. And yet, even with defensive measures, the conversation about drone cooperation does not rule out preparation to deliver strikes either. If the enemy threatens the United Federation of Gael or the Gaeltic part of the Eastern Tripartite, the capability to receive a devastating hit, can act as a very effective deterrent against any plans or attempts at provocation by adversarial forces. And yet, because the Lesvan Peopledom and the Balniki Federation are countries that do not have evil, expansionist plans to force other countries and territories into subordination, the strike capability of potential drone cooperation is aimed to be used for the purposes of an effective counter-offensive, in the case that any part of the United Federation of Gael or the Gaeltic part of the Eastern Tripartite comes under attack. But that is a future prospect, as the joint drone program has not been launched yet. The current talks were primarily aimed at air and missile defense. Until then, offensive capability presently lies with conventional and classic military forces like the armies, air forces and navies.

Marshal Iuna Scadi added that combined resources are enough to allow the creation of such a joint part of the overall military infrastructure without pausing the policies of the Social Refounding in the Lesvan Peopledom. On the Peopledom's behalf, the recently adopted new economic system of the Communitarian Participatory Economy, with a specially designated Strategic Capacity Sector, is designed specifically for these kinds of instances. The Revolutionary policies can be implemented internally, while meeting the military needs to protect the Revolution, the Peopledom along with the Peopledom's allies and friends as well.

Economists locked in debate over if raising the federal infrastructure budget will leave enough money for police squads to attack poor people

DAVSIK—Riaa’s political establishment has descended into chaos this week following a proposal to increase national infrastructure spending by 4.3%, triggering an intense debate among economists, lawmakers, police unions, business leaders, and several people who had not thought about a train in years. The proposal, introduced by the Ministry of Finance earlier this month, would allocate additional funding toward repairing highways, modernizing rail networks, replacing century-old water systems, expanding internet infrastructure, and completing several long-delayed public transportation projects. While supporters hailed the measure as a desperately needed investment in Riaa's future, opponents immediately raised concerns about where the money would come from. Specifically, they questioned whether Riaa could continue maintain its most important tradition, to deploy large numbers of police officers against citizens whose primary crime is being visibly poor. Not everyone was convinced the infrastructure proposal's dangers stopped at budgetary concerns. Investment increases. Wages begin rising. Before you know it, people are finding stable employment and purchasing homes. The nightmare scenario is that infrastructure improvements stimulate economic growth to such an extent that poverty begins to decline. Once that happens, what exactly are police supposed to spend their afternoons doing?" According to Grald's projections, sustained infrastructure investment could eventually create enough economic activity that large numbers of citizens would no longer be poor at all. Economists on the panel immediately described the possibility as deeply troubling. "If poor people disappear," said one concerned analyst, "entire sectors of our economy could be affected. Think of the television commentators. Think of the think tanks. Think of the politicians who campaign on solving poverty every four years. Have we considered the jobs that would be lost by creating jobs?". If poor people ceased to exist, many question what the police's new jobs would be, some radical new examples presented include solving crimes, and even preventing them.

Saboteurs originating from occupied Cane Islo released from incarceration: Will undergo military training in case the future liberation of occupied Cane Islo will require force

Saboteurs sent from occupied Cane Islo, who were arrested in Certemasa on April 13th, released from imprisonment by the order of Secretary General of the Central Social Carto Osco Mopal with permission from our Social Leader and the Overseer of the Revolution Marshal Iuna Scadi, with the intention to undergo military training to be used in case of a future liberation of occupied Cane Islo by force

Secretary General of the Central Social Carto Osco Mopal met with Secretary of the Internal Affairs Ani Nacta and Secretary of Justice Tesi Iben, authorizing the release of saboteurs sent from occupied Cane Islo to mainland Lesvan Peopledom, who were arrested by the Certemasa Social Police in the city of Certemasa back on April 13th on suspicions of having been sent to carry out domestic sabotage and diversions in the Lesvan Peopledom. The plot was uncovered by the Strategic Intelligence Directorate before the Social Police ultimately apprehended the saboteurs. They were identified as a group of saboteurs associated with the previous counter-revolutionary group that had control over occupied Cane Islo and collaborated with the invading, foreign, occupational militaries that are present on occupied Cane Islo today. The current counter-revolutionary group, which overthrew that previous group, resumes that same collaboration with the foreign occupational forces the same way, arguably even more intensely. However, these saboteurs are now being released by the initiative of Secretary General of the Central Social Carto Osco Mopal, but with the blessing of our Social Leader and the Overseer of the Revolution Marshal Iuna Scadi. It has been decided that these saboteurs would not simply remain locked up, while the Peopledom continues feeding them. Instead, they will serve a greater purpose.

The released saboteurs will be turned over to the Secretariat of Defense and the Lesvan Revolutionary Social Army, who will put the saboteurs into military training. They will be organized into an armed group that will be either be the size of a division, a battalion or a brigade and under the direct command of the Lesvan Revolutionary Social Army. And since these saboteurs were sent from occupied Cane Islo to perform domestic sabotage in the Peopledom on behalf of the counter-revolutionaries on occupied Cane Islo and their foreign patrons, the saboteurs will be turned into an armed force that the Lesvan Revolutionary Social Army will keep in reserve in case a forceful scenario of the liberation of occupied Cane Islo in the future is required. The Secretariat of Cane Islo and Western Acean Affairs still has the task of organizing a peaceful reintegration of occupied Cane Islo in the future, however, in case a scenario of an armed force ever becomes the last remaining option, this armed force of released saboteurs from the occupied island will be used to assist in occupied Cane Islo's liberation by force. The strategy is not for the Peopledom to launch a counter-offensive first. But in the case that hostile collaborationist and foreign forces attempt to strike the mainland from occupied Cane Islo, which would trigger the Peopledom's self-defense, a counter-offensive would be put into place, as at that point the Peopledom would no longer only defend its' unoccupied mainland, but also launch a counter-offensive to liberate the already occupied territory. And rather than only mainlanders participating in this this effort, the saboteurs will pay their debt before the Peopledom by being used in this effort, advancing from the mainland's territory, while our brothers and sisters already inside occupied Cane Islo, awaiting the Day of Liberation, will help to fight the enemy from within.

Unlike the recently transferred agents of Tara Ika, the saboteurs are not subject to any sort of transfer or international prisoner exchange, because the saboteurs are domestic criminals on a collaborationist spectrum with charges of treason and plotting to commit domestic sabotage in the mainland. The new military service will be an option to potentially repay the debt or at least a part of it.

National Intelligence Bureau briefs President Savi Asrin on the reality with "saboteurs" from the island of Cane Islo that were captured by the Scadiists in mainland Lesva, released yesterday and now trained as soldiers for a future attack

The National Intelligence Bureau, the main intelligence agency of the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo that has now resurfaced for the first time since the Cobalt Revolution and the democratization of April 30th, has briefed President Savi Asrin on the actual situation with the so-called "saboteurs" from Cane Islo that have been captured in the Scadiist-controlled mainland and have now been released yesterday, in order to be trained as soldiers for a scenario of a "possible forceful reintegration" of the island of Cane Islo in the future, in case a peaceful occupation scenario does not work out for the Scadiists.

Yesterday, the propaganda apparatus of the Scadiists in mainland Lesva announced that the "saboteurs sent from Cane Islo" by the "collaborationist counter-revolutionaries and foreign patrons" on "occupied Cane Islo", in order to "carry out domestic sabotage and diversions" within what the Scadiists call the "Peopledom" that they created on the mainland, have been released from imprisonment. Their fate is that they will now be undergoing forced military service under the command of the Scadiist "Revolutionary Social Army", in order to be used as a force that will assist a potential scenario of a future "liberation by force" of the island of Cane Islo in order to incorporate it into Scadiist control and make it part of their "Peopledom." We remind that back in April, specifically the 13th, when the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo was in the middle of what is now being largely called the Cobalt Revolution, the Scadiist propaganda apparatus reported that they have captured "saboteurs" that were "sent from Cane Islo" by the "counter-revolutionaries" and "foreign sponsors" for "sabotages and diversions" within the Scadiist-controlled territory of the mainland. The supposed "saboteurs" were arrested in the city of Certemasa in southern mainland. As usually happens with the prisoners of the Scadiists, the supposed "saboteurs" were kept locked up since April 13th without a trial for an unspecified period, given that the Scadiist "Peopledom" does not have a court system. Originally, the court system was dismantled by the Throngist regime, but the Scadiists have purposefully not created their own on the mainland in their continued ideological fight against institutions of a nation state as a whole, while the Republic has reinstated the original court system on the island of Cane Islo.

And thus, the "saboteurs" were kept locked up for an indefinite period before the Scadiists decided yesterday that it was convenient to release them. That is how imprisonment works in the Scadiist-controlled territory, whether it is for mainland-based prisoners, prisoners from other Lesvan territories or even foreign prisoners, as we have recently seen with Tara Ikan nationals, who were eventually given back to their home country after having been kept locked by the Scadiists without a trial for an indefinite period. Yesterday, on September 19th, by the initiative of Osco Mopal, the "liberal face" of the Scadiist clique, authorized the release of the "saboteurs" from Cane Islo, just like he likewise was the one to authorize the release of the Tara Ikan nationals and their transfer back to Tara Ika. In both cases, it was obviously not the independent initiative of Osco Mopal, but something allowed by Marshal Iuna Scadi and the Scadiist propaganda apparatus does not deny it. But while the Tara Ikan nationals got to go back home, even being flown to Tara Ika by the Scadiist "intelligence chief" Resi Evca, the "saboteurs" from Cane Islo got less lucky. And just like we already mentioned, they will now be forcefully turned into an armed force for a future aggressive attack or invasion of the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo. While the Scadiist propaganda apparatus obviously insists that they are not looking for an armed confrontation, obviously this plan is being reviewed as part of preparation for a future attack or invasion.

Since April 13th and especially after yesterday, the Lesvan government in Paita Sudi obviously had questions about who these "saboteurs" actually are and what the reality was that hidden behind the misinformation cloud of the Scadiist propaganda? Today, the National Intelligence Bureau sat President Savi Asrin down behind closed doors to reveal the truth, which is much uglier. President Savi Asrin was permitted to share the non-classified part with the public, which he later did in a video message to the citizens of the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo:

"Fellow citizens,

I have been allowed, by our National Intelligence Bureau, to share with you the overall picture about what has happened with the so-called "saboteurs" that the Scadiists claim to have captured in Certemasa on April 13th and released yesterday to turn them into the future invasion soldiers aimed against us. The actual picture is uglier and more exploitative.

It is clear that we did not send any "saboteurs" to the Scadiist-controlled mainland neither under the previous form of government that existed before April 30th, nor under today's status quo. While we are not afraid of the Scadiists and we will not be silent in calling out things as they are, which is that they are illegally occupying the Lesvan Republic's mainland territory, we are also not looking to provoke a fight, because we realize the limits of our power today. Since those supposed "saboteurs" were captured in Certemasa on April 13th, the Scadiist propaganda implies that they were sent under the previous form of government that we had here. Having led the civilian half of that government, I can assure you that the civilian half and the military half retained the strategy that I have just laid out to you, which is that we were not looking for a fight, because we realized our limits, while still claiming the legitimacy towards our territorial integrity, mainland and the historical capital Saela included. We even laid out that strategy at the time. But what makes all of this even less likely, is because the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo, during the months of March and April, was undergoing the events that would go on to be nicknamed the Cobalt Revolution. The Republic was paralyzed by a domestic confrontation, so sending "saboteurs" and picking a fight with the Scadiists was the last thing anybody would think, because it was even a question whether we would have been able to defend ourselves in case of the Scadiist attack, which such action would provoke. So it was seen not only as impossible from our side, but also as an attempt by the Scadiist side to engineer a casus belli, while we were vulnerable and in the middle of instability. Fortunately, we dodged that metaphorical bullet. Still, back on April 13th and yesterday, I asked our National Intelligence Bureau to provide me with the actual picture of what happened.

In reality, the so-called "saboteurs" were actually citizens or in some case, residents without citizenship, of the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo, who defected to the Scadiist side in the mainland. Some got attracted by the Scadiist ideology, some reject the Republic and never even got the proper passport of the Republic after the Throngist Republic's passport became defunct, while others were fleeing the several military dictatorships we had back-to-back in the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo in the post-Throngist era and actually believed that, by comparison, the ochlocracy of the Scadiists was less repressive than the military rule in the Republic. We are not going to deny that there is a community of defector Lesvans from the Republic-controlled Cane Islo, who are choosing the Scadiist status quo as well, either ideologically or because ochlocracy seemed more appealing than military governance and because it was the closest destination to escape too without the opportunity of reaching any actual democratic country nearby. This defector community is largely concentrated within the city of Certemasa. In some cases, some of us may think that these particular compatriots of ours have chosen their fate, but we are not here to make moral judgement. The picture back then was not as clear and things were not as black and white. The choice back then really was between lesser evils and prosecution was being fled from, because here in the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo we have only trully reached democracy on April 30th. So it was not defection from the righteous side towards the evil side.

In fact, regarding democratic values, the defectors in Certemasa were arrested by the Scadiists, because the National Intelligence Bureau told me that those people tried to stage a protest in solidarity with the Cobalt Revolution here. The defectors showed support for the protesters here. Yes, there were also brainwashed defectors, who wanted the Scadiists to intervene here, so that they could "liberate" the island from military dictatorship and instead pull us all into the Scadiist ochlocracy, which according to them was better than a military dictatorship and a traditional liberal democracy, which the Scadiist ideology is also against. But there also those that supported democracy on Cane Islo, while in the Scadiist-controlled Certemasa. They staged an open protest on the streets of Certemasa for a democratic cause. Obviously, that was a spark that the Scadiists could not allow to spread like wild fire across the rest of the mainland. While the Scadiist ochlocracy supports giants mobs on the streets governing instead of elected representatives, they will not tolerate assemblies that have not been authorized by them. So those people, including those protesting for democracy and those protesting for the inclusion of Cane Islo in the Scadiist ochlocracy, all got arrested indiscriminately. The Scadiists arrested the representative democracy advocates and also supporters of their own system equally, so it goes to show that you are never "good with" or safe under the Scadiist system. The Scadiist propaganda apparatus explained the arrest with their own made up "saboteur" fabricated story both to explain why these people were apprehend and also to throw more dirt in the direction of the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo, because they need to keep telling Lesvans under their rule why the Republic-controlled Cane Islo is a problem for them that should not be left alone.

And now, all of these people got released after spending months in lock-up without a trial, but instead of ending up like Tara Ikans, who got to go home and back to freedom, these people have been forcefully conscripted into the Scadiist "Revolutionary Social Army", which will arm, train and turn them into reserve soldiers for a future attack on us. While we can only pray for clarity to come to those defectors, who wanted to see us pulled into the Scadiist ochlocracy, our heart hurts for those, who protested for democracy that day, even if the physical relocation to the mainland was not the wisest thing to do. Again, as already stated, we do not know individual circumstances. In terms of these people, we hope that they will never end up being used in the way the Scadiists intend to use them and we hope that they will be set free one day by our effort or some sort of other miracle. This whole story may partially appear that there has been no new development because the security threat from the Scadiists is persistent, but at the same time, it does showcase an increasingly dangerous environment. The Scadiist plans are not going anywhere, but we are not standing down either.

The Welven Patriotic Party rises

In a very unexpected event, the Welven Patriotic Party (WBF) has risen. Once believed to be just another delusion created by Alexander Kigels to further feed his ego, it has unexpectedly gained followers. Alexander announced the party's creation on September 14th, but reportedly had no interest.

In an interview hosted earlier today, Alexander says that the WBF has grown to a whopping 149 members, a whole 0.34% of the population. According to some data collecting, done by The Sheep Journal, with permission and oversite by Alexander Kigels, 146 of the members are Welven, 3 are, surprisingly, Doman.
100% of the members are Sabatist.

The WPF and WLF have already condemned the party, and the head of the WLF has said that she will not be accepting the existence of the WBF, and will do everything it can to avoid the WBF gaining any sort of power in the government, local or national.

The WPF, while condemning the party, has said that they will not be actively going against the WPF on the same degree that the WLF is, but will still try to stop the WBF from gaining too much power on the national level.

The LFW has yet to release a statement on the WBF.

The KFW, on the other hand, says they generally support the WBF, but believe it can be problematic.

"I just think it's funny that a former member of the WLF, that was even the head of the WLF for 7 years and even the only WLF mayor of Holvensberg, is now the founder and leader of their biggest enemy. I also find it absurdly funny that the WLF thinks they can stop the WBF alone, as the WLF only has around 500 members. I will say though, the WBF has the potential to be very controversial in the future, even at it's small size.

I believe the WBF will get to around the same size as the WLF, then it'll just be a competition between those two for fourth place."

With our Social Leader and the Overseer of the Revolution Marshal Iuna Scadi having recently visited the Balniki Federation, a fellow state of the United Federation of Gael and fellow member state of the Eastern Tripartite, where a historic agreement on joint anti-air and missile defense for the United Federation of Gael was reached, Secretary General of the Central Social Carto Osco Mopal, meanwhile, has departed to the Lesvan Peopledom's other ally and fellow member state of the Eastern Tripartite - the Empire of Klareth. The designated allied country is outside the continent of Gael, making the Eastern Tripartite a transcontinental alliance. However, the distance between member states and the openness by the Eastern Tripartite to exist across continents would never be a challenge to its' mutual and collective defense principle in case of an external armed attack on a member state. The Empire of Klareth is not far from countries that the Lesvan Peopledom openly has issues and perceives them as potential adversaries to the Eastern Tripartite as well, which is why the Peopledom also puts attention towards improving military coordination within the Eastern Tripartite on a transcontinental basis.

The official visit to the Empire of Klareth by Secretary General of the Central Social Carto Osco Mopal would be the first one since the Revolution happened and the Peopledom was founded. While the Peopledom's representatives have been in the Empire of Klareth before, as the allied country was a host to Eastern Tripartite's summits and meetings, this is the first official visit specifically on a bilateral basis. It is aimed at encompassing a lot of questions that the countries can discuss in cooperation on a bilateral level and within the bounds of the Eastern Tripartite. Secretary General of the Central Social Carto Osco Mopal has noted and says that the Klarethi Empire's officials have noted as well, that the Peopledom and the Empire both share the communal principle, even with specific Lesvan or Klarethi characteristics that might make them diverse. While the Peopledom's Revolution has only recently trully began a reconstruction under the communal principles of the Revolution through the broader Social Refounding policy, the Empire of Klareth has a longer experience with the communal approach. Secretary General of the Central Social Carto Osco Mopal noted that shared values make the allied bonds stronger and the Peopeldom could actually learn from the Empire of Klareth on this path and incorporate something into our own Revolution.

March 16th Movement considers becoming a youth political party before the 2030 elections, in order to potentially run in those elections

The March 16th Movement, the now legendary and historic leaderless youth organization that has led and won the battles for democracy to finally firmly arrive in the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo, has not been very active since the Cobalt Revolution. It is almost like the March 16th Movement decided that it has fulfilled its' historic mission and stepped down, transferring the stage to other political and social movements, including some from the undemocratic system the March 16th Movement helped bring down. While the March 16th Movement never formally disbanded, although it was never a formal and structuralized organization either, any news from its' side or any statements got drowned out in the noise of the current loud politics in the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo with all the political in-fighting among the different forces in the country on domestic politics and foreign policy. But today's statement is one that finally got attention and cast aside those, who had managed to steal the spotlight from the March 16th Movement since April 30th.

Riding the interesting wave of new political parties appearing in the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo left and right in preparation for the 2030 elections, which are still years away, the March 16th Movement issued a statement that it might hop on that train. In other words, the March 16th Movement is not announcing the decision, but rather hinting that it might transition from a politico-social movement it has been up to this point and become a youth political party. Again, that is not something that the organization has decided, but it is something they are considering and internally discussing. Previously, the March 16th Movement considered only endorsing political parties that match the organization's values, but now, they are considering the option of becoming a political party itself, specifically branded as a youth political party. And, the decision would have to be made before the 2030 elections, because just like all the new political parties that have appeared in recent months, the March 16th Movement says that if it were to become a youth political party, it would do so to run in the 2030 elections.

The announcement was not made with some online post or a press statement, but in a very on-brand form for the March 16th Movement. The organization held a rally in Paita Sudi today, where they marched with March 16th Movement banners and national flags of the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo, namely during cobalt banners, although some were with diamonds and some were with stars. After the march, the organization read out a speech through a microphone connected to a speaker, where the announcement was made publicly about an internal discussion on becoming a political party now taking place within the March 16th Movement. Passers by and those stopping to listen to the speech, have applauded the announcement because of the strong reputation that the March 16th Movement has in the Republic of Lesva on Cane Islo among the citizen populace.

Our Social Leader and the Overseer of the Revolution Marshal Iuna Scadi has returned from the fruitful official visit to the Balniki Federation, a fellow state of the United Federation of Gael and the fellow member state of the Eastern Tripartite, immediately returning to caring for the affairs and the well-being of the Lesvan Peopledom domestically. The self-lessness of Marshal Iuna Scadi and the love for the Peopledom and all Lesvans really has no bounds. Today, Marshal Iuna Scadi sat down with Chief of the Strategic Intelligence Directorate Resi Evca, who presented the report on the current situation with the underground activity of the Unified Throngist Resistance paramilitary terrorist group on the territory of the Lesvan Peopledom.

The good news reported by Chief of the Strategic Intelligence Directorate Resi Evca, is that after two bombings last year and earlier this year, which fortunately contained no human casualties, and one foiled bombing attempt last year, the paramilitary terrorist group has not been able to organize any new attacks. The Strategic Intelligence Directorate has so far been aware of everything that could happen in advance and that has likely deterred the terrorists from acting boldly. At the moment, the Strategic Intelligence Directorate is focused on protecting the implementation of the policies of the Social Refounding, which includes the physical development of communes in the vision of the Revolution and the Social Refounding policy. Chief of the Strategic Intelligence Directorate Resi Evca said that the Strategic Intelligence Directorate has information that the terrorist paramilitaries are eyeing the implementation of the Social Refounding policies, as well as the construction of a museum under an open sky near Aregerra, as targets. The motivation is the Throngist terrorist group's ideological counter-revolutionary fight against the Peopledom's direct social democracy and the Social Refounding, in the name of the previous regime's ideology, as well as a wish to destabilize and demoralize. With this information, the Strategic Intelligence Directorate has effectively focused attention in those specific directions.

Marshal Iuna Scadi praised Chief of the Strategic Intelligence Directorate Resi Evca and the Strategic Intelligence Directorate for excellent functioning and for the belief-motivated fight for the Peopledom against the retrograde terrorists, who want to sabotage the progress of the Revolution in the name of their previous tyrannical regime's restoration. Marshal Iuna Scadi noted that fighting an invisible underground enemy like the paramilitaries is obviously more difficult than a visible enemy with territorial possessions and bases, but the battle will resume within the reality that exists, while the Peopledom will flourish and the Revolution will succeed. The challenges posed by the evil forces of yesterday's regime's surviving cells or today's counter-revolutionaries supporting the Old World Order or the external foreign enemies likewise supporting the Old World Order, only gives the Revolution resilience and motivational fuel to keep going.

Is Marshal Iuna Scadi afraid of travelling outside of mainland Lesva and Balnik?

While it should not be surprising with any totalitarian zealot or just a dictator that they are usually afraid of travelling outside their country or friendly foreign territory, the range of where Marshal Iuna Scadi seems to be confident of heading, is still "interesting" to observe, to say the least. Not only are parts of what Scadi believes are or should be his own country, like Western Acean or Cane Islo, inaccessible to him, but the only country that Scadi seems to be comfortable with visiting these days, is Balnik, while even some formally friendly territory appears to be somewhere Scadi is not entirely comfortable with travelling to. At least that appears to be the evolving interpretation of the dictator's current state.

Recently, Scadi has returned from another one of his dozen visits to Balnik and brought back a signed treaty on joint air and missile defense which is the latest Balniki-Lesvan agreement. Meanwhile, his regime's formal head of state and legislature Osco Mopal headed to Klareth and his "intelligence chief" Resi Evca was recently very far beyond allied territory, where he was sent to give back the Tara Ikan nationals that Scadi's Lesva arrested a while back. They were locked up by the regime for trying to assist the organization of an LGBTQ rally in Scadi's Lesva without the regime's permission. In the past, Scadi personally has been outside of the territory of the Eastern Tripartite (ET), including for prisoner swaps in third party neutral countries, facing the leaders of countries Scadi's regime regards as unfriendly or outright hostile. Likewise, and seemingly not that long ago, he has personally attended festivities in countries on other continents, which seemed to be more interested in cooperating with Scadi's regime rather than the rival Lesvan Republican government on Cane Islo. But now, it seems like not only has Scadi's territory of travel been increasingly limiting itself to ET member states, especially as he attends ET events held in the Lesvan mainland under his control and also in other ET states, but also even the wider ET appears to not necessarily be the space Scadi feels comfortable travelling to.

Some reports by the media of Klareth, an ET member just like Balnik and Scadi's Lesva, suggests that Scadi is not necessarily popular there, despite the communal part of his Peopledom ideology and the Social Refounding policy hitting close to home in Klareth, which likewise has a communal tradition. In fact, based on little of what we know from these totalitarian regimes, while the former Throngist Lesva seemed to have more in common with Balnik structurally and ideologically, despite the fatal breakdown in relations at the end of the Throngist regime's lifespan, Scadi's Lesvan Peopledom of today has more value-based overlap with Klareth, despite a stronger bilateral relationship with Balnik, which is increasingly looking like a more strategic arrangement than an ideological one. And yet, Scadi is not beloved in Klareth based on what we have heard and the man himself most likely realizes this. Which is why Scadi seems to have sent Mopal to Klareth instead on the first official visit by a Scadi regime official outside the formal of multilateral summits, while making it look like his regime is simply covering more ground that way. Scadi is in Rustov and Mopal is in Rhonnda on another continent, both at the same time. And that is strange, because Klareth is formally allied territory, where Scadi should not be concerned with travelling to. As for prisoner swaps outside ET territory on neutral ground, it seems like that is something the dictator is now avoiding, while making it seem like he has other more urgent matters and his associates will instead handle it.

At least for now, it all seems like a familiar diagnosis of a dictator becoming paranoid of assassination plots and thus staying outside of territory, where he is not greeted with flowers and red carpets. While Klareth is unlikely to be a place where Scadi would be in any danger and the concern is more with territory outside of the ET sphere, he might not get warm reception there. And that appears enough for Scadi as an excuse to maybe not actively seek to go to a particular location. Maybe there is a narcissistic element there as well? Who knows? We get contradictory reports about Scadi's state of health, including mental one and coincidentally, dictators usually avoid going outside allied territory not just to avoid assassination they are paranoid about, but also to avoid leaving any sort of biological material or DNA that could be researched to determine the dictator's state of health. Maybe even having hostile intelligence agencies obtain the material and developing some sort of a "special poison" that could only assassinate the dictator in particular, without being detected in advance. And this may not even be science fiction or espionage movie territory. For now, however, Balnik seems to be the last place on Terrine for Scadi, outside the majority of mainland Lesva, where he could get a friendly greeting, unless the Klarethis improve their opinion of him. And it is a shame really, given how young Scadi's dictatorship is after having conquered Lesva only in January of 2024, replacing the previous Throngist maniacs. And already Scadi's world and the sphere of free and safe travel is shrinking to claustrophobic proportions for the young revolutionary. And obviously saying that "it's a shame", is an ironic statement on our part. But at least Scadi is better off than his "colleague" and another recent subject of our network's special report Tviri Ranca over in Western Acean, who seems to be confined to the territory he controls. And yet, Balnik also allows him to come from time to time, so maybe he and Scadi are in the same boat here, despite both of these twins of fate likewise being in an unresolved state of war frozen by a Balniki-mediated cease-fire.

And even with all the irony, we are not denying the reality that Scadi remains a dangerous character with committed beliefs that can cause a lot of trouble and it does not seem like Scadi is one of those people, who would be deterred by a fear of death. Ideologically committed individuals usually are not fearful of being killed for their beliefs and their commitment to their cause goes beyond even stubbornness, because stubbornness sometimes implies some level of self-awareness. People with Scadi's mindset are confident of their righteousness and a fear of travelling outside friendly territory is not necessarily an admission of knowing deep inside that he is doing something crazy, which is why there are people out there, who may rightfully want to stop or neutralize him as an international terrorist. Scadi does not think in the categories of being known that he is a villain and there might rightfully being people out there wanting to bring him to justice in case he is found out in the open, either through arrest or neutralization. Scadi appears to genuinely see himself as being in the right and the "Old World Order" he is fighting against being out there, in the wider world beyond the friendly space, wanting to get rid of him as "humanity's last hope for emancipation" from modern evils.
