Lilakh: Thank you. I hope that your kind has nothing against the Owiniman Federal Republic where i currently live. Although it is not where i am actually from, i am originally from the Caninese Republic/Free State which is a place which declared independence from our former Imperial homeland only a few weeks since i was born. The Imperials tried to attack my world after the declaration but the Owinimans arrived to save us which became our first contact with them, we also decided to form a mutual defensive pact and alliance but soon we agreed to join and integrate with their civilization because they had technology and other things they were willing to trade with us, around that time i left the Caninese Republic Army and moved over to Owinima Prime to join the Owiniman National Guard while my parents and brothers were to go to another Owiniman colony world but before they could land the shuttle they were on exploded and what was left of it crashed down on the planet as debris and dust, i cried for a whole week without even eating or sleeping when that happened! But i did serve in the National Guard for a few years untill i decided to move into the Owiniman Space Force a while later and while there we went to many different places and even other realities and universes, like this one here. We even went to yet another version of Earth where Europe is a single country but was under attack by one of their neighbors around the time we visited, we decided to help them repel the invaders to show our commitment to an alliance and cooperation. Other allies of them helped as well, countries known as China, Iran, Korea, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Afghanistan and even the United States of America. The war took a while but we won, we traded away technology, tools, weapons, food and drinks. We did also help them construct space stations, starships and establish colonies elsewhere in their star system and we go to establish an embassy within their borders. In the unified Europe, USA, China, Iran and the other states that helped in the war. After a few years i myself founded the Owiniman Special Forces where i currently serve as commander. But back to what happened earleir today, i am originally Caninese and my kind used to have a natural ability which the Owinimans made vaccines to erase, it seem as though the vaccine i got was not able to fully erase my conversion ability as your government just saw as one of your own has now become Caninese himself, his memories and language is gone and the worst part of it is the fact that there is no cure for it at all, many have tried but without any luck, both human and Owinimans alike, all of which are much more advanced than all of you on this world.

Why exactly did you disregard them? It’s part of Crossoveria’s traditions, beliefs, and values. Plus, it can easily be respected by visitors.”

Lilakh: Because where i come from the term "anthro" does not exist! Animals such as "dogs" and "cats" also do not exist! We barely know what they are even though our few human allied worlds have them. But even if we have human allies they still do not call us "anthro" they are respectful and call us by our actual names and ethnicities, as well as the word "people" Calling us "animals" is for us the same as being called barbarians and savages which we are not! If you are a civilized race than please listen to me.

Lilakh: My galactic ethnicity is Caninese! I was born in the Caninese city of Lelkha on the Caninese colony world of Merekh, which is the home of the Caninese Republic/Free State! That's why i keep talking about the Caninese! I was just born into the Caninese civilization and with that ability i talked about which just ended the life of one of your politicians. I was just born within a Caninese place, that is the reason that name exist, it is the name of my kind before we integrated with the Owinimans. What about you? What is your ethnicity? Whatever is the name for people from this nation? Iranian? Afghan? Or perhaps even Tajik?

“I myself am from Afghanistan, but, aside from the anthros, Crossoveria has people of Persian, Arab, and African descent,” replies Idris. “Anyways, moving on from this, if I have recalled, you have dubbed our Appropriate Anthro Appearance customs ‘savage’. We’ve also recently got word from our politicians that you’ve called Crossoverian culture ‘savage’ as well. That is not only a gross overstatement, but it is also, quite frankly, rude to the nation. What do you have to say about this?”

Lilakh: Because the people should have the freedom to do as they please. My people was not able to do so before the Owinimans came to us for trade, friendship and cooperation! Ever since then i have served the most democratic nation in the Kennedy galaxy with pride, happiness and determination.

“By that, were you referring to the ‘loincloths’ you claim were forced to wear by your uncle?” asks Idris. “Regardless, you are aware that different countries have different cultures, traditions, values, and beliefs. This country is no exception. These values, traditions, and beliefs are buried deep into the psyche of this nation. It is expected that our citizens, anthro and human, observe them in order to fully experience it. This includes visitors. With this said, why did you disregard them when visiting our most culturally sacred areas during your trip?“

This is a part of that. That’s why we had a problem when you explored Feral Forest, the Unification Site, and Baldemore’s Mausoleum disregarding them. It would’ve been great if you had, and this event wouldn’t have happened. My question to you now, Lilakh, is why is this a problem for you? Was their something that happened that cause your beliefs in our customs?”

Lilakh: I am an Owiniman Nationalist, i only respect the Owiniman laws and that is the last thing we will talk about regarding laws. Anything else we talk about which is less conservative? I don't do conservative stuff, it's not my cup of tea. *He then reaches into the bag he had with him and gets a can of an Owiniman drink called Iriwamshaada which he quickly opens and begins to drink*

"Where are you now, Travis jan?" whispers Idris. "Where are you now?"

Just then, Zorori emerges from the backstage and onto the cameras, blocking the audience's view of Idris and Lilakh.

"Hey, y'all,'' he starts. "Commander Lilakh Zemakh is at his final stop. Tomorrow, he heads back to his country. We were expected a warm welcome from our fellow countrymen, but, for some reason, support for Appropriate Anthro Appearance is still a thing. Most of these supporters, including Idris, aren't even anthro, so it baffles me as to why they support it."

"Because it's our culture!" yelled Idris from the back. Zorori turned his focus to Idris and went up to him.

"Young man," he started as the cameras followed him. "Listen to the Supreme Leader. Commander Lilakh Zemakh is a distinguished guest of the Velayati Republic and should be treated as such."

"I understand, why does that translate to extraterritoriality?" Idris responds.

"That isn't something you should question the Supreme Leader about. He knows best."

"Sure."

General Zorori then turns to Lilakh.

"That must be a good drink you got there." he says complimenting the Iriwamshaada Lilakh has on head. "You like it?"

"Where are you now, Travis jan?" whispers Idris. "Where are you now?"

Just then, Zorori emerges from the backstage and onto the cameras, blocking the audience's view of Idris and Lilakh.

"That must be a good drink you got there." he says complimenting the Iriwamshaada Lilakh has on head. "You like it?"

Lilakh: Iriwamshaada is good, Owiniman made wheat based beer with a multitude of different flavours. My personal favorite is mango though. But i have to say that this visit has been different than most other worlds i have been to. I am a Nationalist, a famous soldier, galactic peacekeeper and liberator. Zorori, next time we meet you will be the supreme leader here and your disgusting ways will be erased from this galaxy. I look forward to that time, it has been an honour to meet you. *Lilakh salutes Zorori*

“Trust me, there will be a lot of cleaning up to do,” says General Zorori. All this is much to the chagrin of Idris, who dislikes the idea of Crossoverian traditions, values, and beliefs being shattered.

“No,” he cries. “This is our country. We have our own values, norms, traditions, and beliefs, and we are not going to do away with them any time in our future. I don’t understand why this is so hard to understand.”

Zorori salutes Lilakh back.

Lilakh: *Converts Idris by scratching him as well* (Being converted into Caninese live on Television would scare the conservative part of the population and make them fear the might of the once powerful Caninese Empire)
Lilakh: Now Idikh, you are the second one to see the emergence of a greater future for this world, you should be proud. And remember to only target the conservative humans on this planet, ok?
Idikh (Caninese name of the now converted Idris): Yes, commander.
James: *Is a bit uneasy around the now converted Idris Kandahari*
Lilakh: Calm down, James. There is nothing to worry about.
James: Oh, okey then.

“Cut the signal!” cries the producer. There is panic and confusion on the backstage, with people worried about what happened. Then, the signal is cut, and people are greeted by color bars on the TV, which they haven’t seen for over ten years. Everyone watching at home was shocked.

“Well, this won’t screw up public opinion,” says General Zorori in a monotone voice. He then turns to Lilakh. “Let’s go back to the embassy.”

Zorori, Lilakh, and James leave the building while security deal with Idris. They head back to the Owiniman embassy, where the Supreme Leader was.

“Lilakh,” he cried as they arrived. “What happened? I saw everything on the TV.”
