Charles then stares directly into the eyes of the WMR rep and begins to speak,

"Alright, so this organization is great. So it's in a bit of a slump, but I want to address its members. The nation(as it calls itself) Western Mystery Realms is here. Why is that? It is clear that the nation is first a Kingmen puppet, and second never wanted or needed to exist. So I need to say why, why do we let an infinite flow of Kingmen puppets into this organization? Mystery Realms was supposed to be divided into Mystery Realms, East Mystery Realms, and a tiny UDAF/UCA Council. The King Isle sent a ton of Telegrams to us(That was a pain for the Tyranti Telegram Committee) asking for a portion of MR. The answer was NO. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This was because The King Isle did not participate in the Invasion, they did not lose a single man in MR. We did, that is why we have a UCA council, not a colony, but a council. But the King Isle allows for the creation of WMR anyways. And we allowed them in, why? Answer Mr. Chris Whatever-your-lastname-is. Why Southeast Marajarbia allowed WMR to even exist. We need to do something. And don't tell me a thing about how 'it isn't socialist so it isn't a kingmen puppet.' look at the flag. It is clearly following Kingmen principle. And We will go to war unless this is reversed."

The first war was justified due to threats of war made by the Galapagos due to a blockade made due to its continued violation of human rights via the slave trade. Now, the MS of the Galapagos appears to be at it again, so we must do something about this. I propose some heavy sanctions on the Galapagos, as well as a somewhat large naval blockade to show them the full strength of UCA when riled up." Said Carl.

"Ladies and Gentlemen of the UCA Assembly, it is time we forge our own alliances with other alliances. I propose that we establish a joint ambassadorship program with NATO, in order to calm any tensions down via a more diplomatic solution. Furthermore, I also propose allying (not merging) with the GA, in order to be able to establish and defend both UCA Trade Routes and GA Trade Routes while promoting Free Trade in the upcoming Phase 3 of the NWO. For the first proposal, the ambassador to UCA cannot be a founder, and cannot be a joint member of both alliances, so if any one of you wishes to represent both your member nation and UCA in NATO, feel free to step up and announce your participation." Said Carl.

So the following will basically be me venting all my anger about TKI, so if you don't really like reading that stuff, then skip over to where I get to the IC part.

TKI has been a pain in my ass for the past few months, but he is becoming a pain in the UCA's ass. And I feel the need to address this. Not only has he lowered the reputation of the alliance, but he has also repeatedly continued his rampant godmods and refuses to stop. Not only has he lied, but whenever he feels like someone is beating him he just kicked them out or rules it non-canon. It is getting really annoying and every time we enact sanctions or anything else, he uses his shiton of puppets to support his economy. And I have had enough. I would write more, but I don't want to bore you.
