This is the OOC thread for the conference. It's kind of like the G8, but it is NOT about in-game activities, it's about what real-life nations talk about. Should I start the bidding process by putting my bid in? Wonderful.

Nestled in the capital, this vibrant town is bustling full of activity. It is beautiful and vibrant.

Conference Details:
The Conference will be held between June 1st to June 4th of the year 2020. It will be located at William Johnson Convention Center. Protesters will be held far away at Craigstown, Sirian. Before the conference, there will be an optional tea on May 31st.

Any other bids must be submitted by May 15, the voting period is between May 16th and ending May 23rd at 5 pm Los Angeles Time

The nation's only underground city, Assembly City is well-known for its previous status of federal-level capital of The Greater Low Countries. Despite losing this status as part of the state's federal dissolution, Assembly City is commonly used as a regional common ground for conferences and trade negotiations.
