OOC: We always try to rescue minorities when we have to take over an area. So, for instance, if we were attacking your capitol, we would have a Journeying plane follow, and load the minorities on to get the hell out of the abusive nation. We feel that our nation should be a home for any oppressed minority in the world. However, we usually only do that if the nation in question is committing genocide. So, it depends; Are you trying to wipe out all LGBTQ people ?
We DO believe if we are attacked by a nation, then it is natural to attack them. However, if you stay outside our boundaries and are not practicing genocide, we will not invade your nation. As for who will see it, we have people with binoculars who can see your planes attack.

OOC: To answer your question regarding LGBTQ people, I believe this earlier post should suffice for at least gays. Transgender people and deviants (such as bronies and furies) aren't treated too kindly, especially after one 'special' incident. While transgenders aren't treated as their preferred identity under the law (they're identified as the sex they're born with, so they have to use the corresponding facilities for example), I'd hardly call what minor discrimination they face as genocide. If I had to put a number to it, murders motivated purely by hate of their status is probably under five, maybe ten at best a year - so I wouldn't call it a genocide, more like some minor criminal activity that needs addressing. Deviants like I mentioned (furies and bronies, etc.) do have a little more of a track record of abuses, which spiked after that earlier news story; although not murdered much, socially they experience a lot of harassment and are the victims of less lethal criminal acts (beatings, thefts, stuff like that). If you want to call the minor crackdown on such groups by the police a bad event, I wouldn't blame you. TECT is a very civil country, so genocides and other such anarchy is unheard of.

Now I question how you plan on "rescuing minorities" in a country you're invading (I don't think bombs and bullets discriminate like a gay Commoner patriot serving in the Imperial Army does) but I digress. If you want to, for instance, try to just fly a plane into whatever airport you want to evacuate minorities, feel free to try; you'd have to get a travel route approved and permission to land obviously, but I don't think either of those will be granted knowing the situation. ANTOFAGASTA -- Majueran authorities report of a massive explosion that rocked the city this afternoon in a known couples hotel, Suite 95. It is believed that there were eight men who entered the building few hours before the said event. Carabinero Majuerano, the local police force in the country, had already got leads of the perpetrators of the explosion.
