I mean, that's literally Fallout...minus the "utopia" bit, but utopias are boring.

Fallout definitely has that kind of ray/atompunk tech aesthetic going on, but is very much post-apocalyptic. I'm guessing Ashkera was imagining something more along the lines of The Jetsons.
