Hello there! I believe that this election is nowhere near over as it currently stands, we have another whole round, after all! I think that my nation being in The Black Hawks has definitely lost some votes. People have specifically told me that they wouldn't be voting for me because of it, in fact. I don't think it will make us lose overall, though. We will just have to wait and see!

And The Black Hawks has a lot of really wonderful people in it. The community, while appearing R/D focused, is actually more focused on creating a robust and vibrant community--something that it does a great job at. It is also amazingly welcoming to newcomers. It can take a few days to get used to the weirdness, but once you do, it's hard believe that you ever lived without it ^_^
