Can I just say that taking politics into account in this race probably isn't the best idea. People aren't going to vote for Val - in my opinion - because he's centre-left. The move to support LGBTQ+ rights here is admirable (and worth voting for), but I think it's best to vote for the candidate that makes you laugh (or smile!) the most. This was on April Fools, after all
