Let's have a look at the top ten candidates as of writing:
Kaalmi: We don't have major qualms with Kaalmi. Except for one thing. WHO THE HELL IS IDI AMIN? And more importantly, will they create a roleplay dictatorship? This will truly be a utopia if that is the case.
Caelaeps: A fake anti-establishment communist who is really a gameplayer establishment raider who would want nothing more than to share the delegacies of the large regions among the common folk. This person may call for communism, but this means that regions that specialise in culture, arts or sport (ie. truly cultured regions, otherwise known as roleplay regions) will soon be taken over by nobody gameplayers who vaguely support communism. Plus people who vote for this nation want to seem edgy and for the lols supporting a communist nation, but you and I know that communism never works. Plus the only reason Caelaeps is first is because they just got super lucky in getting the top spot of the ballot and then ran with a ridiculous platform. NS you could do so much better.
We are not TBH: They are clearly the TBH, known raiders. They are literally what is wrong with Nationstates, down with raiding! Another gameplayer who works for the establishment gameplay nations, so really its more of the same. Plus you know what raiders are like: trashing RMBs where many fun conversations were had, removing roleplay history, etc. Plus you know they got to third place out of nowhere thanks due to the raiders large networks of largely useless puppets. They have an unfair advantage. We don't have networks of largely useless puppets to vote with. They're just ballot stuffing!
NewTexas: An establishment candidate who seems to be pro-National-Sovereignty, but you and I know he's only there because the big regions decided to join forces and put their own candidate up. Really, is he really going to stick up for us small roleplaying regions? I don't think so! BigTex is just an establishment shill set up by the large region delegates/gameplayers to confuse this race even further!
The Salaxalans: The promise of potatoes sounds good. But giving everyone potatoes is just reminiscent of socialism! No redistribution of potatoes! We want it in the hands of the people who can afford it, not the poor!
Fiermont: Fiermont can't even spell their own name correctly in their campaign! Feirmont! Of course they're offering pancakes, but like their potato counterpart, this is a truly ridiculous idea to redistribute pancakes to the poor!
Railana: Boring establishment World Assembly player who wants to make an actual difference to the World Assembly.
The Stalker: Based in sin and debauchery, the creepily named The Stalker is running for Security General. We like sin, and therefore have no major qualms with this candidate. Reminds us of a few roleplays in particular, but let's not get into that.
Eura: Finally, a true option for roleplayers! This nation has participated in the NS forums in the Worldvision Song Contest, and is a regular participant in NS Sports. He isn't part of the shill establishment who wants to take away power from us roleplayers, and he doesn't give a damn about WA, which is why he is the best candidate.
El Fiji Grande: Hah! They think they can make an actual difference? And they've just stolen sections of platform from everyone, including giving away free potatoes, destroying the Security Council, etc. Like we've never heard that before.
TOP 10 DROPOUTS
Edward Rump: Has a lot of good points about containing raiders, but he is part of the Max Barry shill network, having illegally gained ballot access even though the nation was founded 20 hours ago, somehow having a population of 736 million. A true fraud sanctioned by the admins so that they can illegally subjugate power from the people, and concentrate it further in the hands of the admins.
Mikeswill: aka someone who uses their large influence in their large region to their advantage! They want to abolish the SC because they think raided regions don't deserve liberations! Us roleplayers demand that our regions be protected, and anything that breaks this protection should be voted against! We deserve to roleplay in peace, and we're not going to move regions dammit! If we want to roleplay in a founderless region, then we will, screw the haters! Otherwise, they want to abolish the SC circlejerk that is basically a popularity contest. Instead, we should only commend roleplayers, who are the true foundation of Nationstates! People come here initially to world build, not be jackasses and take part in gameplay.
Hillary Anders: Another large government shill who was put there by the admins to subjugate power from the people!
North East Somerset: Mitt Romnes is the true epitome of the establishment, arguing against Rump and and Anders, but their campaign looks a bit too well-organised don't you think? That is because they are also establishment hacks, look at Romnes' signature, saying that they hold multiple regional positions! Down with gameplay and politics, up with roleplay!
Pauline Boneparte: Another large region minister or someone important yet again. Seriously, when will those large regions stop putting up candidates! It's time that gameplayers are abolished and consigned to the dust bins! All feeder regions should be removed immediately, and nations placed in random regions! It's time to abolish this inequality once and for all! VIVA LA REVOLUCION
