so do we know if this title will be serous and have some power to it? or just a fancy title with nothing do it other then some bragging rights? you never know with Max

I know but so was the creation of the World Assembly (even tho granted yes he did get that letter from the real UN and all) he might keep it for all we know, he might have originally intended for it to be a joke then make it serious just to mess with us some.
