Best idea right here:

Talk to a teacher that you both have, especially if you're in the same exact class. It helps if you're chill with this teacher. Get the teacher to add a question at the end of a quiz, test, worksheet etc. that says something like "should ________ go to prom with ________?"

After the quiz/test/worksheet, you ask her if she got the last question right. This works better if you now have flowers/chocolates/notyourpenis in hand. Give it to her, and you win.

Collect panties.

Best to clear this with the parental units beforehand, in case. Set up a string with clues at various points along it, through her neighborhood - if it's a safe one, anyway. Keep enough at both ends to finish up - use extra string if you need, whatever works. Run the start point up to her door with the first clue, ring the bell, head off for a hiding spot. Wrap up the end going back to her door, and your end clue.

Ideas for the last bit? Note at the bottom of a container of her favorite ice cream flavor - there are places who'll do this for you. Note in a box of fortune cookies. Donuts. Tag on some flowers - fave type, roses, what have you. Theme your clues to go with your end, whatever works.

Point is for both of you to have fun.
